I own an apartment building built in the late 40s. All 4 apartments were tiled and grouting and caulk was shot. Water was leaking trough the walls and causing damage to lower floors. I live in one and began a full remodel there and started looking for someone to help seal up the other 3. I found S&W through angie's list and gave them a call. Wes took my call and was happy to give me a variety of options and advice. Wes and Sylvester arrived promptly and worked quickly, finishing all 3 bathrooms by lunch. Wes also took the time to look at the in process repair I was doing in my apartment and offered to put a layer of water proofing on the walls I was going to hang a tub surround on. I was very happy with the work. All of the bathrooms look great and no mess was left behind. Throughout the process Wes was very honest and helpful. I was particularly impressed with Wes' responsiveness via email. I even went so far as to send pictures of the grouting early on so that he could better know what services I needed. He offered me advice on maintenance and took the time to show me what he was doing so that I could do the routine upkeep and hopefully the walls won't get this bad again. I wanted to note that while I gave S&W a 'B' on price it wasn't because it was a 'B' value. They just weren't the lowest estimate, but the quality of service and work was well worth the price. I am glad I chose them and would highly recommend S&W.
Description of Work: Three apartments each had a bathroom that received a full regrout and recaulk to prevent water from continuing to leak through the walls. A forth apartment had a bathroom undergoing a remodel and received a water proofing treatment (Hydroban) put up before the tub surrounds were glued on.

The grout between tiles in our master bedroom cracked, causing water to leak to the adjacent room and to the basement. He came to evaluate the situation the same day we called, even though his wife was about to have a baby! After everything was dry, he re-caulked the entire cracked area in our shower as well as around the tub. While he was here, he also fixed some cracks in the grout around the bathroom countertop, the tub in another bathroom, and in the kitchen, and also helped us out with a few other questions we had. While the job was not done 100% perfectly, we were overall quite satisfied with the work and would call him again if we have further problems.

Wes and his team were great. They showed up on time, worked until the job was done and did an absolutely beautiful job. The tiles that we chose were pretty intricate to install as a kitchen backsplash and they were installed without a hitch. Wes and his team took the time to explain eveything they were going to do and how to care for the tiles. I would absolutely hire them again to do any kind of tile job big or small. Great experience overall !

Fantastic - Wes made sure I understood "worst case" before touching my floor. He was very careful about removing the tiles, walked me through why we were having an issue. He took his time and was happy to let me watch the repair, even providing some free DIY lessons. One of the tiles on a threshold was cracked and his concern was to avoid any much larger and expensive repairs (instead of advocating for a complete overhaul). Again, he patiently showed me the materials and methods he was using for the re-installation. One of the most personable and professional people I've had the pleasure to use, and would highly recommend S&W!

The entire experience was terrific and I couldn't be more pleased. Wes was quickly able to come by and provide an estimate. He was very flexible and had great ideas about how to tile a tricky small bathroom that had been stuck into a small space and had problems with mold and mildew. He gave me a date two weeks out for the work, but knew I wanted it done quickly and ended up coming on a Sunday morning to do the prep work, and completed the entire job a week before promised. He and his partner were very easy to work with and good communicators. I highly recommend them.

We joined Angie's list specifically for the purpose of finding someone who could help us as we had contacted several other contractors who either did not return our call or would not work with this product.. Wes called back right away, came and looked at the job and within 1 week the job was completed. The work performed was exactly as discussed, and within the agreed upon time frame and budget. Wes was also very honest about the potential pitfalls when working with these products but in the end everything came out perfectly.
Description of Work: Wes and Sylvester tiled a shower stall which was the final step in a bathroom remodel project. This was a difficult job and we had a hard time finding someone who would even consider it, as it involved glass tile (4 different types/patterns) in an over sized shower stall.

We found S&W Tile on Angie's list. Wes came out on Friday, August 31 to give us an estimate. We were impressed with his knowledge, expertise, and ability to communicate what was needed without over-promising. Wes was very up front about what he did not know. He explained that all caulking will eventually fail; the only question is when. Shower glass tends to settle and generally does not line up well if removed and put back, so the glass had to go. He could replace the pan, but would not guarantee the shower would not leak if he could not waterproof behind the tile. We decided to have the whole thing taken apart and redone. They started work on Saturday, continued on Sunday, took Labor Day off, and finished on Wednesday. Both Wes and Sylvester are very careful and take great pride in their work. Wes does most of the talking and explained things throughout the process. There was a hole in the caulking in the old stall where the basin and tile wall meet that was not visible until the frame and glass had been removed. When the tile was removed, the lower few feet of the sheetrock was wet and showing signs of mildew or mold, even though we had not used that shower for several weeks. He explained that if sheetrock is penetrated by a screw or something, it can absorb water like a sponge, and that a tile wall with grout is not, by itself, waterproof; it needs a completely sealed waterproof barrier behind it. They put multiple coats of Hydroban on the cement board (much more water resistant than sheetrock) and showed us how they were making a complete water-tight seal that would last. He also advised us to get small tile for the basin. Sylvester did the cement basin with a slight tilt toward the drain. They arranged for a plumber to come and do what needed to be done. Wes talks fast and provides a lot of information. Sometimes it's a lot to absorb, but he's very patient with additional questions. When we got home Wednesday night, he said we would be excited because it was done, but no peeking until they got things all cleaned up. They were very meticulous in their clean-up every day. He recommended we find a glass place from Angie's list, and we will be getting an estimate next week. So the shower glass has yet to be done and we obviously have not yet been able to use the shower. Despite some additional complications that emerged as the project developed, he brought it in at budget. It was done in less than a week from the time of our first meeting with him and it looks really, REALLY nice. We would definitely use S&W Tile again, and highly recommend them to others.
Description of Work: As part of renovations about four years ago for which we hired a general contractor, we had a second-floor shower stall installed. Almost immediately, we noticed leaks at the corners near the walls and later some minor water damage on the ceiling and upper wall of the room below. The original contractor returned several times, recaulked, and even took the glass off to try to get a better seal. Most repairs held for at most for a day or two. The last repair held for a number of months, but the leak eventually returned. After the glass had been reinstalled, the shower door no longer closed well. It was time to try something and someone else. Ultimately, we hired S&W Tile. Wes and Sylvester disassembled the old shower and removed the original tile as well as the sheetrock behind it. In the process, Wes explained what had been done wrong in the original installation and why it leaked. He and Sylvester installed additional wood to anchor new cement-based board, fabricated and pitched a cement basin and shower curb, waterproofed the whole system with Hydroban, put in small tile in the basin and larger tile on the wall (and added two shelves), and made, installed, beveled, and polished a marble curb on the shower.

I called Wes about 2 weeks before I needed my project to begin (and end) and left a message, with which I received a call back the same day and scheduled an appointment with him to come look at my client's bathrooms to assess what would need to be done, how long it would take and how much it would cost. He was very upfront with us about what we might find when we started to demo and what we would need to do to remediate any damage. We ended up needing to demo the entire master bathroom because of mold damage and because the bathroom had not been tiled correctly 20 years ago when the house was built. Wes recommended a demo guy which I ended up using and had a great experience with also. Wes was very accommodating as the schedule changed due to the mold remediation and at the last minute, came to the house to do prep work so that he could get a head start on the project to be sure that it would be completed in my short deadline of 3 days. As if I wasn't asking for a lot already, we also discovered that the floors, walls and ceiling all were NOT level because of the terrible construction 20 years ago and Wes was going to have to work around all of these imperfections and get creative with the way that he cut and laid the tile, which he did FABULOUSLY. I pre-purchased all of the materials with his suggestions and even ended up deciding to have him install Tileware baskets in the shower to add additional storage, which need to be installed during the tiling process. He wasn't sure how to install them but he was more than happy to research the product and find out the best way to and what products would need to be purchased to get the job done correctly. He installed Ditra under the ceramic floor tiles to prevent cracking in the future (there was a lot of damage from the previous installation) and because we were so hesitant about the mold issue in the master bathroom, he ended up waterproofing the entire shower with a product called, Hydroban, that was applied directly to the Durarock after it was installed. My client has 2 children and all three of them have allergies and asthma that were a concern throughout the whole project because the mold needed to remain contained in the bathroom, including the dust and debris from the tile work, which Wes made sure of. Wes completed this project by exceeding my expectations by leaps and bounds! He went above and beyond in every aspect and made sure that me and my client would be happy for many years! He answered every text and phone call from me within an hour and made sure that I knew what I needed to do to prepare for the project and what I should expect from him. He drove out to my client's house and made follow-up phone calls on multiple occasions before the project had even begun, to plan everything out with us and to confirm the design and that the materials would arrive on time. He didn't leave one stone unturned! He was always on time, courteous, professional, tidy, honest and had a great attitude. I will absolutely use him for all of my personal tiling projects and for all of my clients! You can't go wrong in hiring Wes, no he's not the cheapest and he'll tell you that, but you get what you pay for, and with Wes, he's worth every penny!

First, Wes answered my call eveytime i had a question while planning and shopping for my finish materials. If it went to voicemail once, i heard right back. Wes quoted the job with the expectation that we would have to demo the walls completely, Sylvester was able to painstakingly remove the tiles instead, saving me time and money on the sheet rocking and plastering expected to follow. He even managed to save the ceiling molding from damage. There isn't a single nick - not one! The whole job was very quick and painless, they explained everything first, and except for my beautiful new floor, there's not a trace of evidence they were even here. Throughout the process Wes and Sylvester were professionals first, with a great sense of humor, no drama and only one surprise...the final completion price was LESS than the estimate. S & W Tile is worth the price and then some. Two thumbs up!

Everything worked out really well and smoothly from the start. He promptly responded to my initial phone call. He was able to give me an initial estimate based on photographs I took of our bathrooms and kitchen sink. He explained clearly what he thinks would be a good solution to the problem I have with one bathroom. He also gave sound recommendations and shared his opinions thoughtfully. He will not take on a job that is outside of his expertise and says that out flat, and I commend him for that. He does not pretend to know about everything. He showed up at the time he said he would and set out to work efficiently. I feel that the cost of the job he performed matched the quality of work he delivered, plus the sense of ease I had all through-out the process. Wes is a hardworking, highly skilled, meticulous, efficient, and honest professional. I will use him again and recommend him to others.
Description of Work: Wes O'Connor did work on three bathrooms and one kitchen counter/sink:1) removed the old caulking and applied fresh one on the tiles in the vanity and shower area of one of the bathrooms;2) removed old caulking and applied fresh one around the kitchen sink, and along the edges and corners of the kitchen counter;3) brilliantly solved our recurring problem with one of our bathrooms - water leaking down to the area below it whenever someone takes a shower. We suspect that the water leak issue is due to the deterioration of the caulking where the tiles meet the tub. The gap is significant - more than 1/3 of an inch - and so whatever caulking that had been applied weakened fairly quickly. Wes came up with the solution of applying fresh caulking on the space between the tub and tile, and then applying a bullnose over it so that the bullnose tiles sit on the tub. Brilliant solution! The addition blended well with the rest of the tiles, and actually made the tub area look neater because now, the large gap (which meant wide caulking) is no longer in view and the caulking all around is uniform. He also recaulked the tiles surrounding the glass block window we have in the bathroom, and applied a bullnose over the bottom edge of the glass window as a preventive measure. Nice work!4) removed old caulking and applied fresh one along the edges of the shower stall and bathroom wall of a third bathroom. As a gesture of goodwill and good heart, he removed the badly done caulking along one bathroom sink and recaulked it even though it wasn't on my list, among other recaulking here and there. He did not charge me for the work he did that was not on the list.

From a customer service perspective, S&W tile is top notch. Wes was a wealth of information. He taught us about the benefits of different underlayment options, he gave us some advice about tile quality, and he helped us find a radiant heating system. Wes also excels at all of the smaller service things that matter. He shows up when expected, he always answers his phone, he answers any questions, he will research anything he doesn?t know about, he?s a pleasure to work with and he stays on budget. From a craftsmanship perspective, S&W tile is also top notch. I was very impressed with his work. Wes is very quality focused, and took extra care to make sure that the job was done right, even with the challenges of an older home. We initially hired S&W to tile the bathroom, and when we saw their work we immediately hired Wes to tile the kitchen floor. Everyone who has seen the work has commented that it?s amazing. I wish I had more to tile?because a day when Wes isn?t working to improve your house just isn?t as good as a day when he is.

Given Wes' excellent recognition of what might be expected given very little direct evidence, the process ultimately went as expected. No real surprises because we had discussed every possibility. The marble installation went well and quickly took place within 1.5 days. Wes is also attentive with respect to communicating necessary next steps to ensure a long duration of satisfaction.
Description of Work: Wes O'Connor and his team coordinated the installation of marble flooring in my kitchen which necessitated removal of the existing tile, rebuilding the subfloor in places, and actual installation of the tile. Initially he provided extremely helpful, honest, and overall professional assistance regarding the very many possibilities and solutions for my particular situation. Since the extent of work required for the sub-flooring was impossible to assess prior to demolition, Wes helped set expectations for the various scenarios. My job required demolition for which Wes helped to identify a candidate that I hired to good satisfaction.. Wes also went out of his way to shop with me on a Thursday evening at Home Depot to purchase the necessary construction materials thereby saving me money. The ~$6000 was for installation alone. The marble tile and materials were extra.

Impressive job. Wes was right on time, incredibly courteous, and did meticulous work. The cleaning off of old silicon edging material in the master bath was fantastic. I still can't believe there's no sign of the old stuff or any damage to the trim work. The new sealing he did was very cleanly done, and I'm sure will hold up much better. Wes is really good about minding your budget. He offers options from DIY at no cost to having him do it all, and everything in between. He also tells you what he would do and when he thinks it's not worth the money to have him do something. His attitude is really his biggest selling point, but his work happens to be top quality anyway. We'd have him back anytime, and wouldn't think of calling anyone else.

We had an excellent experience with Wes O’Connor. We were working with a very tight deadline. We contracted with him Monday to re-tile the bathroom floor. Our family was arriving Friday evening, and the plumbing work was scheduled to be done on Friday. Wes was more than responsive, changing his schedule to come in Wednesday at the exact time we were available. When he arrived, he calculated that we had purchased too few tiles. We had enough to cover the floor, but not to allow for a symmetrical pattern. It wouldn't’t look right. Lesson learned- Call Wes first! When we found we could get more tiles on Thursday, he agreed to do the work after all the tile arrived even if he had to start the job at 6 PM so that it would be ready for the plumbers on Friday. He even replaced the marble sill, which we had not thought to purchase. The end product was beautiful, symmetrical and completely cleaned up. We would recommend Wes to anyone for his work quality, professionalism, and excellent work ethic.

Our old kitchen tile was, in a word, sad. When we finally got around to replacing it, we had no definite plan in mind for style or pattern, and we didn't know much about options for underlayment. We found S&W Tile through Angie's List, and Wes returned my call the same day. Wes was kind enough to drop by the house that same evening after work and give us his assessment of the job. He gave us tips on where to buy tile and how to lay it out, and he offered us several different options for the new underlayment, clearly explaining the benefits of each without pressing one over the other. He also told us we could save $1250 by doing the demolition ourselves, which we agreed to do. He quoted us a price that seemed very reasonable, so we scheduled an installation date on the spot. Because my wife and I both work, we were concerned about needing to take time off to be home during the installation process; we were delighted to find that Wes's crew would work on Saturday and Sunday, so we would only need to be home on one additional weekday. Wes came by the house beforehand (conveniently after hours again) after we had removed the old tiles to make sure the floor had been prepared properly. When the schedule installation day arrived, Wes arrived promptly at 7 AM with his crew of 2 to install the underlayment (Day 1), the tile (Day 2) and the grouting (Day 3). He finished early each day, and the crew was very neat and professional throughout the process. This was not a particularly easy job -- the space is irregularly shaped, and the subfloor had several ventilation openings and depressions which needed to be smoothed out -- but the result was a beautiful new floor that we can be proud of.

First of all, Wes O'Connor is a very good listener. He takes the time to fully hear what you have to say and his attention stays focused on you throughout. He does not allow his cellphone to interrupt him nor you. He is not in a hurry. That's refreshing. We had a mini emergency - we couldn't properly source a water leak emanating from our 2nd floor bathroom which was causing staining and damage to a first floor ceiling. A call placed to Wes at 9PM on a Sunday got an immediate pickup. Wes carefully explained what he could and could not do and most importantly what he could and could not guarantee. We knew up front what to expect and what to look forward to. He detailed three paths we could follow and he helped us look for a least costly and most effective way to proceed. We agreed on a path and price and we scheduled work for the next Tuesday AM. Wes arrived punctually, did all work in a timely fashion, offered good advice and suggestions along the way and tidied up afterwards. How tidy? Just look at his truck . It's a pleasure to work with honest people like Wes who take pride in their work and pride in how they deal with customers.

Bottom line: In my opinion, you do not need to look any farther than Wes O?Connor when it comes to tile work. S&W tile exceeded our expectations in all regards and did wonderful work. I found S&W tile on Angie?s list. There were many positive recommendations and after working with Wes O?Connor I understand why. When I first contacted Wes, he was on vacation. None the less, he returned my call within 24 hours and worked with me while he was on vacation to estimate and schedule my tile installation. Wes had several good tips and recommendations that helped make the work go smoothly. Wes was very flexible and helpful on schedule. We had several different jobs happening simultaneously. Wes did very detailed coordination with me to schedule the tile work. When the tile supplier I was working with delivered the tile one day later than expected, Wes was easily able to reschedule his jobs so that he could fit our tight schedule. This schedule flexibility and the ability to depend on him to deliver on time were very important to us. The work itself was beautiful. We had a large amount of complex glass tile with many different colors and shapes. It required very detailed work to set it as a backsplash with many outlets. Wes and his team did flawless work. The result was breathtaking and better than we had expected. Although I had no issues whatsoever with the work, it was clear to me Wes would stand by his work to insure I was 100% satisfied. He called me several days after the work was complete just to be sure we were completely satisfied. I will always use S&W tile for any tile work I do in the future and strongly recommend Wes O?Connor to anyone doing tile work.
Description of Work: S&W Tile (Wes O'Connor) installed and grouted 55 square feet of complex, multi-facted glass tile as backsplash in a completely remodeled kitchen.

My initial phone call was returned within hours. Services were detailed along with pricing for each level. We came to agreement on service level required and terms during the phone call and scheduled the work. Wes, the owner, was extremely clear and detailed in his explanations and set expectations on his scheduled arrival and about how long the work would take.Wes arrived promptly at 8AM explained his process, let me know potential things that could come up in the work, and set about the job. I was at home during the time he worked, and he checked in with me on several things, explained his process, and progress. The total time was about 5 hours. The work made the bathroom look new.Wes detailed the 'curing' process, cleaning of the tiles the following day, and care and maintenance to help preserve the new look. I would hire Wes again. It was one of the most hassle free arrangements I have had with a tradesman. His work is quality, and Wes left everything neat and clean. Very careful and considerate of the home.
Description of Work: Removed tile grout and caulking in tub surround. Evaluated and cleaned tile floor and grout.

It was a very good experience. I saw Wes's references on Angie's List and called him. He came to our home that evening to see what needed to be done and gave us an estimate. He explained the process and what he might uncover once the cracked tiles were removed.
Description of Work: I had several cracked tiles in my kitchen floor and was afraid I would have to replace my entire floor. But Wes was able to replace the cracked tiles and my floor looks beautiful again. Wes explained the problem with the cracking - the original installers had not done the job properly. Wes explained how the tiles should have been installed and that the method he used to replace the cracked tiles. Wes was honest, professional, punctual, neat, and the cost was very reasonable. I will definitely hire Wes when we re-do our master bathroom and to retile the kitchen floor. He did a great job!

Wes responded quickly, asked good questions, and gave an estimate that was right within range of what the actual charge was. He remembered that the hardwood floors were in the process of being refinished and showed up with a protective covering for the floors. He assured me that he would do a good job and he did. I appreciate that he set up shop outside rather than in the garage, preventing additional construction dust. I didn't realize that I needed to have picked up the grout, but he gave me a color chart and he happened to have the color that best matched the tile with him. He demonstrated a good understanding of design. All in all, he was confident and competent. I love what he did. It looks great. And thanks to his assistant, Leo.
Description of Work: Did a backsplash for tub surround including setting a limestone shelf, then 2 rows of Adex ceramic subway tile, a row of glass rods, 3 rows of small glass tiles, another row of glass rods, and finally, a ceramic Adex chair rail with end caps.

Wes was very responsive to my inquiry over email. I didn't know exactly what tile & design I wanted for our fireplace project, but Wes helped steer me in the right direction after I showed him some example pictures from the internet. S&W leaves the style/design aspect for the homeowner to figure out but Wes did offer advice on how to keep things economical. I was quickly ready to proceed with arranging an estimate and called Wes late on a Friday (left a message). I was surprised (and happy!) when he called me right back early that evening, from the airport as he was getting ready to depart for a family vacation! He spent a great deal of time talking through my project while literally at his departure gate. I really appreciated his willingness to get back to me so promptly as I was very ancy to get the project going. I know most other guys would not interrupt their personal time to get back to a customer like that. Again, when it came time to have the estimate Wes was very accommodating to my schedule. I was only available during the weekend, but he and one of his crew/partners made time to come out late on a Saturday right after I selected the tile. They spent a lot of time looking at my project and assessing the job. Because it did have complications, they were clear in explaining the options to me. Note - Wes does assess a $75 fee for estimates, but if you are looking for craftsmen to take time to come into your home and make a solid technical assessment and budget estimate then you shouldn't worry about the fee. I was in a hurry to get this fireplace job done because we had a big upcoming event/party and I wanted it to be all done. Wes responded by squeezing us into his schedule - again being very flexible for us and actually setting the job date for a Saturday, when no one would have to stay home from work. Of course, a couple days before the job I got an idea for a design change (that deviated from what we all agreed to). I called Wes and he was very flexible with my proposed change, which required the incorporation of some bullnose tile (that I didn't have but then picked up right away). Wes, who was booked, sent his partner Sylvester (who also came for the estimate) in to do the job. Sylvester is a tile craftsman. Because the job was complicated (and I threw a curve ball at the last minute with a tough design change) he was a little leery at first because he is such a perfectionist. However he shouldn't have worried because he did an outstanding job, and navigated all the little issues posed by our imperfect 100yr old brick fireplace. As I said the mud material under the old brick hearth was crumbling so he also rebuilt that substrate back up all nice, level and solid. It was extra work that was thrown in for basically nothing. You can see the results of the job in the attached before/after photos. Note, we didn't tile inside the firebox - instead I ended up lining the inside of the fireplace myself with thin MDF afterwards and painting in there. In the future we may add a gas-insert so it didn't make sense to install tile in there. We are very pleased with how the fireplace came out, and of course it was a big hit at the party and with everyone else that has come through the house since. I intended to get this review up much sooner (the job was completed 6 months ago), but fell behind. One benefit of submitting a late review though is that I can report on the enduring quality of the job. The tiles & grout are as good as the day they were installed, and we have had NO problems whatsoever. The fireplace room has actually since served as a playroom for our 1.5yr old, and everything has remained solid with the fireplace. We're so pleased that we were able to clean up and create such an attractive, sound fireplace that our whole family can enjoy. Very much look forward to hiring Wes again for the next project.
Description of Work: We had our 100 year old brick fireplace & hearth refaced with ceramic tile. It was a complicated job, because the substrate under the hearth was very deteriorated, and the fireplace facade itself had a corbelled detail at the top (just below the mantle) that had to be dealt with.

We called Wes at S&W back for a second job we were so happy with the work he did for us last year and again he did not disappoint. I have a few things I admire and appreciate about Wes. First is his responsiveness and customer service. This guy takes it to a whole new level and he does not rush or pressure you! Our situation is a little unique as both times we hired Wes it was to work on our rental property. He was extremely respectful or our tenants and worked with their schedules. Second would be his excellence in execution. Wes really takes pride in his work right down to the last detail. Our house is over a hundred years old and it is not the easiest to work on but some how he makes it work and look great. I highly recommend Wes at S&W Tile!

I reviewed tile repair and cleaners on Angie's list and sent emails to two of them asking to bid on the job. Wes responded quickly and suggested we talk on the phone about the job. I sent him a picture of the issues. I called him a day or two later and I described the problem to him. He said there were two potential solutions and quoted a price for each one. I agreed to go ahead with him. He asked to come over to the house to look at the bathrooms and agree on the exact work that was needed to be done. Wes was very punctual. At the house he took the time to explain the options as well as suggested different solutions for repairing the tile. On one or two cracked tiles, he was upfront that he would do the best job he could, but couldn't promise the problems wouldn't crop up when he started the work. The whole time at the house and on the phone, Wes was very courteous and easy to work with. Wes also pointed out one or two other issues and suggested things that I could do to help mitigate the issues. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and made sure I understood everything. We agreed on a day to do the work and I gave him a deposit. Wes showed up on the agreed upon day right on time. He finished his job and even took some extra time to fix one or two other small issues. Both bathrooms were left clean and Wes left a set of instructions on the invoice to make sure we were able to use the bathrooms and the work was able to dry properly. We could not have been happier with Wes and with the work. Wes was very easy to work with and did a very nice job.
Description of Work: One full bath and one shower needed to be re-grouted. Bath needed repair to some trim tiles around the bath tub. Wes cleaned out the old grout and re-grouted the tile. He also put in new tile around the top of the bathtub and finally caulked the remaining joints where it was needed.

Wes was very friendly and professional. He was on time, and did a great job. He also was careful to explain to me the ongoing maintenance routines. He was also kind enough to go to Lowes with me to help pick out the tiles and other materials.
Description of Work: Wes replaced an old tile floor in the bathroom, and re-calked the area around the tub.
