They were excellent, they were very polite and very professional. They fixed everything and it took more then one day but it was okay; they came when they said. The machine works great now!

They had came over and done the work for us. They were very friendly when they were there working for us. They had showed up on time to do the work.

They took a look at my dish washer and said that it was rusted out and was not fixable. They were very courteous and I was very pleased with them. They were clean and pleasant.

We called the company and was able to schedule an appt. for the next day, which best fit our schedule. The tech arrived when he was supposed to and quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue. Very professional and service-oriented.

They were great - they came quickly, did a thorough job, charged less for more work than another company on here was going to, and left all the warranty info on their work for me.

Early that Monday morning I got a call from the service technician who wanted to ask me some questions about my washer before he came out. When he found out what the exact symptoms were and how old my washer was (10 years old), he explained what the problem was and told me it would cost as much to repair the washer as it would to buy a new one. He also told me that the brand and type of washer I had typically last about 7 years. He said if it was okay with me he'd like to save me the service charge and not come out to see the washer. I agreed and ended up buying a new washer. The appliance store agreed with his estimate of the life of the washer and with his diagnosis.

The repairman was very nice and quite knowledgeable. He actually was both a plumber and electrician. If I wanted to get a new dishwasher like the one I had it would cost $700.00 and I'd get a 1 year warranty. So, I chose to go the $400.00 route, because it came with a 5 year warranty. The parts had to be ordered (about three days). He returned on a Saturday afternoon that same week to finish the job.

Jeff arrived promptly at the time we had scheduled. He took a look at my washing machine and determined that it needed a new motor. He had the part with him, so the repair was able to be made very quickly. He also took a look at my broken microwave and suggested a brand that would be cheaper to purchase new than repair the existing one. Jeff was friendly & knowledgeable about the appliance. Before leaving, he gave me some good tips & operating advice for other appliances in my home. I would use this service again.

I originally called them because my oven wasn't working. While he was there, the repairman noticed that the refrigerator gasket was bent. He ordered the part, but when they came back to install, the wrong part had been delivered. So they ordered it again. As a result, it took a bit longer than anticipated, but I didn't mind since it didn't impact my using the refrigerator. I also thought the price was a bit high, but when I saw what is involved with the installation of the gasket, it didn't seem so high. During the course of the installation, the repair man determined that one of the hinges on the refrigerator was bent. He adjusted things so I didn't have to order a new hinge which wouldn't have been worth it for such an old refrigerator. All of the people I dealt with were very capable and professional.

Our fridge died sometime during the night. We called and left a message on the machine at 7:50 am. Had a call back by 8:30 am. Even though we didn't have model number or serial number for the fridge (yes we are that disorganized). Same day said they could come out and take a look. Came promptly at scheduled time. Diagnosed problem (defrost thermostat and evaporator) within 5 minutes and estimated cost of repair. The work was done within 45 minutes. Price as estimated. Cleaned up after himself. Gone within the hour.

They came out the same day I called them and replaced the part. The first igniter they installed was defective. A second crew came out the same day and fixed the problem.

Ken arrived at the agreed time and set to work. He explained what he was doing at each step and answered all of my questions. The problem, a clogged hose, was easily fixed but he could have installed and charged for a new pump and I wouldn't have known the difference. This is my first experience with Same Day Service but I would use them again.

They came the same day and fixed the latch quickly. Not cheaply, but quickly. And the guy was really nice.

They were there and on time. Overall I had good experience.

They were fantastic and very polite. There price was competitive much better then using another service provider.

Greg also checked out my gas dryer! He tested the dryer, and also recommended that I have the dryer vent brought up to local code!Since the initial installation(not by this company!) had been inadequate and problematic, I had reinstalled the vent pipe myself! Whoops!! He did the work at my request quickly and efficiently!!

I called them in the morning. They told me that somebody would be out the same day. I stayed home from work the whole day and nobody came. Then, at 4:30 PM, the service man told me that I needed a new washer based on the noise. He did save me money, but he wasted my whole day. I was angry because I feel like I missed a day of work for nothing.

THEY DID A SUPER JOB. SLIGHTLY EXPENSIVE, VERY QUICK RESPONSE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.

I called Same Day on a Tuesday afternoon after my ice maker stopped working a couple of days before. We scheduled an appointment for Wednesday after 1 p.m., but that day they called later in the afternoon to say that they wouldn't be able to make it and rescheduled for Thursday after 3 p.m. They did show up then as scheduled on Thursday. So it was far from same day service, but it was not as if I was without a refrigerator -- just the ice maker. Despite the delays in getting to my house to do the work, Same Day did a fine job. I was impressed that they had the new ice maker that my freezer needed on their truck so there was no interruption in the work to retrieve a part. Their tool-case and work boots did scuff my kitchen floor, so I had to do some clean-up. Repairman was respectful and polite and seemed to know what he was doing.

Same Day Service Co. actually did come the same day I called. They get straight A's in every category. I was pleased with the professionalism and efficiency that the service man demonstrated. I'm sure I'll use them again when my next large appliance breaks.

I use this company for everything now. They are super. They guarantee everything, too. They come out the exact day I call them and they send out really nice guys, too. It s a larger company that has subs from what I understand. I have been really lucky with people just coming and doing the work. I mean, they really do provide same day service and that is really impressive. The guys are nice and honest as well. They are reliable and to be perfectly honest, this is the best place I have ever used for appliance repairs.

Scheduled service by late morning via their website, and I received a call back within an hour. Contrary to what their name might suggest, they were unable to schedule service until the following day. They were unable to give me a specific time or even a range of times when they would arrive, stating only that they would call approximately 30 minutes before the technician would be able to arrive at the house. On the day that service was scheduled, they did not arrive until after 5 p.m. When the technician arrived, he performed the service very efficiently, and he was able to get my refrigerator running again in fairly quick order. My only issue was with the scheduling process.

We were pleased when we were able to contact Same Day Service over the web and they contacted us quickly to set up an appointment. Technicians were professional and knowledgeable. They diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate and performed the repair during the same visit. They had to order the hinges and install them at a later date but said that if we agreed to the work during this first visit, we would not be charged for the return visit. The return visit was easily scheduled and the technician doing the work again seemed knowledgeable and professional.

I was very impressed with the repair man sent to my house. He needed to order parts, they called me as soon as the parts were in and scheduled a time convenient for me. They call 30 minutes before they come so you are expecting them and you don't have to wait home all day. They fixed the oven and they were very professional and nice.

There were no problems. The guy was very nice and he asked if there was anything else he could do with other appliances, while they were there. He saved me money and made sure to answer all of my questions. I was very satisfied and I would recommend them to anyone.
