I am very pleased with the work Dave and his crew perfomed. My yard was a mess with many leaves and debris. Dave slightly under estimated the scope of work but was able to complete the job in one day and on budget. I will definitely hire Dave and his crew again. Great Job!

Once purchased, there was no notification as of delivery time until I inquired. When a day was determined, there was no show even after I texted to see if they were coming. There was some rain on the day expected. They did come the very next day and did an excellent job.

It was a fantastic and simple process from start to finish. I contacted Dave who came out the same day and provided a free estimate for services. His prices were reasonable and he said he could complete the job the next day! He and a crew member made our yard look beautiful. They were punctual and professional. I will definitely be calling back in the fall for another clean up.

Not well. After reading that aeration and over seeding as needed to have a healthy spring lawn I ordered the service. I only assumed that he would seed after he aerated my lawn. Foolish me. For a 150 dollars I got only half of what I believed I would received. There was other offers out there for the same money but because the offer was listed on Angie's List I felt it was a good deal. Wrong. (Overall: , Price: D, Quality: D, Responsiveness: B, Punctuality: B, Professionalism: C, Would you use them again: No.) ***UPDATE AS OF 11/11/2016.***** The provider called and was very apologetic regarding this situation. It was a misunderstanding and he was able to make it right. He was not aware the seeding was included with the deal details. He stated he would come back next year, now that the season is over, to aerate and seed.

They took care of EVERYTHING! They had the lowest quote out of the 3 landscapers I contacted who serviced Dracut. Just a two person team (Dave and Mike), but extremely thorough. Both guys were easy to talk to and deal with. Mike spent the most time at our property. He has an intense work ethic and made sure to get to the "root" of the problem. They spent 5 or 6 evenings in our yard. This really was a big job... Dave dropped by to oversee the things and help Mike with spraying weed killer and removing some trees amongst other things.

Dave is the most fairly priced vendor we have met. He was awesome to work with - congenial, and frankly he did more work than originally budgeted but he stuck by his original estimate - my home looks new because of what he did with our yard.

Dave was wonderful .. fast, and full of good advice. and what he did last year worked great! .. I am using him again this year in order to continue to build on last year's foundation.

These guys are great and know what they are doing. We are selling our house and wanted to clean up our yard and give some curb appeal. They had a plan and was very affordable. We would definitely recommend them to everyone.

When we called for an estimate, David responded quickly with an estimate. He and his team started to work soon after we decided to go ahead with the project and finished the project on time. There were a few problems with the Sprinkler system when they applied the looms using a Bobcat. David fixed those problems for free. We liked what they did and ask them to do mulching and edging for us. They did a good job again. David is always responsive. Whenever there is problem, he and his team came back to fix it after we contacted him. We are happy with the work and will very likely hire them again.

Very well. Dave was prompt, professional, and he gave me accurate quotes and an accurate timeframe. He offered his suggestions and I really like the way the work turned out. Any time I had a question, he got back to me right away. No question was too small or too dumb. And the yard looks great. I would definitely hire his company again. I had to be away when he was available to start the job and I was hesitant to have him do it when I wasn't there. But i took a chance and it was worth it. He texted me pictures of the job so I could see it before I returned home. It looked better than I had hoped. I was very pleased with the work he did in all aspects.

FANTASTIC!!! David Bernstein and Handsome Mike were total professionals from start to finish. David came to see what we wanted to have done, and he was very informative and knowledgeable. We had gotten a few estimates, and David's was very reasonable. They came almost immediately, which was amazing, and worked in 90-plus-degree weather. We couldn't believe how much Handsome Mike was able to clean up the over-20-year-old brush pile. It looks beautiful. They removed some dead trees and didn't leave a trace. We are so happy that we found such professional, honest, and reliable landscapers.

The result is beautiful! We have a backyard oasis with a new tile patio, new custom fire pit, new and enhanced beds. Our driveway has been widened and lined with granite. And, Merrimack Properties managed to do this for a very, very competitive, through hard-work and creative use of some existing materials we had salvaged from before construction.

Dave responded immediately to my text, gave me a price and made an appointment all within the same day. Dave's employee arrived on time and did an amazing job (cleaned up all the trimmings as well)! Dave stopped by at the end to verify that everything had been done as promised and the total amount came in LESS than what we had discussed by $300!!! I would definitely hire them again!

Dave's employee is the hardest worker I have ever hired in or around our home!!!! He was excellent. He went over and above what we asked for. We will hire this company again.

The guys from Merrimack Properties came and cleaned up a huge mess that was left from the previous owners of my new house. There was about 3 ft of yard waste, trash, and overgrown shrubs and weeds taking up a very nice, useable piece of land between my fence and garage. David and his team came by and cleaned it up and leveled it out beautifully. They worked quickly and were very easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend them and plan on using them again for future landscaping needs.

Dave's team did an excellent job. The price was very reasonable compared to other contractors. His team showed up on time and did a thorough and complete job.

Dave was very responsive to phone calls -- came to do the work within a few days and showed up exactly when he said he would. The brush piles turned out to contain several very heavy stumps. He came back with extra equipment and did the work despite the fact that it was harder and took longer than he probably expected. I would say he is exceptionally conscientious and hard-working.

He came when he said he would and completed the job and cleaned up thoroughly.

fine.... showed within days of buying angie's deal and did a thorough job... 2nd year in a row I've used the company and will do so in the future if they continue to offer deals.

David was extremely on the ball from the initial inquiry. Extremely professional and polite demeanor and seems like a genuinely nice guy.We communicated via text and he was able to come over the weekend to take care of the fall cleanup. He was very communicative and arrived on time. I feel a little bad because the estimate was provided a few days earlier and in the meantime, a whole mess of more leaves fell down. However, David did not try to gouge us and we adjusted the price a bit to cover the extra dump costs. A true mark of an honest businessman honoring the initial verbal agreement. They did a great job and I recommended him to my neighbor who hired him on the spot, and I think another will as well.

I use David every year or so for lawn aeration. His service is excellent, gives good advice, punctual and professional. Intend to use him again.

I scheduled the service for the following Friday, but I had to cancel, so we agreed on the Friday after that. By late afternoon, it was clear he wasn't showing so I called. He explained that he wouldn't be able to make it, so we scheduled for him to come the next morning by noon. At noon, when he hadn't showed, I called. He wouldn't be able to make it until about 5pm or later. I said OK, but I wanted to be there so I can explain the areas I wanted aerated. At about 5pm, I heard the machine going. He hadn't stopped in to talk to me and just got started on the lawn. By that time, he was about half way done, so I stopped him and explained what I wanted done since he wasn't covering the areas that I wanted (and was doing some areas that I didn't want done. He was a nice guy, and he explained how busy things were. We even looked at some other areas of the lawn that were having problems and he gave me some tips on those areas. I had to leave shortly after. When I returned, I took a good look over the lawn area and saw the plugs, but again, not as many as I had hoped. Also, most of the plugs were pretty short (< 2 inches or so). Perhaps the soil was too compacted/dry to do any more? All in all, he did the work, but I didn't feel it was worth the money overall. Next time I will likely rent a machine to do it myself and make sure I make many more passes. We do have 2 sloped areas in the back and front lawn that he wasn't able to really do well. I can somewhat understand it because it is sloped and would be tough to do - even mowing isn't easy. However, I had hoped that a landscaper would have better luck with it, and even the level ground was not done with the plug density (or depth) that I really wanted.

Everything went great. We signed up for the Angie's List deal, and just a few days later Dave arrived at our home and performed the work. He aerated our entire lawn and added grass seed in several patches. The project was very well done.

Great. Showed up with no involvement needed.
