The exterminator, Matt, did a great job. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and prompt. He explained everything from the ant habits to the different layers of treatment. I would definitely use them again.

Well. I would further research about spraying for ticks. I read many theories on best method.

First John came out to lay a few traps around the outside of the house to catch mice before they can enter it. He was very nice. Explained everything he was doing and gave me a price upfront. Then I asked John about something entering my house thru my bathroom air vent. He said this is not something he would be able to do but he would be happy to have animal control come out and check the air vent. He then scheduled the appointment for me when he went back to his office. Dave came out a few days later and he cleaned the vent and put a screen on it so nothing can get in the vent again. This time I also received the price upfront. Dave was very nice too. He gave me his card and told me to call if I had any other problem. I highly recommend this company. I was very happy with the service and the representatives they sent to my home. I would hire them again.

They scheduled a several hour time window to take a look at the nest, and called in the last hour of that window to say they would be a few minutes late (~ 15 minutes outside the appointment). He arrived, gave me a price for applying insecticidal dust, and I chose to have the treatment done then. The treatment was effective within 24 hours. There is apparently some residual product on my deck and around the door which I may have to clean up, but he told me which product he used so I'm not uncomfortable doing that.

I was told they would be out to house to give free estimate on Wednesday between 8-11am. Well, they came early, saw my problem but I was told service person couldn't do it alone. But would be back later in day to take care of nest. They did a Fantastic job! The nest is gone. Also a little bit of the nest fell in a neighbor's yard and they went and cleaned it up. (they asked neighbor first) Great Job,The wife and I couldn't be happier. Thank You GeorgeM

Paul was excellent. Extremely knowledgeable and thorough.

Many communication issues with scheduling initial consult and actual service. Office did not seem to relay the correct information to the field agents. Office did not have our quote on file. Never received reminder call as promised the day before scheduled service date. A calamity of errors. It took about 3 weeks to get it all straightened out. Service was finally performed, and no sign of ants so far 11 days later.

The people who came out were smart, capable and personable. They explained how everything worked and what to do guiding forward.

Wonderfully. The technician, Paul, was honest and informative. He arrived well within the time frame given. He explained that damage I was seeing was not due to insects but water/ice. He answered all my questions and inspected the area of the basement that butts up on the damage area. I was so appreciative that he answered all my questions (including how to prevent or remedy infestation if needed). Before his arrival I had been worrying so many "signs" (Internet videos had heightened my anxiety about what I might be facing) and Paul's expertise, information, and communication reassured me. I will highly recommend NW to others and will keep their number for future use.

Prompt attention, inspection shortly after I called, Staff came out a few days later and sealed holes in exterior, showed me where animal had chewed his way through the the eave into our home, and showed me their findings. They set 2 kinds of traps and came out frequently to check traps. They also re-inspected the attic, since animal was not caught in trap, but noise and gnawing sounds stopped. They will keep coming by to inspect traps until we are sure animals are gone, and gave a 1 year warranty.

They did a great job. We did have a scheduling problem but they bent over backwards to make up for it. They were terrific to work with but it took several tries to get anyone on the phone.

Excellent response from initial contact with the office to the technician (Chris) who came out, explained what needed to be done and then treated the entire house. I was impressed with his knowledge and thoroughness. I would Highly recommend NW pest control to anyone with a pest problem.

I was thrilled to find a company that does heat treatment so I could avoid most of the toxic chemicals. And they were able to do it with relatively short notice. Their guy was really meticulous and took lots of time to explain the process and answer my questions.

Home was properly baited and entry points covered so that pest cannot get in. I will most definately use NW Pest control again to continue to "Pest Proof" my home.

So I called NW to remove a wasp's nest on the side of my house and to help do a quick check around the perimeter of my house to ensure there weren't any more. A month or so later, I called them again (using a different coupon) for an ant problem. Their team recognized that I had called them for two different services and offered to put me on a contract. Where some companies might take the money and call it a day, they saw that the money I had already paid was equal to the cost of a contract and with better coverage, so I jumped at the chance. While under contract, they scheduled a couple of more visits and even recognized a mouse problem I didn't even know I had. Overall I am very happy with the services provided and especially their customer service, who I feel went above and beyond. I am already looking to renew my contract for this year, since my area has a bit of a wasp and ant problem. i recommend them to anyone who reads this and will recommend to friends and neighbors as well.

We noticed a bunch of carpenter ants in the common areas of our triple decker. NW came and treated the exterior foundation. The service was fast. The technician was very informed and shared what he was doing. Work came with a 6 mos guarantee. I would definitely use their services again (but hopefully we won't have to)!

Very well. We have used this company before at a previous address. they are consistently punctual and professional. They returned while the work was still under warrantey to put out more traps.

It went well. We signed up for a quarterly services.

That was part of the plan, but it cost me $100 anyway. They usually give me a call to let me know that they are coming out and I can tell them not to, or I can tell them I?m busy that day or whatever. They give me a heads up before they come out. Price is something I?m not sure of, I think they?re pricey, I?ve nothing to compare them with. I?ve thought of trying someone else just for fun, just to see what the price would be, but I?ve been having such good luck that maybe I won?t. Like I say, if I cancel these guys and try someone else, and the others, maybe they won?t be as good, maybe they be less money, but these guys are doing a good job. So, I think I will let them ride.

The first time was like “WOW”, everything they put down disappeared quick. But, we got rid of them all, everybody’s happy.
