From start to finish Lexel was the best mover I have ever dealt with. Their quote was accurate. Their interface was very easy to use. They communicated throughout the process. Most of all, the two professionals who moved me in, Gabe and Nick, were absolutely on point the throughout the entire move. They arrived on time, were courteous, efficient, and un-phased by things like a non-working elevator on a very hot June day. These guys made the stress of a move that much more enjoyable. I would gladly recommend them to anyone moving.

The lexel office contact was great. I called late Thursday, callback early Friday. Scheduled immediately and the crew was on time, very friendly, respectful of the spaces and the bed. They were efficient and used their time wisely.

Movers were on time, worked hard and were super efficient! Michael came to our house a few weeks before the move for an onsite estimation and provided a flat price for our move. We had 4 professional movers and a huge truck on the moving day. These guys made our day stressless. The move was done in 10 hours and priced right including packing materials and hoisting service for one dresser.

In general, we were very happy. My sister-in-law gave us four bookshelves that needed to move from RI to MA. They did it in no time and with no broken furniture or scraped walls.

Nick and Peter arrived in the scheduled window mentioned in the initial estimate. They did a good job in loading the items in the truck, wrapped furniture in blankets and were helpful in unloading the items in the specified rooms at the destination.

The move went great and Lexel is a great company to do business with. They are very responsive and punctual. They also handled all of my items with great care, wrapping everything in blankets. I highly recommend Lexel moving!

Moving staff was friendly, but we were over charged and there were hidden fees. They took a hour to get to the new place, we left after them and they arrived 45 mins after us, and we were charged for that. $188 for 3 hours which was fine but then charged $374 for 45 mins. The total job was 3 hours and 45 mins.

Needed to move a few items from my Aunt's apartment to my home. Not a big job so I didn't want to spend a lot. Price was reasonable, guys were great. They did the job in the allotted time frame.

I hired Lexel for a full pack up of my mother's 2 bedroom apartment. Thay were able to come by for an onsite which we I liked about them a lot. Ross came in and was very professional and easy to communicate with. I spent $1,749.00 and this was the best money I ever spent. The whole team was super professional and polite. They definitely knew what they were doing. They spend some time packing everything up and then loaded all of it into the truck. I liked the fact that they were properly equipped and had all the dollies and hand trucks - made it easy to roll the stuff out. Longfellow is not the best place when it comes to moving. Hallways and elevator acces turn handling of boxes and furniture by hand into an impossible task. Once agin - 5 stars on the dollies! Our delivery in Newton was much easier than the pick up. No damages, no scratches! Excellent! Overall we're very pleased that we found Lexel. Would absolutely use them again.

In a word...wow! I was very nervous about this move especially with all of the horror stories out there. I CANNOT say enough great things about Lexel. Ross was the point man and in constant communication. Alex did the walk through and was very quick, friendly, and accurate. Nick ran the crew the day of the move and they were fantastic. He called me to let me know they were on the way, laid out the entire process for me to understand, and totally busted their butts. They were sooo professional down to "can we use your bathroom, "do you mind if we take a break", "how do you want that done", etc. Even when they broke a small table leg they came right over to me to point it out and owned it. It's a house move, of course things are going to get damaged so I didn't care but I was immensely impressed with how stand up they were about that and everything else. (incidently that was the only thing damaged all day. They treated my belongings very carefully). In the end they finished early and came under budget. Honestly, Use these guys. A+ all around during a very stressful time for me.

We hired Lexel to pack and move a 3BR house from Charlestown to Waltham. They did all the packing day prior to the move. We had 4 movers for the packing part and 3 movers for the move itself. It took them 7 hours to pack up 3 bedrooms, kitchen, small office, living room and a full dinning room. They labeled all the boxes and even tagged some of the furniture. We had a parking permit arranged and the loading went very smoothly. Upon the delivery all of our belongings were unloaded, unwrapped and placed by rooms. Movers did a great job by intuitively placing all of the furniture in right places and the only thing that had to be moved twice - was our piano, we just couldn't make up our mind. Luckily for the guys we have an upright piano and it's not that heavy. Long story short, the whole move was done within 8 hours and the final bill was very reasonable. We will definitely recommend Lexel to our friends and family.
