We called NW Pest Control to address squirrels that had gained access to the third floor apartment of a multi-family rental building we own. Shortly after placing the service request, the professional assigned to do the work called to assess the situation prior to visiting the property and discuss likely solutions. We agreed on a plan, I provided a credit card number and work was underway the following Monday. By the end of that week the problem was resolved and there have been no issues since. Very efficient, and clearly quite competent in getting to the the root cause of the infestation the first time. Highly recommended.

They are good with scheduling appointments and being on time. You can also call them in between appointments if anything comes up.

I originally called NW Pest Control on the advice of a carpenter who was installing a new threshold for my front door. He saw carpenter ants, and I've had many problems with mice over the years. I scheduled an appointment and they come over shortly after I called. I have confidence in NW Pest Control to keep ants and mice in check

They were very good. They had a promotion they allowed me use. They put down some traps to get of the nest. They also ensured that they didn't get in the house. They got rid of squirels in my gargae as well.

I have a yearly contract with them. They do a good job and are easy to work with in terms of adjusting the time that they come to meet my schedule. They are always on time and reliable. I have not had the problems again that I was having before they began treating my property and they are respectful and polite. Their price is good and I will use them again in the future.

I have used them for over ten years. They have superb technicians. They are prompt and dependable. They do an excellent job. Even if you have the quarterly service you can still call them and they will come out and take care of a problem, if needed. Everyone they use is qualified. They are probably the most outstanding people I use.

They seem to be competitive in price and to have a good reputation.

It is for a condominium association, and sometimes information gathered by individual owners lacks what another owner take initiative for, NW Pest's reports and records are horrible. Previously, another tech told me they would seal holes in the eaves, put poison bait boxes down, and trap the animals in a special trap that would be checked daily. But first an inspection would take place by a group that specializes in the trapping, they would determine how many holes were there, call me with a plan. That never happened, someone did show up without calling me and did something up there, told another owner something else entirely, that the traps would be checked about once a week. Huh??? Then the rats ate the poison and died in the walls, another call for help was placed to NW. Dead, rotting rats inside the house! A tech came and suggested to an owner that a ceiling in the common hall should be opened to remove dead rats. We were all confused! How did this happen, what is going on? What area should we open? ($$$$$!) How? Who will do this work? A call to the service manager to get all the facts and a straight story ended with a promise to fax me all the reports so I could try and understand just what the heck is going on. No fax, no reports, no call back. So, do I have rats? Squirrels? Are the all the holes sealed? Is there still a trap up there? What is the program, price and procedure? I don't know, but I won't continue using these people. I have to call someone else in for a second opinion, and someone who will respond in a professional, timely way.

They are very responsive. If I ever need them to come out for additional treatments they come out right away. I would recommend them to others.

I looked around a little bit, as far I can tell their price is fine. I made this decision to hire them about a year and half ago. I guess their price seemed competitive, because I wouldn't have hired them. I think in general they are really good; my only complaint is that sometimes they end up coming to do an inspection regardless of whether I am there or not. It may partly be my fault; they may email me and tell me they are coming or send me a postcard and say they are coming on a particular date unless I hear otherwise. Either I missed the email or the postcard, and then I find that they have come and gone. I actually would prefer that they call me, and they don't come until they actually get an agreement to come. I think there is room for improvement there in terms of how they do the servicing. They seem to finally show up when they say they are going to show up. They basically notify me when they are going to show up, and they don't wait until they actually have a sign-off on that time. I will continue to use them in the future.

They service the Hopkinton area, but I'm not sure if they are in Framingham or Hopkinton. Their initial varies by the size of the house. It was $225 for us and its $90 a quarter. We've been dealing with them for probably 2 ½ years. They are very responsive and the guy that comes in to check is very friendly. He gets the job done and answers my stupid questions. I would recommend them to others. We are getting ready to move, but we will use them until we move and we are going to tell the buyers about them.

The service is really good. Every time they come, they check everything and refill all of the baits. They have been very responsive. Their price is reasonable. I have been happy with their services.

They do perfect work. They are knowledgable. The work they do is professional. We have wonderful termite and pest control.

They are quite professional, set up the schedule, arrive on time, and I am satisfied with their service. I haven't compared prices, but, will continue to use them in the future. I give them high ratings.

They came and looked around and put poison stations around. The mice then invested the shed. They said they don’t guarantee the shed at all and that was fine because it wasn’t with the house and I didn’t mention it before. I haven’t seen them at all in the last year. I haven’t been to the shed recently so I can’t say for sure if they are out of there. They did what they could and a good job overall.

I go them off Angie’s list. They are pretty good. I have been using them for two years now. I don’t think I need them to come quarterly, so I will have them come yearly.

I thought I had a rodent problem. It turned out that I had a smaller problem that wasn't what I thought. I thought I might have to have some sort of irrigation, but they said that wouldn't be necessary. They were very forthright, and that was good.
