The experience was good.

He explained everything that he was doing. He told me what he thought should be done, but there was no pressure to buy it. I felt very comfortable asking him questions. If he suggested me something and I really didn't want to do, I didn't feel uncomfortable saying so to him. Everything was like; this is what you could do, but it's not necessary or this is what I recommend you should do. I felt I was in control and wasn't getting bullied into something. He explained everything thoroughly. I would use him in future. I'm buying a new stove and I would call him to disconnect it. When you get a good contract, you just want to hold on to it. This was like a home alone experience for me.

Scott Robillard came out on a Sunday morning to check our leaking water heater, and pumped it out as it had a hole and needed replacement. We discussed different options for replacement and Scott was very helpful and knowledgeable in answering our questions. As it turned out, our water heater was under warranty, so the cost of our repair reflects that. Scott's employees came on Monday morning and installed the new heater. They were very professional and even covered the carpet in the basement to protect it. It is now 11am on Monday and the new heater is in. I couldn't be more pleased with this experience from start to finish. I can't recommend Scott and his crew highly enough!
