We experienced mice in our 2 family home following construction next door to us. We found NW Pest Control to be responsive, knowledgeable & very punctual. All contact with this company has been very positive.

The process went very well. They came when promised, completed the work as promised and were very professional and courteous. My experience with NW Pest control was positive and refreshing. I have had the bat problem for the past 3 years. I hired 2 different "professionals" prior to NW Pest Control, paid a lot of money and never got the problem under control. NW has provided me with a two year guarantee. Update 8/10/12: In early June I found bat droppings in my attack. I contacted NW on 6/12/12 and the technician told me that the person that originally did the job, missed a spot, and that is why he no longer works for the company. He assured me it was taken care of. On Sunday 8/5/12, I had a bat in my living room. When I contacted the company, I was told it would be a couple of days before they could come out. After much discussion someone was sent that afternoon without understanding the problem. He told me the entire house had to be checked and they returned on 8/6 to do that. On 8/10 I had a bat in my living room. Contacted Daren again and he was going to see if he could find someone to remove the bat. He has been incredibly rude to me and refusing to let me speak to the owner of the company. I have left 3 voicemails to the owner in the past week. My house clearly has not been bat proofed.

They are excellent. They have great follow up and will call you back and answer any questions. They are very good and let you know when they are on the way.

I was very pleased at the responsiveness to my email inquiry. I arranged a time and date to meet. Unfortunately I was called away to a family emergency at the last minute and could not meet the exterminator but he handled the entire evaluation without me there, communicated to me my options, applied the solution, charged me and left me a receipt for the services. I could not have been happier with their service or the result.

They did a bit of education to us apart from the treatment. They came back to treat the carpenter ants again, when I called them. I had an offer coupon and it was hassle free to avail the same. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

I have received a rough quote on the phone earlier. The guy came in on time, looked at the house and gave me the exact quote. When he was doing the spraying he explained exactly what he was doing and why. Very friendly. Will gladly use them again.

We were just very pleased with them and so far everything is good. It’s guaranteed for three months anyway. We just thought that they were very professional and very thorough. We will definitely use them again. I used the coupon for this service. So the total cost was $150 and there was a discount of $35 because of the coupon. I paid $115 after the discount. It was $150 without the coupon. Their price was excellent. I will use their services again in the future.

I am on a quarterly plan and pay $100 a visit for which they take care of everything. They spray and take care of the mice problem. It was excellent. I had a problem with ants that came up after their visit and they sent someone out right away to take care of it. I had other questions about other unrelated things for which he went above and beyond to help me find solutions. It was an excellent experience and I would definitely recommend them as they are a good company. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Paul arrived to perform the inspection when he said he would. He was thorough and careful with the house and landscaping. He fully explained the options and based on a reasonable quote we scheduled an appointment for service. Paul came back to oversee the work and we are pleased with the results. The new landscaping and drip irrigation was retuned to it original condition. Paul was a professional and a pleasure to have at the house.

Whenever I need something, they come right out. They are very nice and accommodating. I really like them a lot.

They came out to spray in late June. They were very prompt. They came right away and they took their time to explain everything to us. I actually liked them because they are one of the few companies that don't spray indoors. They just spray outdoors and their chemicals aren't dangerous which is good for animals.

During our visit I learned our intruder was a flying squirrel. We have one "hole in the house" as far as I could tell. NW Pest Control wanted $800 to seal all access points and set traps inside. The 1-year warranty was good only against flying squirrels, no other type. I appreciated their visit but $800 is too much for sealing up a hole. I can set the traps fine myself. So we elected to handle this ourselves.

We had a serious carpenter ant problem this spring. We contacted multiple companies and NW Pest Control was most the most responsive and prompt. They applied the treatment (Phantom) during their initial visit. The effect was gradual, but sure enough the ants were gone within 4 weeks as estimated. We still see isolated ants (1 or 2 per week) but they are not invading like before.

They were courteous, professional, prompt (they came within 2 days of my call!), knowledgeable and answered all my questions. This guy really knew what he was doing - he inspected each ant to see what kind it was! (Who does that?!). He offered me different types of ant killer and applied it the same day he came. The ants went away 100% (and I had a LOT of ants). I would highly recommend these guys and would definitely use them again for any pest contro. Top notch.

The first treatment took about 30 minutes. Ants came back in a few weeks and NW Pest came back to re-treat. We have not seen any ants since.

The tec who gave me an estimate was very professional and explained in detail how our problem could be handled. We hd tried to rid the house of mice ourselves but nothing worked and we knew it was time for a professional company to help us. The pricing was fair and he reminded me of the discount coupon . We have every confidence that they will provide excellant service .

NW pest control was a lifesaver. Unbeknownst to us, their had been a pest problem in our house prior to our purchase. It reached a critical level very quickly. NW got someone out for an estimate in a day. When Joe G showed up he was polite, affable, and professional. Despite my barking dog and ill prepared home, Joe empathized with my situation and offered to perform not just an estimate but the services. The problem is still there, but it is minimal compared to what it was before. I am very pleased with the service. Joe actually walked into the house, and goes " I have been here before", and proceeded to tell me what the issues were before I could tell him. He was absolutely right!

Everything went great. They are doing a good job.

Last year the company did an excellent exterminating job for a major carpenter ant infestation. I called them this year to do a termite inspection plus, give me an estimate for preventive services, which I wanted. Kevin arrived within the agreed time and did the termite inspection. I was happy to hear that I did not have a problem. He wrote down an estimate for quarterly prevention services. After he left, I realized that I was interested in only two services/year. I called the company inquiring about the charge for two treatments. They said that they would give the message to Kevin, who was the person to decide that. Kevin did not return the call. I called twice, with no return call. The third time he did call, but he had to terminate the call due to a poor connection. He said he would call back, but he never did. I contracted with another company for prevention services.

They have organic products to use on the inside or your home, which takes care of things for awhile. However, I usually will see ants again within a couple of weeks. If this happens to you, you can call the company between quarterly appointments, and they’ll come back out for no additional cost. Their service is more of a preventative measure; they don’t go after the root of the problem. For example, they don’t attempt to kill nests.

They seemed to know what they were doing. It's maybe a little too soon to know if everything they did was enough to treat the problem. They seemed thorough.

My only experience with some of these people is the ones I've hired but he seems reasonable.
