Great. NW was out within two days of my call and was able to inspect and treat the issue the same day. The damage site was declared "inactive" but I asked them to treat the area anyway before I had work done that would conceal the location. Prompt and professional.

They have been very knowledgeable. They know what to look for and what to spray with. They send a post card when they will be here and they have always been on time. I have used them for about three years.

This company was highly recommended by Angie's List. They responded right away and were very thorough. They explained everything they were doing and they also come out every 3 months and replace the bait traps.

They were prompt and I have not had any more problems with the squirrels getting inside the porch.

We haven't had any problems since they came.

The tech came to our home early for a 10 am appointment (always a plus, in my opinion). He checked our traps, and suggested that we reschedule an exterior spray until a time when our small children would not be at risk. This company goes 'above and beyond' on a regular basis.

Their rep showed up when promised, inspected our condo building (4 units) and gave us the best estimate of the three people we'd talked to. He returned two days later to complete setting baits. We still have mice a week later, but we are hopeful that the baiting will be done. They were very professional and handled the situation immediately.

I was extremely pleased with the clear explanation of what to expect. The technician explained the migratory patterns of these animals as well as the fact that late August is not a mating season, so no young were involved. There would have been an additional fee for every creature if a live animal had been trapped; fortunately, no raccoons returned. The work is guaranteed for a full year, but the patch was so secure that I do not anticipate a return of the animals.

The ant problem had been going on for about two weeks without much success using traditional home center remedies. After a quick inspection a course of action was suggested plus followup visits. We went with them because of the quality results posted on Angies List. And they did not let us down. They showed up at 7AM as requested for our appointment. They also removed a bee hive that had just showed up. The bee where close to an inch in length -- huge. He donded his bee suit and went to work. No more bees. Thank you.

The only complaint I have is that I feel they were a bit deceptive in receiving our agreement to a contract with them. At the time we signed their paperwork they didn't let us know they would be coming out 4 times a year to treat or inspect the property. I was under the impression that I was signing off for that particular visit. The price listed is per quarter. Except for not knowing about the contract, they are very personable and very patient with my questions. They don't cut me off short and they explain their processes to me. Personally they are very nice people.

They did a very good job. They explained the different procedures they had to use for this problem. They were on time and knew what to do and how to do it. They told me about the different plans they had for contracts but they were not pushy.

They come 4 times a year to change the mouse bait, and spray for the bugs that may be around the house. They are very dependable, always there when they say they are.

They came quickly. The only thing I didn't like was on the first appointment, I thought they were coming to do the work but it was just an estimate. When they came out to do the work we were pleased.

Very professional from start to finish. Quick response time. The company sent a person out to take a look and give a free estimate, and he was able to take care of the job on the spot so that another appointment was not necessary. He did a thorough spraying all around the perimeter of the building and in the basement and gave a guarantee good through next spring.

They were very responsive. We were called when the technician was on his way over. He conducted a thorough search and determined there was no nest in the hedges. He did not charge us for the consultation. We will definitely call this company for any future pest problems we may have. Very nice technician.

We had an ant infestation in a crawl space and they were able to get in and exterminate the ants. They were very flexible with their schedule which was good for us. They also used environmentally safe products.

I HAD HEARD WASPS IN THE GARAGE ATTIC (I SITUATION I THOUGHT HAD BEEN FIXED BY ANOTHER EXTERMINATOR LAST YEAR). THE NW PEST EXTERMINATOR FOUND EVIDENCE OF WASPS, BUT THE HIVE WAS NOT FORMED, WHICH PREVENTED HIM FROM TAKING AWAY THE PROBLEM COMPLETELY. HE DID PREVENTATIVE SPRAYING IN THE ATTIC AND AROUND THE HOUSE, AND ADVISED THAT IF I HEARD THE WASPS AGAIN, THEY WOULD BE BACK TO ATTEND TO THE ISSUE AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. ALSO, THERE WAS A MISHAP IN SCHEDULING SO THEY DID NOT SHOW WHEN ORIGINALLY PLANNED. WHEN I CALLED THEY WERE APOLOGETIC, AND COMPLETELY RESPONSIVE TO THE ISSUE. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED BY THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They were professional and knowledgeable. They found an insect and went to great lengths to explain it.

They showed up on time. They were informative and prompt. It took the about a half hour to spray. I was very satisfied with their work. They came back a second time to spray only the den. We have not had any problems since. There was no additional charge when they came back to spray the inside den.

Had small ants in basement by sealed window. Looked like they might have been eating the wood or part of the house. Called and made an appt. for someone to come look. They were able to come out within a couple of days. Technician looked at the ants and the material and said they were sugar ants and that they were bringing sand in from the outside and that they were NOT eating my house. Told me how much it would cost to have them take care of it (I think it was between $100-200), but told me that I should start with ant traps (which he actually went out to his truck and gave me for free). I also showed him a hole on our deck that bees were making. Also quoted me for that service (which I will likely do at some point) and explained to me that they also have service plans available. Gave me paperwork, explained costs, but did not pressure me to do anything. I will definitely use them for any future pest problems that are not as simple as the ants turned out to be this time.

Initial treatment that should take 4 weeks to work so well see.

They were great. They seemed to be pretty professional and knowledgeable. They were very happy to come back to spray again when the first treatment did not quite take care of the problem, which I really didn't expect the first treatment to work.

I called but could not name the type of pest in my kitchen. They came out promptly- within 1 day, determined that were mealy moths asked me to clean out all my cabinets and they would be back in 2 days. Came on Saturday, job on Monday. They came right on time @ 7 am, very nice and protective of my animals. I thought they might have missed a cabinet and called and they sent someone out the next day to cover it, no questions asked. He was terrific.

The service was very smooth from start to finish. I called and spoke with a very knowledgeable person and described the problem. He knew exactly what type of bee we had and offered me a few different options as to the treatment. The great thing about this company is they will send a "technician" out to evaluate the problem at no charge. He then lays out your options for you with pricing. You can choose to have the service performed on the spot or wait if needed. I was called the day before to confirm the appointment. The tech that showed up was right on time, very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I was offered a variety of options and warranties and chose exactly what I wanted and had it done in 15 minutes. The service I selected is warranted for 3 months. If I see any more bees they will come out at n/c and take care of it. The only remaining issue is to see if the treatment actually rids my house of the bees but based on the reviews I have read on this company I have confidence that we will be "bee free".....
