S & W Tile

Description of Work: Wes Oconnor of S&W Tile took my call and we aranged a time for an estimate that evening. He was very knowledgable and answered all our questions and gave great advice. We had Wes remove and regrout our shower and do some tile recaulking in a few areas in the bathroom that were cracking (back splash butted up against tile, window frames butted up against tile and the top edge of the whirlpool tub butted up against tile). He also did some caulking in a few areas in the kitchen. He was able to come do the job a few days after his estimate and arrive on time and completed the job that day. My husdand & I were very pleased with the job he did. He was very personable, did a great job and was very honest in his accessment of the job and his advice. We would not hestitate to hire him in the future for any tile or grouting needs we may have. We highly recommend Wes O'Connor of S&W Tile.

Description of Work: The job entailed removal of existing tile, installing durock underlayment, and installation off new tile and grout. Sylvester and team were extremely neat and efficient in getting up the old tile and subfloor. Wes installed the new tile and grout while paying VERY close attention to every little detail. He never made assumptions while he worked. He would always consult us to get our input and offered up sound advice when needed. From the outset, Wes was in constant communication with us and easy to reach (by phone and email). It was very evident that they're goal was to make sure we were 100% satisfied with every aspect of the job. The new floor exceeded my expectations - and I'm a VERY picky person! Wes and Sylvester were a pleasure to work with and I would strongly recommend them. They are true craftsmen.
