Our (10-year-old) water heater sprung a leak overnight. We had used Scott's services for two earlier kitchen replacement jobs, and I emailed him at 6:15 a.m. and he replied 20 minutes later. By 11:00 we had a new water heater in place. Scott and Kyle are punctual and do good work.

Superb! Scott often works with his brother Rob Robillard, whose business is called "A Concord Carpenter." They offer choices and fair recommendations all throughout the process. Scott guarantees his work to the point that, when I messed something up in the early weeks (discarded old rice down the toilet - don't do it!), he had an employee come out the next day and fix it free of charge.

I needed a new kitchen faucet and Scott suggested a quality brand as opposed to a cheaper version from HD.  He purchased all the materials and had his team install within two days.  As always, great response time, pricing and quality of service.

I noticed a small leak in the ceiling of our first floor bathroom very late last night. By this morning, water was dripping through the ceiling in several spots. I called Scott Robillard at about 7:30 and he was at my house less than an hour later. He took one look at the leak and its location and diagnosed the problem immediately. The tub valve was leaking and the subfloor underneath was all wet. He repaired the value and made recommendations as to how to deal with the residual water issues.
Scott is our regular plumber and I can't recommend him highly enough! He and his crew helped with an emergency replacement of our hot water tank (first meeting), various leaky sinks and toilets, a replacement of our garbage disposal, issues with a clogged sewer line, and probably a few other things I am forgetting. They are unfailingly polite, answer all my questions, and generally go above and beyond in every respect.

As always, his response was very quick and someone came to do the work right away. He and his staff are very courteous and professional. We have been so impressed with his service that we have requested his recommendations for other kinds of services. Whoever he has recommended has proved to be good, too. So far, he has moved our washer and dryer to a new location, replaced our water heater, and repaired toilets and shower leaks. All the work has been done quickly for a reasonable price, and has given us no trouble afterward.

We had called the prior night because we noticed water on the floor. Scott said that he would be at our house first thing and he was. Since we aren't plumbers we didn't realize the enormity of what could have happened if a hot water pipe burst; thank goodness Scott did! Scott has been there for us whenever we have had water/plumbing issues.

It went well. We've used Robillard Plumbing twice before and were impressed with their work. The came when they said they would. Were professional and courteous. We will use them again. (We also used them recently to permanently fix temporarily-fixed gas pipes from the gas meter. That job they came fast, did a great job, too.) We recommend them.

Scott Robileau is the owner of this company. These guys have unplugged and plugged back in gas lines when I get a new stove. They are very versatile plumbers. He is reasonable, not overly expensive. I never had to call him back for anything.

It was a much more extensive project than initially anticipated but Scott was extremely accommodating and efficient with his time. He has very good deductive skills and determined the issue we were having. He is very attentive to detail and worked around our schedule.

I contacted Scott about a leak in my water heater. Of course, I anticipated having to replace it. Scott showed me that it was a leaky valve and that the heater was OK. I was thrilled. Scott was very personable and explained my options thoroughly.
The reason I gave him a and quot;Band quot; in responsiveness was that he did not get back to me about the kitchen faucets we had discussed. To be perfectly fair, I did not pursue it either because in the meantime I purchased a and quot;Big Dealand quot; for plumbing on Angie's List.

I called Sott Robillard Plumbing and left a voicemail asking for assistance removing and attaching a spray hose in my kitchen sink. I didn't have the correct tools (and know-how) to remove the old hose without causing damage (i.e., copper pipes were in the way). Scott returned my call promptly, gave me a quote for the work and was able to send his employee out to my house that afternoon to take care of it. Scott's employee was professional, punctual and friendly and left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. I will definitely reach out to Scott Robillard Plumbing first if/when I need assistance again with any household plumbing chores.

The workers did excellent work on a difficult job. The price was not the cheapest, but well worth it given the complications involved. I particularly appreciated the professionalism of the workers.
