Marc arrived within the expected time period. He was very polite and professional and went to work straight away on checking out the furnace. He discovered that the switch which would normally shut off the furnace if it overheated had been not professionally bypassed and upon advising me corrected this immediately. He also reset the gas usage as it was set high. After completing the service he checked all the plumbing as well. I was very pleased with this service and would definitely use ARS again.

It worked out pretty well. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. There were no unexpected issues. They told us about future possible fixes.

They were pretty good. They came within two days I purchased the big deal. They were prompt, courteous and efficient. The gentleman who came was very knowledgeable and he knew the job quite well.

I cannot say enough about the service representative, and technicians who installed the furnace. They were prompt, professional And worked all day to get my furnace installed. They answered all my questions and more. They were very detailed about Explaining all that they were doing with the installation. They were able to give me heating fans for all my rooms until they Could come that the next morning to install the new furnace. This company gets my A+ in service. I am planning to go with them For a yearly maintenance agreement and a possible new air conditioner in the spring. I would not hesitate to refer them to my Friends and neighbors. It was great. They came out within a week of the purchase and there were no additional charges. I thought hey were a great company to work with and I may call them back to do our air conditioner.

Since the cleaning, the furnace and radiators have been clanging and banging quite regularly. I don't remember that they were doing that before the service. Much more upsetting to me: inspecting the laundry basket on the floor by the washer and putting all of the lingerie at the top of the basket was definitely *NOT* part of the services I requested. If a person can't control such inappropriate behavior, they should not take a job (or be given a job) that involves entering other people's houses.

The guys from ARS arrived on time.They replaced my heating system and water heater with a whole different system.They were polite,neat as a pin(laid drop cloths everywhere).More importantly they were highly competent.Finished in a timely fashion.Took all the trash with them.Couldn't be happier.Will use them again in a minute.

The provider was extremely courteous and friendly. He checked the system and made suggestions for optimal use, as well as gave a timeframe for maintenance and planned out every upgrade I may need. Provider also replaced a few parts that were old and rusted, and provided the parts and labor at a reasonable cost, fixing it on the spot, without having to leave and return.

He was very nice and professional, even wore a shoe cover in my house which I highly appreciated.

They were helpful and honest. She helped me figure out that they were not going to be able to service my furnace before someone came out and that was very helpful.

It went fine and I use him as regular plumber.

As expected. I scheduled service online, the company representative called me to confirm the appointment. The technician came in time and performed tuneup. I wasn't at home at the time of his visit so he called me to collect the payment and to report that he didn't find any problems. They replaced some parts a year before. Later I requested the company to fill the form for the boiler company rebate which they did punctually. I am fully satisfied with their service.

I think it turned out okay. I think he did a fine job. We actually asked him to do more and we paid extra to have him do some extra stuff. He did a good job. My husband thought they did a good job. I would definitely call them back again. I used it within a month of purchasing the big deal. I didn't have the trouble that I normally have when I purchase a big deal. They got back to me quickly and I think they came in pretty quickly and did the job. Most of the other big deals I end up having to cancel because they kept cancelling on me and that wasn't a very good experience. I wasn't in a rush for it so I was willing to wait for them. It was worth it to us. They did fix it. It may have been that they had tighten up a pipe or a valve. I wouldn't hesitate again to contact them. I think that their pricing was good. It meant a lot for us to have that done. It was a good deal as far as we're concerned. They were very responsive and were right on time. They were very professional.

It was a little bit mixed. The guy that came was very pleasant in everything and he did a good job. The only thing was before I asked him to come, my furnace manufacturer send out the little thing saying that they needed a little part installed as part of any kind of service. They would provide the part and everything. I told that to their office three or four times and they said, yes. The day before the guy was to come, they said, we don't know anything about that. Then the guy came and of course he wanted another $150 to come back and install this little $2 part that was free anyway and that would require three screws to be undone and put back in. It was a little bit odd. The serviceman himself was extremely good but the office was a little bit flaky. I don't have that little piece in yet. The service guy said he would order it for me and have it sent directly to my house. They set-up when they said they would. They were extremely good but they didn't make sure they had the part when they showed up. They did a great job showing up right when they said they would. If they brought that part, it would have been perfect. I don't think I would use them again.

There was no tune-up or cleaning of the blower. The provider inspected the furnace for cracks and tried to sell me a new furnace.

They were spot on. They actually went above and beyond.

He was very willing to teach us different things and show us what he was doing. He was very polite. The price was reasonable.

The guy that showed up was very professional and appears to know his stuff. He pointed out some potential issues for routine maintenance. I was a little disappointed as I thought they would drain and flush the units but he did not do this. I did use my Angie's list coupon for 1 unit and paid another $99. for a second unit. Overall I'm glad I had them look at the units but I'm not sure if it was worth the money as gas units don't really need to be seviced often.
