Hello- We came out for an estimate for squirrels nesting under the Solar Panels. We set 2 cages and monitored them for 5 business days and we caught 1 squirrel during this time.We do not do any type of sealing work around solar panels, all we are able to do is set cages to hopefully trap the squirrels. The work that you paid for was completed, just as it was explained on the initial estimate that was given to you. We are sorry that you were not satisfied with our service, we can always come out and set more cages, however you would need to contact the Solar Panel Company to do any type of sealing work to keep them out permanently. Thank You.

It went as we had hoped.
Description of Work: We were having a small issues with mice, and wanted the issue to be resolved quickly. They were quick to schedule, and someone came out with in days to assess the situation. He made suggestions on how to handle the current situation, and what needed to be done as a preventative measure. We are now on a maintenance program that we feel good about.

We discontinued our service contract because we didn't feel they were handling the chemicals seriously. We had a technician that was way too cavalier while applying the chemicals. Because of this, we've discontinued our service agreement.

Solicited a request for quote for the work, via e-mail and received a reply within 2 days. The company stated that a representative would arrive on the given day between 9AM - 12PM. The representative arrived at 9:30AM and provided a free estimate for the work. The representative offered two dates, that were within 5 days of his initial visit. On the scheduled work date, the representative said he would arrive between 9AM - 1PM. The representative arrived at 9AM. He completed the job satisfactorily, within 30 minutes. I strongly recommend the company to others, needing their services.

My app't was scheduled for 7am Friday morning (I called on the Monday). I saw the truck pull up outside my home at 6:45am! I opened my door to let Steve know that I was ready. He was quite nice, immediately began to discuss the issue I had discovered, and in the first 10 minutes had made the very quick diagnosis. He was courteous, professional, and very efficient. He arrived on Saturday 10 minutes early as well. The price was much less expensive than a previous exterminator who had been to my home in the previous year and did not assess the problem correctly.
Description of Work: Steve assessed my ''mouse'' situation as a ''rat'' situation, far more extensive than I had thought. He looked in my cellar, assessed that he needed more/different bait traps, and would need to return on the next day (Saturday). He made arrangements with his office to return at 8am the next day. He did put down poison powder and inspected my attic for any evidence of infestation there. Luckily, it is confined to my cellar. He returned at 8am the next day, put down 3 traps and bait, and reassured me that company would come back to remove any animals caught in trap. He outlined what I could expect from the company and was very reassuring and kind, given my rather unpleasant situation.

Needham Woburn Pest does good work, is timely and responsive, and takes care of special requests as asked. We have used them for several years and have always had excellent service and results.

I called on a Saturday morning, and Dave was at the house in less than an hour! He removed the animal quickly, gave me a quick lesson in opossum behavior, advised me on prevention, and was gone! Who could ask for more?

NW was very quick to respond to our call and relatively prompt with their service. They were able to give me a 7 - 8 am time slot to come and treat my house so my husband and I did not have to miss work. A week after they treated the house the first time we saw more ants, and NW came to treat that area of the house again even though they said it was a normal occurence after treatment. Both of the men who came to our house were very respectful and explained everything that they were doing (which was especially great as I am pregnant and concerned about the chemicals). I would hire them again no problem.
Description of Work: Treated the indoor and outdoor of our house for carpenter ants after we found a huge colony under one of our window sills. The cost includes a warranty.

THE SENTRICON SYSTEM HAS BEEN VERY EFFECTIVE FOR US.
