The technician from ARS serviced my air conditioning unit; checking connections, cleaning out debri that had gathered in the bottom of the unit from the huge pine trees nearby and made sure the unit was running as it should be. He was not only promt, thorough, courteous and professional but he also educated me about my unit pointing out things I didn't know and had never been told by any other company who had serviced my unit in the past. This was very much appreciated!! It was a great experience and I already recommended ARS to my family and friends. They are, of course, the only company I'll call from now on. Good Job!!

Marc was terrific - professional and thorough, and able to educate me in layman's terms. Having just moved into a new house, it was very helpful to fully understand our existing system and what we needed to do to keep it running efficiently in future winters.

I thought the inspection could have been more thorough. It was done very quickly.

It didn't turn out great. I wasn't satisfied that's why I didn't say anything. They came in and said they got a reading that I got high covered up in my house. They wanted me to purchase and I said I don't have a problem with it. I just paid them and let them go. I had a couple of plumbers to come in and nobody else seems to get the reading that they got. They're lousy too.

It was good because he identified the real problem that was here. I'm in the process of having my furnace redone. He was very efficient, reliable. He took me down and showed me the parts that were faulty. I got a second opinion and they said he was right.

The work was done professionally and perfect.

He was very good. He explained what he was doing. He answered my questions. He went about his business and did a good job. He was timely and didn’t leave a mess.

As a new homeowner it was great having Mark give me a tour of our plumbing set up in our 1950's home. He explained how it all works, what had been updated (& approximately when), and the condition of what is in place. He suggested repairs (all stuff that I had thought may be needed), gave a few ways they could be done and explained the pricing.

Everything went well. The technician was prompt,professional and took time to answer questions. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

The technician was polite, informative and efficient. He explained what he was planning to do, told me the outcome of all his work. He was able to complete the job in a single visit.

Deal was $89 for $200 in plumbing services. In my mind that should have been more than sufficient for a faucet install. But technician informed that was not the case, that the charge is in the $350 range. After complaining, they reduced total cost to $275, so $75 on top of the deal. But overall very good job done.

He technician arrived on time within his scheduled window. He brought an extra pair of boots as not to track snow/ dirt into the house. He was friendly and helpful and made sure I was happy with each step he took. He instructed me in how to maintain the plumbing system and how to fix a running toilet. I have used ARS twice before this and will continue to use them in the future. Very professional.

The service man was professional and courteous. He found no problems requiring additional service. He provided information on the life expectancy of the unit. He also identified an inefficiency with the system along with what he thought would be required to fix it. There was no pressure to sign up for additional services.

Very professional, not only tuned up and cleaned heater, but also answered all our questions regarding to maintenance. We will definately have it done annually.

Technician was very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything to us (new homeowners). Recommended a few repairs, but the estimates were very pricey. Will most likely use them again for a/c maintenance.

It went well. He arrived early, went right to work, was cheerful and quick. Only took about an hour or so. Also our phone contacts with ARS were fine.. Pleasant folks who responded as promised.

This is the best service I ever had for the furnace maintenance work. The technician, Dave Wunschel, was very nice and professional. He changed his outdoor shoes to indoor ones before enter my house. When he did his work, he explained things very clearly to me. He explained why, and what is good and bad, etc. I will definitely hire them again for my future service.

nick the service provider was punctual, courteous & looked at all the various problems, explained them in an understandable language to me. fixed some minor problems.

They were excellent. I had 3 furnaces, and I had just bought one big deal, because I had never worked with them, and so I didn't know them, and after working with them the first time, they knew steam heat, and he did an excellent job. Most companies just know gas heat, and they come and try to switch you to gas, but he did nothing like that. He showed me some things to do so that I could keep it working well. I liked that they understood various types of heating, - baseboards, hot water, steam radiator- and the guy they sent out seemed to know all these.

On Oct 21, 13 Thomas from ARS came to my home to give me a quote. He was pleasant, answered all my questions and most importantly he was on time. Everything went well that day, given he was the first person I called to get the quote. The quote was for a Lenox gas furnace. A few weeks later my husband and I decided to give the job to ARS for several reasons: Reviews on Angie's list, promptness, professionalism, and their ability to respond when issues arose. A few days after the unit was installed we kept hearing a hissing sound. We called ARS and they came out within 2 days to assess the problem. Turns out the reusable filter was the problem. He gave us a disposable filter and checked for any gas leaks (cause we also smelled gas as well). The workers were professional and cleaned up after themselves. I gave them a B because they took a few months to have the town come and inspect the job. I had to contact them several times to get the inspection.
