Description of Work: I had a small tile repair job. After sending Wes pictures of my shower, he told me he would talk me through the repair. It would be a very easy repair and hiring him would be too much money. He told me exactly what to buy and what to do. He also told me to call him back with any questions. I did call him back and he was very quick to respond. Thanks to Wes the shower is fixed and looks good.

Description of Work: Wes and his guys removed our old master shower, because the shower pan was beginning to fail. Then they water proofed and re-tiled everything. The new shower looks great. I'm giving them top marks because they did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, without any unexpected costs. | |Note that Wes asked us to buy the tiles and to arrange to have the existing shower glass removed and reinstalled. Those costs are not included in the project. Neither are the costs of the plumber who installed a new value and fixtures. Total cost was close to $12000. | |If we decide to convert one of our bath tubs into a shower, we will definitely use S&W Tile.

Description of Work: Wes and his team at S&W Tile retiled my bathroom and did a beautiful job. We had had problems with leaking into the apartment below our bathroom, and they waterproofed the walls and installed extra waterproofing before installing the new tile. Everything--from the waterproofing to the tiling to the care they took with cleaning up at the end of each day--was done beautifully and professionally. They arrived each morning at exactly the time they had told me they would arrive, and they were courteous and kind. We hope to hire them again to redo our second bathroom.

Description of Work: They replaced broken and missing ceramic tile outside of our shower door. It went great and he paid close attention to detail matching the color of the grout from what we had, to what he decided to use. I think he cared more than I did which was great!

Description of Work: Did not have work done so cannot speak for the work itself. But Wes is a great guy, contacted him regarding a potential project and got some really good advice from him. Was always responsive when called him with a question. If ever came around and need the field of work he is in, would definitely consider him.

Description of Work: Wes regrouted our guest bathroom, and did the same in our master bathroom which was a lot more work. He is extremely hard working and even though the master shower proved challenging at times,Wes rose to the challenge Both bathrooms look whiter, brighter and cleaner, and Wes gave them the make over they needed without changing out the tile or breaking the bank.

Description of Work: We contacted Wes 4 days before our child's first birthday party in need of a contractor to finish off the tile backsplash in our new kitchen. Wes called us back within minutes, gathered the necessary information and photos to quote the work over the phone within an hour, and was at our house within 36 hours of our call to complete the 50 square foot job in a single day. He was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond in fixing a couple of miscellaneous granite issues leftover from our countertop install. We can't thank him enough for prioritizing our work and handling the job with a significant appreciation for quality and durability in mind. We couldn't have wished for anything more than what we got!

Description of Work: For large Marble Shower, Wes resealed the entire shower, after recaulking all the areas that can be done.... Wes really knows his business and explained my situation very well. He was right on time for the estimate and the actual work. No work had been done on the shower for 9 years and it really needed the work that was done. I found S&W Tile on Angie's List ad am real pleased with S & Wand the work that was done... would definitely recommend this company (and Wes) to others

Description of Work: I can't say enough positive things about Wes. His professionalism & work are both outstanding. He answered the phone the first time I called, we talked through the process & the best way to achieve my goals. He set a date, stuck to it, was there early & finished early. He even saved my butt & made the job work with not quite enough tile. (my fault). I will absolutely be hiring him again as well as recommend him to anyone looking for tile work.

Description of Work: Wes was referred by my plumber. I recently bought a condo and the tile around the tub was old and worn, and he came out and scraped off the old caulking and re-caulked the tub, sides, and ceiling edges. He was right on time, completed his work quickly, and took the time to explain routine upkeep and to show me how I can do this future as small cracks appear. I would definitely recommend him and use him in the future.

Description of Work: Wes installed a glass and ceramic tile in our shower/tub. He also installed a new porcelain floor in our bathroom. He is very responsive and very courteous. He was able to get in and out within a couple days. The bathroom looks great and we are very happy with the outcome. We will use Wes again if we decide to tile anything else in our house.

Description of Work: Wes and Silvester are the real deal. We hired these guys because of their reputation of doing impeccable Tile and Marble work. They showed up every day and stayed on budget. They went above and beyond for us with our project. They do all of their Installs by the book. Every step was taken to ensure maximum longevity of our investment without us even having to ask. They not only installed thin-set under the durock, they then self leveled over the radiant heat, to make sure our custom Marble floor was flawless. We had them install it on a diagonal and it looks fabulous . Our Mudroom was just as complicated as our Master. Radiant heat , durock and self level again. With 2 closets and 2 entryways we were concerned that it could possible look to cut up. Again, not only did they scribe every piece they did it with a smile. You could tell these guys take pride in their work. Lastly our Laundry room was installed without any problems. They even called out our general contractor on a shortcut he was planning on taking, and let me know about it promptly. It was good to see that their loyalty lay with the customer and not with the fellow contractor. Wes even said "he'll probably be upset, and won't offer me any of his future jobs", but Wes just didn't feel right not letting us know. Strong moral compass, especially since telling us probably cost him future work. We've ditched the contractor in question, but still call Wes anytime we need tile work. Honest, high quality, good value for money. Doesn't get any better.

Description of Work: When I had my master bathroom in my home in Weston renovated, the contractor did a good job on everything but the tiling. The shower floor was so bad (not level, cracks) that I gave up and went looking for a real top-notch tile guy to do it over (drill out the old tile, and re-tile the shower floor). Based on Angie's List ratings, I selected Wes O'Connor of S+W Tile (he is the "W"). He's fabulous. Responsive, punctual, professional, knows his stuff. I love this guy.
