Paul and his crew did a great job. But for the new windows, you would never know they were even there. They look great!

I have only good things to say. They came to my house quickly for the initial estimate and priced the job lower than some of their competitors. They arrived with a team of 4 people on the first day and 2 people on the second day and completed the project. They cleaned up well after the job and were polite. I am very happy with this company.

They came and provided initial estimate which was the lowest in cost between three companies I had come out; and they were going to replace the windows and all casing materials which were rotted while one other company provided additional costs for replacing the other components. They also suggested that in our situation it was not worth replacing with the highest cost model of window for various reasons given our current situation, which I appreciated as it helped save us a lot of money in the long run. We do plan on replacing several windows a year and will be calling them back to do the job. The came with a team of three and did all the work within six hours in a single day (which we appreciated as we had to make arrangements for kids and dogs that day so being efficient was important to us). At first I had to call them back after the job was complete because we still had some rotted material around the door frame; they immediately got back to me and came out the next day and resolved the situation to our full satisfaction.

It was excellent! It was a good price, they came when they said they would, and they completed the job. I think they run over in time, but they just did a good job of finishing and cleaning up. It was a good installation of the windows. There was no rust around the windows they installed. I will readily recommend them to somebody looking for that type of service. I think that was what they specialize in. They did bring in the whole crew of 4-5 guys and just went to work. I received 3 proposals and I think it was a good price. It was not a bargain price. I had a discount. We will definitely use them again. In fact, we are going to have them install some doors in the spring.

I got a good first impression from Paul, found that he listened and understood what I was looking for. My questions were answered quickly, and the proposal was detailed and clear. I obtained other quotes for the job, and 3 Sons had the best price among the companies with good reviews that I called. The windows were installed first, then the doors, and I like how it all turned out. There were a couple minor snags that caused me to rate them as a B on professionalism. They initially said they could get a specialty item, two quarter round casement windows for the attic. Over the next week, they tried to find a source for those, but weren't successful. I called around too and couldn't find any place that sold them. They removed those two specialty windows from the proposal. During the window install, they left multiple doors unlocked on multiple days. That stopped after I asked them to address the issue. The window install went quickly and well, but the doors were delayed. The factory that produced the doors had some supply issues, so the doors wound up being installed a couple weeks later. Unfortunately, the door installers thought we were supposed to provide the knobs and deadbolts. This resulted in me needing to forward and email with the proposal to clear that up. The main office told the installers to buy that hardware right away and put it in. In their hurry, the installers wound up putting brass hardware with satin nickels knobs and locks. After I called, 3 Sons came about again and fixed that so now everything matches.

We could not have been happier with the job from start to finish. Paul gave us a quote and time frame and stuck to it. He suggested layouts so that we could also include an office and mudroom in our new space, as well as our original plan of a playroom and TV room, plus storage space. We greatly appreciated this 'free' advice! We were very impressed with the professionalism and quality of the three workers. They arrived each day on time and were very respectful of us (including parking on the street or driveway to allow us to come and go as necessary). Every night they broom cleaned so we could check out their progress. The job took exactly two weeks as Paul told us it would. We really could not have asked for more! We have already recommended Three Sons to friends and neighbors and will continue to do so.

They called back promptly, arrived within minutes of their scheduled arrival time, (he even called to say he was going to be 2 minutes late) All of their work was done completely as discussed and documented. They workers were personable, friendly and efficient. Completely cleaned up all debris and materials. I had called subsequent to the work/full payment and he called back immediately to answer my question.

We had a generally good experience and Three Sons responded to any concerns that we brought up in the process. The work took 2.5 days.

First spoke with Susan who asked that I send inside and outside pictures of the windows I was looking to replace. This wasn't mandatory but I had told her I was getting additional quotes and she wanted to respond quickly. The next day I had a quote via email that was substantially (by $3,000) lower than 2 other estimates. I scheduled an appointment with Paul. He was unable to make that one due to a family issue, but came at 7:30 AM on the re-scheduled date. He measured the windows and confirmed that the original quote was good. I gave him a deposit and he said that the windows would be delivered in about three weeks. The windows came in on time and they accomodated me by scheduling the install on the following Friday. Since two of the windows were in my home office, I wanted the weekend to stain and get the office pulled back together. On the day of the install, Roy arrived first and began carefully removing the interior frames as we were going to reuse them. Paul and Rob then came and began removing the windows one at at a time. Drop cloths were spread to protect the floors. The job was completed in one day. There was a steady drizzle and one brief shower, but they kept working through it. The windows are perfect and we couldn't be happier. The installers were friendly and good humored. I have allready recommended 3 Sons to my son and a co-worker of my wife.

It couldn't have gone any better! We worked directly with Rob Nutile from 3 son's window and door. He was punctual, very easy to work with and exceptionally clean. They put in 21 windows, 2 of which were new construction, all in a single day and left absolutely no mess. Windows look and perform beautifully. We had originally contacted 3 sons for exterior work. Siding, roof, trim etc. But decided that windows would be better to do first. We will continue with the larger project this coming spring. I would highly recommend this company.

It took around 2 weeks to complete the job. They scheduled things pretty promptly and cleanup was good.

The process was very smooth starting with the initial appointment to review the job and to get the estimate. After reviewing bids, we decided to go with Three Sons as Paul was very informative and clear on the aspects of the job and describing the Harvey windows after we talked about our expectations for "windows". The timeline was established for when the new windows would be delivered after Paul ordered them. The date was set for the job to be completed. The crew arrived on time and were quite efficient in taking out the windows, removing the blinds( inside) , installed the new windows/siding around the window frames and caulking/insulating the the frame of the windows. Replaced the blinds, cleaned the windows and overal clean up both inside and outside. The crew was very efficient . We were very happy with the outcome of this job and with the company. I would strongly recommend this company for anyone who needs new windows!

Paul Nultie and his crew provide exceptional work. We had gotten four estimates for the work that needed to be done and Three Sons fell in the mid range. We could tell as Paul went over his work proposal that he was very knowledgeable, committed to quality work and customer satisfaction. We decided to have Three Sons build a shell for an additional while the siding was being done. Paul advised us on our options and stayed within our budget. We knew our home would look great when it was done but Three Sons exceeded our expectations. Paul has a stable crew, many of which are family members. They were always professional and courteous. Each day they cleaned up after themselves and left things tidy, we never came home to a mess. We will definitely use Three Sons in the future and highly recommend them. Three Sons makes customer satisfaction a high priority. We never thought our project would go so smoothly, come in on budget and be completed in a timely manner.

My experience using Angie has been nothing but positive and productive. My wife and I consider ourselves quite fortunate having chosen Three Sons as our contractor. Three Sons' patriarch Paul Nutile, Sr, his sons Rob, Paul Jr, and Joey, his daughter Amanda and their Uncle Joe, along with crew mates Turtle, Angel, Peter, and Oscar did an amazing job with our home. The culture of a business and the behavior of its employees starts at the top. i found every person we came in contact with from Three Sons polite, professional, and caring about the work they were performing. Every detail was important to them. But most importantly, they cared about us, our vision, and our happiness with the progress of the job. From the very beginning, when Paul Sr saw our vision, then helped us to shape it with the detail we needed; to the end, when we stood in front of the home and admired the incredible results; the Three Sons' team were there every day making it happen. When I called to set up an appointment to receive an estimate to replace 2 patio doors, 1 double hung window and a front entry door I was greeted by Susan with a gruff Hello, no indication that I was calling a business. Discussed my needs and received an appointment time for a few days later at 2:00. At 2:30 I left a phone message to ask if someone would be coming. Shortly after received a call back explaining he was still on another job site and asked to reschedule. It was clear to me through his explanation that he knew much earlier in the day that he was not going to be able to keep the appointed time. I realize delays can happen but the professional and courteous thing to do would be to notify the customer of the delay as soon as known instead of after the customer tracks them down. Not happy that they wasted my afternoon.

I can't say enough great things about 3 Sons Window & Door. This was truly a great experience (and I never thought I could say that about any type of home renovation : ) I had a really good feeling about this company right from the beginning. Paul Nutile responded immediately to my request to come out to the house to provide an estimate. When Paul arrived, he was so down-to-earth and very patient with me and my roommate. We asked a gazillion questions and he answered every single one of them. We got a really good education on the proper air flow in the attic, replacement windows vs. new construction windows and many other topics. Paul's patience and ability to help us understand the whole process is what convinced us to go with 3 Sons. His recommendation for us to visit the Harvey showroom really helped us prepare for this renovation. Ok, so now comes the actual renovation. We could not believe how much was accomplished within the timeframe that was quoted. The roof was completed in 1.5 days and it turned out beautifully. Next came the new construction windows and doors and then the vinyl siding. I could not believe the craftsmanship and pride of work that the crews displayed. I have never seen so many crew members who knew exactly what they were supposed to do and accomplished anything that was asked of them. All of the crew members were extremely polite and professional and great to work with. They answered all of our questions and were more than helpful. Everything has been completed without any hidden costs. We are the envy of all our neighbors and co-workers and we owe it to 3 Sons. The exterior of the house looks brand new and we couldn't be happier.

They work 100 percent when they are on site, they didn't even take lunch breaks. we will definitely hire them again next year to replace more windows. we highly recommend this business. We arranged to meet a Three Sons representative at 12pm on Saturday (5/11/2013) to get a quote for some bathroom and kitchen work. We arrived at the house at 12:05pm and the representative was nowhere to be found. After waiting around for 20 minutes, we finally called the office to see if someone was on the way. Susan at the office told us that the representative (Paul) had waited 25 minutes and left without calling us. We requested to talk to Paul to see if he could come back and still give us a quote. When Paul returned my call he was incredibly rude, defensive, and unprofessional. Paul claimed that he had arrived 15 minutes early and left at 12:06pm. He was unwilling to return and complete the appointment, despite the fact that we had reserved the time with him. . At 12:42pm, Paul finally called us back and proceeded to lecture us. When we asked him why he didn't give us a call before he left he said the following: "I don't owe you any courtesy, you disrespected me by being 5 minutes late. I don't know what world you live in, buddy, but in my world 5 minutes is worth an hour." Clearly, Three Sons did not value our business and if this was any indication of the customer-service level at Three Sons, we had just saved ourselves a great deal of future problems. I would say this was an isolated incident, but our experience with Paul is remarkably similar to the 5/7/2013 Angie?s List review.

I had an appointment at 2pm which was canceled by Three Son?s office staff with barely 10 minutes of notice. This caused me great inconvenience as I had to take time from the middle of my work-day to travel over 30 minutes to my property, a fact I had made quite clear when I set up the appointment the previous week. When I expressed my displeasure, the response from the office staff was less than satisfactory. As a result, I made a request that Paul contact me directly as a sign of respect for my time and of his interest in my business. Paul eventually called me back at 8:30pm and left the following message: ?I apologize for being able to make it over to your home today. I did get tied up, and once again I apologize, things do come up. I had some unforeseen things. And after some careful consideration, I really prefer not to do business with you. So, you can write to Angie?s List all you want. You can do whatever you want. I don?t have a contract with you, and I can do business with whoever I want, and I DON?T choose to do business with you. You can call me on your cell phone if you want ?? You can draw your own conclusions ?

They showed up when they said they would for both the estimate and the work for all jobs that we had them do. They did a good job and got it done in a very timely fashion. All of the guys that came to do the work for the windows and the roofing were great. EVERYTHING worked out great for us. We will be using them again soon. They are coming out for another estimate for more windows this weekend.

After getting quotes for other windows, Paul was able to swing by and quote a very reasonably priced full window replacement project with Harvey windows. judging by the age of our house, it made no sense to spend 2-3x that amount for some of the "superior" windows. Paul and his crew worked under no oversight or supervision and shared the house with another contractor crew - the work was started and finished with cleanup in 1 day for 21 windows!!! No complaints at all and Paul came by the next day to walk the lot with me and make sure that everything was to my satisfaction - highly recommend their services.

After receiving a few quotes, we decided to go with 3 Sons based on price (they were the cheapest) and product (Harvey Windows). There estimate was clear, and stayed true to the final cost. They scheduled a date, and arrived right on time. Their crew worked throughout the day, and made sure the job was complete, done right, and everything clean by the end of the day. I was very pleased with their work, and how great everything looked when they were done. They even identified something that another contractor had done incorrectly. In fact, they could not finish wrapping the outside of one window until it was fixed. They prepped the material to complete the job and left it at my home. Once the other issue had been corrected, 3 Sons was prompt to schedule a time to come back to finish the window wrapping and completed it when they said. I wish I could use 3 Sons for more work on my home because of how reliable they were and the quality of the work they completed!

I love Three Sons and Paul Nutile. I have seen their work all over Walthamfor years and it always looks so nice, I knew right away when it was time to do work at my house, they were my first and only option. When I wasn't sure about what shingle color to choose for the roof, Paul gave me a few addresses locally to do drive-bys to see the options in person and on a large, realistic scale, which was really helpful. Their price was completely reasonable and they got the job done quickly and efficiently, without any delays or problems. The guys on the crews are really nice, and the brothers/foremen were always available to run things by, ask questions to, all were super helpful. Great attention to detail on the trim at the sides of the house, and around the windows, and with the porch flooring layout, etc... It really looks gorgeous. Paul is really laid back and knows his stuff, a really nice guy. I recommend Three Sons all the time to people I meet that need anything done, either exterior work or interior remodel stuff. Any future work that I consider doing at my house, they'd be my choice for sure.

Needed a new kitchen window and wanted something that would be deep enough to hold plants with enough glass to supply light. Three Sons came out, identified the best window for the purpose, and gave us a quote. Two weeks later - window in, and no sign that they had ever been in our kitchen; in fact, probably cleaner than before they arrived. Perfect installation, and the estimate was accurate to the penny. I'm sure that there are cheaper ways to go, but I'm willing to pay for professional work done right the first time. Will definitely use them again...
