Description of Work: Pure solutions used a natural ingredient spray to control mosquitos. Initially, the results were limited but because it had rained right after the application they came back and sprayed again free of charge. The spraying worked pretty well. They were very responsive and helpful.

Description of Work: Sprayed for ticks and mosquitoes. The price was a special. Regular price was supposed to be $139 I believe. The spray worked to my satisfaction. I learned (they said) it has a limited effectiveness of about 30 days. I plan to use them again.

Description of Work: They were late in arriving. when I called they said they had no record of the appointment. They appologiezed and sent a person within 1/2 hour. They also send me an e-mail opologizing and giving me an additional free service within 21 days. Everyone makes mistakes but it's how you deal with it. They admitted their mistake and compensated for it. That now is what I call professionalism. I will always do business with them in the future.

Description of Work: They came to my house and sprayed around with an organic chemical to cut down on ticks. |The people who scheduled were very prompt, professional and courteous. However, I was disappointed that they didn't come to the door on the day of service and explain what they had done or provided any guidance for precautions to take regarding pets, children, etc. Otherwise, I was happy with the service.
