Mike arrived exactly on time, ready to work. He is excellent at troubleshooting, which he needed to do quite frequently in my kitchen. He is extremely knowledgeable, and works very efficiently. Mikhail was awesome! I put an entry out in the Internet, thinking I'll hear from someone some day. Thirty minutes later I was on the phone with him. We discussed the project and he seemed to know his business so I scheduled to meet him at the site. He showed up right on time, we went over the whole project including price. He finished on time and the final price was exactly as quoted. A total professional! I WILL definitely contact him again!

I think you should charge him less because I know he could get all the jobs he wanted without your help. He is courteous, dependable, and he knows his business. If he isn't on the top of your list for what he specializes in then you need to look at changing your model. I am a retired contractor and I know quality tradesmen when I see them- He is one of those. I have him on speed dial as we speak.
