They show up on time and do the job. Not much else to say. (I'm not sure about the cost figure I gave, but it was very reasonable.)

I also used them once to fix a problem with the system. Again, on-time and professional, at a reasonable price.

We dig too deep into the lawn and broke the irrigation pipe as we tried to reseed the lawn. I called Valley Green landscape and they sent Greg in the same day and fixed the damaged area. He also helped adjusting the sprinkle heads so they face the right direction now. Greg was very knowledgeable and professional. And I am very happy about the service.

Valley Green Landscaping came on to my lawn to adjust the rotors/sprinklers and replace 2 rotors/sprinklers. In 2-3 weeks of time from their service, the same old problem with rotors reappeared. When I informed them of this issue, they told me that they would come back to take care of it at an hourly rate and didn't respond to my request to fix the problem with their old service. I was expecting them to remedy their workmanship. The customer service was sub-par and rude.

"Thank you for taking the time to review our company, we value our client’s responses and feedback. This client was referred to Valley Green Landscaping by the previous owner, whom we serviced for over 10 years. We would like to take the time to respond to the above review from Mr. [removed member name], the following are the details about the service and correspondence. -The client called our offices on 7/19/13, he requested an irrigation service call and wanted a proposal for overhauling his landscape design. He asked if he could receive the irrigation service at no charge because he is a new customer. We informed him that we would be able to perform a service call for fee only. He refused and requested to be called by the company owner directly. - The client contacted our offices on 7/22/13, he requested our Irrigation Technician contact him directly. The same afternoon, [removed member name] spoke with the company owner and refused the design consultation and proposals for fee, as well as irrigation service for fee. He indicated that he did not wish to work with Valley Green Landscaping. - We received a call and request for irrigation service on 7/29/13. The service request was accepted and scheduled for Wednesday 7/31/13 at the client’s request. - On Wednesday 7/31/13 at 3:00pm the client and technician reviewed each zone, the client approving all rotor adjustments before moving to the next zone. Client requested instruction on rotor adjustment; he was given instruction along with adjustment tool. The client was also shown how to operate the controller. The client was informed that the irrigation system installed at his home was approximately 11+ years old and that the rotors may need adjusting from time to time. The service appointment concluded at 5:00pm at which time the client did not indicated any dissatisfaction with the work performed. The client was invoiced for a services rendered. - We received a call from [removed member name] on 8/29/13, 30 days after his service had been performed. He paid the invoice in full via credit card. Only after paying for the service, he stated that some of his rotors are in need of adjusting again. We informed the client that we would be happy to come back out for another service call, he stated that he did not want to pay for a service call again. We then offered to come out and perform the work at a flat hourly rate instead of the service call minimum charge. He refused. We would not be able to offer the client a refund as he has requested. We would be willing to honor our alternative of performing the work at a flat hourly rate instead of the service call minimum charge. Thank you."

All the services Valley Green performed for us turned out exceptionally well. There is a very strong/professional work ethic at Valley Green with knowledgable, well-informed people. The owners are friendly and are often on-site when work is being done. I can call the office at any time and a competent office manager answers. We also communicate by email, which is my preference.
Prior to Valley Green, we employed the services of other local landscaping companies. None compared to Valley Green. Price-wise, they are not the least expensive, but not the most either. Given their excellent service, the value is there.
