When I called them for the estimate and to set up the appointment they took the time to explain all of the servicing over the phone. They came out right on time to do the extermination and they did exactly what they said they were going to do. They had a fair price for their service.

Matt was prompt, efficient, and did not just fix the issue, but made it better then it was before the problem, by using a better air vent cover. The total cost was less then others charged just for showing up. I would definitely call them first if we had issues with pests in the future.

Great company. Super prompt. I called them to set up an appointment on a Tuesday and they said they could be there Thursday at 8am. On Thursday, our doorbell rang at exactly 8am! The inspector asked a bunch of questions about the job, then took a look around the house, explaining things to me and patiently answering any questions we had. Or main concern was removing the carpenter bees, but they gave us a discount for combining that with the ant spraying job (no sales push on that BTW, we asked for that work). The multiple job discount was in addition to the Angie's list coupon. They also offer further discounts if you want to set up scheduled maintenance, but we weren't interested in that. He couldn't do the work right then, but arranged to come back the next morning, once again showing up promptly. He worked quickly and we were very happy. As with any job of this nature, it will be hard to tell how well it went for a while, but for now we've seen no signs of ants and the bees seem to be gone. Of course, they warranty their work (six months if I recall correctly) and I'd have no reservations about calling them to do other work if needed. BTW, the same family runs a carpentry business to help repair any pest damage you might have had.

They are very professional and it's usually the same person who comes for the last three years. He knows the exact locations to spray and does good work. He also does a thorough inspection around the house for any kind of problem. I would recommend them to anyone.

Rapid scheduling of an appointment and courtesy call in advance from Marvin to make sure time was still convenient...I was running late so he adjusted his schedule to accomodate me! Marvin provided good information about my situation and recommended a plan without pushing any other services. Was thoughtful about how I should handle our dog after the treatment. Made sure I knew to call him for any ongoing problems. He was professional and very pleasant to be with. NW makes it easy to expand your services if needed without holding you hostage

The workers at NW were very good. They came out quickly. They very thorough and accommodating. I was very impressed. They were very nice and worked around my schedule.

Very postive experience. Free estimate, estimate was immediate and much less expensive and comprehensive than 2 other companies. This was the only company that I contacted that offered a free on premises estimate. On day of service the technician was prompt, quick and efficient. Very happy with the service, price and the end result. Would use this company again.

Went well, he came on time, was easily reachable by phone, did exactly what he said he would.

I called a few companies before settling with NW due to a carpenter ant issue. They answered all my questions, especially my concern about the pets. Kevin came out on Wed May 6 to give the estimate--no scare tactics or pressure to sign a contract, just the facts. The price was very reasonable and we had a $35 Angie's List coupon. We scheduled for Saturday May 9 8-10. Someone from the office called Friday to see if they could push up the time becuase they were backed up on Friday, which was no problem. (Better to call then just show up late on Saturday, which I appreciated). Phil came Saturday on time and sprayed for ants and explained anything we needed to know. I would definitely use NW again--they don't seem to try to sell you pest services you don't need, which I found with some other companies I called. Also, the price was fair and the office very responsive.

He was there when he said he was going to be and dealt with the tenants himself. He succeeded in doing what he set out to do and gave us a progress report.

Although they were prompt in coming out and putting the trap up, they didn't check it over the weekend or on the Monday following the weekend, so that when I returned to the house on Mon. at midnight there was a dead squirrel in the trap. Any dead squirrel in my house is fine by me, but my neighbors, who had witnessed the trapped squirrel for a couple of days and then saw it die were upset. I'm not sure why it wasn't removed on Mon. but when I called on Tues. am they came at 5 that day and removed the trap and animal.

They were great and they showed up on time. They did what they said and they charged what they said they are going to charge. They said if there is any reoccurrence then they will come back, but there was no reoccurrence once the work was done.

They were on time, friendly and did a good job.

They come out every quarter to treat the pest. They always send me a card informing me the time they will be coming over. They spray both inside and outside the house. I also have problems with the squirrels and they take care of them as well. I had no problems with North West Pest Control.

They came out on a Thursday and went over what the plan was and said they would start on Monday. They said that they could start that day but they don't work on weekends and therefore wouldn't check the traps, thus delaying the start. They arrived first thing Monday and had the door up and traps set in no time. They removed any trapped squirrels promptly and three months later I no longer have a squirrel problem.

The representative asked me to describe the type of ants, when they come around, what they look like, etc. She advised me that these were likely pavement ants that come around in the spring time and are not wood eating insects. This was very helpful because we were concerned about whether we needed to address them. She indicated that if we wanted them to come and do an inspection it would cost $125 but that I should wait until it warmed up because pavement ants will generally swarm after the frost. I was very impressed with her knowledge and professionalism.

We kept some traps for the mice in the house and for the squirrels on the roof. They took care of the trapped animals and also searched all the holes in the house as well as the roof for any more. We had that problem for years and there were a lot of damages made by the mice and squirrels. NW Pest Control cleared it up. They were punctual and they had to come several times to check the traps as well as to do the screening. I guess the price was reasonable and worth to get rid of the problem.

They are quite good. They came twice and they are excellent. They are very effective.

With one (important) exception, the work they did was excellent and the price was quite fair. The problem was that they didn't listen when we told them to look for a second hole. So after they told us they'd finished the work, we still had squirrel noise. I found the second hole and reported it to them. Their response to the problem was excellent! They came back, closed the hole and trapped another five squirrels. And they said the work on the second whole was covered by warranty, so they didn't charge us. (Because they missed the second hole, I'm still a little concerned that they may have missed other holes, but I see no evidence of that.) On balance, I definitely recommend them.

Everything was fine. They did just what they said. They had to come back every day for a week. They did everything!

I had to scramble to find someone to look at my carpenter ant situation between the time my wall was opened up and the time it was scheduled to be tiled over. I had called one of the humongo pest-control companies because of a previous contract my condo association had with them, and found them very off-putting-sales-y and pushy-and expensive. At the last minute I canceled the appointment, the night before, and the next morning called NW Pest. Jill, who answered the phone, was was very nice and it was such a relief to talk to a human being who LISTENED to my particular issue instead of trying to quickly sort me into a box and sell me the designated product. She wasn't sure she'd be able to get me an appointment that day, and complicating it was that my contractor was coming later that morning for an unspecified amount of time. She did explain the process (recommending that I have the spraying done that day) and the six-month warranty, and quoted me the price. We left it that I would call back when my contractor arrived and I found out how long he needed to stay. I called back a couple of hours later when he arrived, and she got me in a time slot of between noon and 3. When the service person arrived-right at the beginning of the range given-my contractor was finishing up, so he had to wait while my contractor finished gathering his stuff (that worked out well because the contractor, who found the ants, was able to talk directly to the service technician). Then he waited while I asked the contractor some last-minute questions as he was leaving-which included showing him a water spot in a neighboring apartment. THEN he waited while I knocked on the door of another neighbor, who was very anxious about pesticides and had asked to speak to him, and while she gathered herself to come up and ask him detailed questions about the spraying (all of which he answered patiently and with good humor). THEN it was finally time for him to spray, but not before he answered my questions about how long we should be out of the bathroom, how long my cat should be out of the bathroom, and how long I should wait to turn on the blower (which was there to dry out the wet walls that provided a home for the ants in the first place). The spraying itself was very quick; I paid him and received a copy of the service report, and he reminded me not to be shy about taking advantage of the six-month warranty should it be needed. I wish I could remember his name (it was a chaotic morning/afternoon for several other reasons as well), but he was knowledgeable, professional, and as I mentioned, very, very patient! I'm so grateful I was able to get this taken care of in the teeny window of opportunity that I had, and NW Pest couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating.

The experience was great. From the beginning when I called, the office staff was informative, helpful, and personable. The woman I spoke to took time to explain differences in pest control, the process, and even offered some helpful suggestions. The serviceman who came out was great and professional. He explained what he would do clearly before beginning work. He was completed with the work in about an hour. He also offered some tips on how to keep the problem from occurring again. So far, it's been a few weeks, and no mice have been seen.

I have dogs and I run a daycare. They know what to use for the dogs and children. They took great care to look for all areas of entry for rodents. I call them to make appointments and they work with my schedule. I am satisfied with their work. I would recommend them highly. My contract covers rodents as well as insects.

On the first visit, the service man crawled into the attic space for possible problems. He did a thorough job. They do spray the inside upon request. They treat the home quarterly.

I would recommend them in the future.
