We are very happy with the service that Olympia provided moving us to our new home yesterday. The two movers that were assigned to do the service, Borbely and Attila Csaba were extremely efficient, very responsible, dynamic with very good attitude. They definitely represented and performed very well the service that Olympia offered. We can say that they were able to overcome any difficulty and the move went as smoothly as could have expected. Ben was very professional and willing to help me with all aspects of relocating belongings. He was resourceful and knowledgeable, working out a shipping route that saved thousands of dollars. The coordinators, Melissa and Candy, were also very helpful, top-knot have customer service. The movers were uniformed, worked tirelessly and carefully. Great professionalism all around!

It went smoothly. The people showed up on time and they worked all day for me and got me where I needed to go. The only thing I would say is that the estimate they gave me was not very accurate.

Charles and crew were exceptional. Always recommend Olympia and now I have the personal experience to back it up. I would personally ask for Charles again. Thank you for all your help the crew made the job as painless as possible. They were fast too! I would recommend again to all my clients. My move coordinator Lincoln was amazing !I tried calling other places no one even answered the phone and not even a callback after checking online. He walked me through my house on the phone and was able to give me an estimate and a very accurate calculation on how many vaults I`d need. He got the permits and even got them to come back again as the signs were poorly placed.He answered all my many questions via phone or email in a prompt and pleasant manner! The day of the guys showed up on time, except for one guy(he prorated the late guys time at the end) were extremely pleasant, very organized and well prepared. I had concerns about my dining table as previous movers had damaged it. You could drop that table off a cliff after he was done wrapping it! All in all I was very happy. I`ll have to see what happens on the return but they cataloged all of my belongs better than I did.

Everything went smoothly. They called 15 min. before arriving, and arrived right on time. They worked fast, quietly, and very efficiently, never wasting time. When we called them next day to let them know we had just finished closing on the new house, they were already halfway there. The unloading and setup were just as smooth and efficient as the loading process the day before.
The sole bit of damage was a tiny fragile door handle on an enormous and extremely heavy piece of furniture.
Given how fast they worked, that was amazing. They are real pros!

Everything went fine from start to finish. All of the moving crew was outstanding. Very hard workers. I was very happy with everyone I worked with during my move. All of the men who packed and moved me did a wonderful job. All of my possessions arrived at my new house in the same condition that they left my old house.

Wonderfully! From the initial maneuvering of a large moving truck into a spot on a narrow residential street, I could tell it was a crew that worked together well. They were efficient, careful, pleasant, and professional - what more could one want? Olympia moved us into our house 16 years ago, and I would call them the next time I need movers! They aren't the cheapest crew in town, but they are comparable with other professional companies and cheaper than some.

I have used professional movers four times. Olympia Movers was by far the best moving company I have worked with. They were absolutely outstanding. First of all, they were very punctual on the packing and loading days as well as the delivery day. They communicated very closely with me regarding expected time of arrival, what the process would be, and what to expect. They did what they said they were going to do. Secondly, they packed and moved my things with a great deal of care, and demonstrated a high level of knowledge and expertise in how to pack things so that they would arrive undamaged. For example, I have a large glass cabinet. They were the first movers that ever put pillows inside as a way to add stability. I thought this was an excellent idea. Additionally, they wrapped furniture in padded blankets and moved it this way to protect the furniture and walls. Because of the great care the crew exercised, my belongings arrived absolutely in perfect condition, and there were no gouges or scratches on the walls or floor or anything else. Next, they were very efficient. They worked diligently until the job was complete. They communicated clearly with each other, working as a well functioning team. Next, they checked in with me throughout the packing, loading, and unloading process to ask if everything was meeting my expectations. During the unloading, I had to ask them to move a few pieces of furniture after they had been placed because I decided they were going to work well where they were placed. They were happy to move the items for me. The final cost was on target with what they had estimated. The crew was courteous, friendly, respectful and professional. I cannot say enough about this company. I absolutely recommend them. Eddie was my crew chief and he was outstanding.

I've recommended them to many people. I can't say enough about their people. The guy in charge cared about how we felt and were treated. They went above and beyond. They were terrific and outstanding. They were very careful. We had used them for storage before as well. There was absolutely nothing I would change about the experience.

Overall the people doing the move were very professional and courteous. However the price wound up costing over $3000more than the estimate they provided. Part of the reason for this was a particularly difficult piece of furniture to disassemble and reassemble, a bunk bed. Only one of the four movers worked on this while the others ran out of things to do, but I was paying them all out hourly. I think the bunk bed ate about three and a half hours worth of time, well over $600 worth, for this kind of money I could have gotten a new bed. I was happy with everything but the exorbitant cost.

From the minute I contacted Olympia they were nothing but courteous, responsive, and thorough.
They kept in constant email contact to make sure everything was in order during the months before the move.
When it came to moving day , they were prompt, careful, an treated us and our belongings with respect.
It was the same way when the furniture was delivered.
Both days they called when on their way. No guessing at all.
They delivered the best customer service we could have imagined .
Our contact's name was Ryan Hegarty, and he was terrific.
The movers both days were great as well.

Staff was extremely professional, from sales, survey/pricing and moving staff. The three movers were quick, efficient, and professional. They provided a few extra boxes and tape to pack smaller things that we didn't get to. Were very good about labeling and putting things exactly where we needed them. A few small things were broken in transit, but they give you 9 months to file a claim. I'm very happy with their services and would use them again in the future.

They were fantastic. There were two different crews, both led by Paul. Packing was one day and moving another. They were there exactly when they said they would be. They worked extremely efficiently. They were incredibly courteous and very nice. They were very flexible, even when we made some requests that probably seemed silly to them. They did a particularly good job with fragile or difficult pieces. There were some very complicated disassembly/assemblies sequences that they had to do. Even though it was very hot outside, they didn't slow down. We were ecstatic about their performance.

They were really friendly and easy to get along with. It took them several days, but they packed everything. They loaded the truck and drove it to Georgia. They then unloaded the truck and helped us partially unpack our stuff. We are getting ready to move again, and I am going to check on their services. I recommend them for corporate relocation. The day the packed everything up they told us they would see us in the morning. We drove from North Carolina to Georgia and got a hotel. The next morning we left our hotel and the mover we all ready at pour house waiting for us.
