The crew arrived on time. But they arrived with a truck that was too small to fit all my stuff! They called the office and tried to swap to get a bigger truck but it was not possible. They said they would try to fit all the boxes but some of the furniture would be left behind and asked me to prioritize what needs to go and what could stay!!I had to leave my bed behind! In hindsight I should just have canceled the move there and then & lost my deposit! I am now stuck with looking for another mover in the middle of the holiday weekend to come and move the rest of my stuff! I could have gotten a much cheaper mover from Craigslist or Facebook.But I thought that if I went with somebody from Angie's list I would not only get professionalism, I would be happy with the service! So I was willing to pay extra. I am so disappointed with this experience that I'm actually going to cancel my membership to Angie's list. Do not hire Stark movers unless you're moving from a studio!!
