NW Pest Control Inc

A representative came out in the morning to review my property and the specific areas that needed to be sprayed. He was actually ready to do the work that day, but I needed to confirm other estimates. The other estimates were either to comprehensive for our property, or didn't seem to specifically address my problem. No other company offered to come out for a review. That made a huge difference for us. All of my questions were answered fully, including concerns about the odor of the spray and toxicity. I called NW the next day and scheduled the appt. for a week later. The rep. was a bit early, but fortunately I was ready. The work was performed in about 1/2 hour. The same representative came out, which helped a lot since he knew the specifics of the problem and areas to pay attention to. It's been almost one month and I have not seen one centipede. I will definitely use NW Pest Control again.

I ended up not using their services, at least not yet, because I was hoping to avoid poisoning the rodents. However now I think I know how they are getting in the house (it was a hidden place in the garage there is no way Dave could have seen) so I may call them back and see if they do hole blocking etc. I feel very positively about this company based on the experience I have had with them thus far.

This company is a great value. We initially put our pest control services out to bid, and NW was the least expensive by a good margin. They are organized, and willing to roll with the punches. They are responsive to customer service issues, and they are polite and respectful to our tenants. The owner is always just a phone call or e-mail away, and we couldn't be happier.

I talked to the owner and they are refunding half the money back. This result is very satisfactory.

I can't say enough about this company! Everyone there is so knowledgeable, so patient, so professional. All the employees the company has sent to our house have been very professional and willing to explain things. This last time, the exterminator walked through the basement with me, pointing out suspicious areas, showing me the traps he re-baited, offering me all sorts of advice on pest control. I never thought I would say this, but I'm so happy with our exterminating company!

They were punctual and they said if we saw any more ants they would come back for free. We actually did end up seeing more and they came back with no problems as at all. They were very professional and responsive. We were pleased, overall.

We've used N W Pest Control before for yellow jackets and they did an effective job on those, too. The carpenter ants are gone so we're very pleased with them. They are in and out with no hassles and they don't try to sell you extra services. It was also nice that they were friendly and remembered us and our names. They were prompt and professional, and not pushy.

NW Pest Control Inc. is a fine and upstanding business. They reassured me that I didn't have cockroaches and didn't charge me anything at all for all of the checking and the service call. I was very impressed with this. We just recently moved here and they still came right away and were just very pleasant and courteous.

They are outstanding. Their service has worked and they solved the ant problem, so that is why I got a contract with them. I am on a long term care program with them. They are professional and I have not had ants since I have begun to use them.

We had a really bad company for pest control before that would try and charge us for every single little thing. This company doesnt do that and plus they do a good job at prevention of all kinds of bugs and creepy crawlers so we like them a lot. We would give them all good marks.

The service people from NW Pest Control obviously know exactly what they are doing. After only one treatment the fire ant problems completely resolved. The serviceman was friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. Fire ants can be a terrible problem and we were quite concerned, they put our minds at ease and I recommend their services.

They wanted us to set up a program where they would come every year. We have decided to use them twice a year instead of the four times a year treatment they wanted us to sign up for. They were successful with getting rid of the ants.

They were very polite through this whole process. There was clearly carpenter ants coming into the house and they were very knowledgeable about that. They were very responsive when I called them. They came right out, looked around and educated me very much on the life cycle. I am very pleased with them. They quoted $865 for the termites and $150 for the carpenter ants.

They are always on time, they stand behind their work, and I ve never had any problems. When I call, they come right away or the next day. They are thorough, nice, and easy to get a long with. I would recommend them.

Kevin arrived on time, he is very personable and knowledgeable, and did a thorough job. We used an Angie's list coupon, it is another good incentive.

The first time they came they had the wrong area code for my phone and couldn't find us in the back yard so we had to reschedule. They were very accommodating with the rescheduling. Kevin came out later on the next business day and inspected the place. He had to leave before finishing, but sprayed part of one condo so that we would not have to bother our neighbor again. He came back the next day (at our convenience) to finish spraying. He was very courteous and did a quick, but thorough, job.

Very prompt response. Trapper was at my house within an hour of my call. He quickly captured and removed the animal. The company was very pleasant to work with. The pricing was extremely fair.

From the first phone call to the final visit to check traps, Dave, the trapping manager, and the rest of the team were a pleasure to work with. Phone calls and e-mails were pleasant and responses were timely. I am happy that I joined Angie's list and was able to find this company.

They were very prompt communicated well and I am still waiting to see how effective their treatment was. They do offer a one year warranty on their work.

They came the next day after I called. They sprayed the hive and eliminated all of the wasps. We were advised to let the hive come down by itself but it was so ugly and scary looking that I ended up knocking it down my self (after waiting a few days to make sure everything was dead). Overall quick, professional, and efficient. Would have been nice if they had removed the hive however.

Called NW Pest Control for an estimate, the office stated that a visit was required to provide the most accurate estimate. We made an appointment for the following day, the office said the technician would arrive between 9 and 12. At 10:30 that day the technician called to say he was running late, when asked "how late" he replied "about 30 minutes". At 12:30 the technician arrived, and apologized sincerely for being late. Explained how it had happened but did not make excuses, said if we agreed to the service, he would deduct $50.00 from the bill to compensate for the late arrival. During the inspection he was very open and informative, described how the treatment would work, the time, the chemicals and answered any and all questions. We called the following day and made an appointment for 2 days later. Technician arrived on time, asked if we prefer him to start inside or outside, once he began he was very careful and thorough.

My initial call was answered by a human being; the initial visit was scheduled promptly and the representative showed up exactly when he said he would; he was polite and knowledgeable about the types of insects we had; he examined the interior and exterior of the house and provided an estimate on the spot; he also had additional information on the types of chemicals that would be used and gave clear explanation of how long it would take, how long we would have to be out of the house, and what it would accomplish. While we were are only a few days post extermination, I am very happy with the company and the way it related to us; I thought the estimate was reasonable; the work was guaranteed for six months. So it remains to be seen if the carpenter bees and ant are really gone but I am very happy with the service.

Everything went great. Very rapid response to our request for an evaluation and the technician was at the house a mere two days later. We've seen the impact of the pest control program already, especially as regards ants and mice. Only "surprise" was that we had to vacate the house for a couple of hours after interior spraying for ants, but this wasn't a huge problem for us. Great technician and, in fact, everyone at the company was both pleasant and professional.

I contacted the company regarding a mouse problem. Unfortunately, I was not permitted to speak with an actual technician about their services, and the receptionist could not answer all my questions. I chose not to use the company for that reason.

POOR FOLLOW-UP WITH CHECKING BAIT TRAPS. THEY FOUND THE SOURCE OF INFESTATION AND HAVENT HAD A PROBLEM SINCE. LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER WHEN HE ASKS FOR SERVICE REPORTS.
