He did not do many of the things itemized. Work was not supposed to be by the hour and they stopped at 3 hours without completing many rhings

AMAZING! Harrry let me know that they were running slightly late. They then proceeded to spend 4 hours cleaning our townhouse, and did an amazing job. They even did things I would not expect them to do - vacuuming a couch UNDER the cover, putting the duvet cover over our comforter, etc. We have cats, so I realize that cleaning can be difficult, but they were amazing, so nice, and so affordable. Will definitely hire again!!

They were immediately responsive and we booked a time right away. They were punctual, organized, communicative and efficient - and our house has never looked cleaner! We will definitely call them again - highly recommended!

Henry and 2 others (family I think) did a deep clean on my house. All 3 were very pleasant and accommodating. Most of their work was outstanding. I gave them a B because there was an unfortunate accident which resulted in a stain on my carpet. However, Henry handled the incident very professionally, and I will use them again in the future if I need outside help.

The team did a great job! The appointment was easy to make by phone, and was confirmed via text. We purchased a discount coupon for a deep clean, and they didn't disappoint. They cleaned all three levels of our house, including two bathrooms, and the inside of the refrigerator and oven. We asked that they clean the rooms in a certain order, so that we could still use our home offices to work in, and they were very accommodating. Even though we paid a set rate, instead of hourly, they stayed for four and a half hours to get the full job done, and we didn't feel like they rushed through or skimped on anything. We would definitely recommend them, and would hire them again.

Extremely well. The bathroom and appliances in particular were sparkling. I was quite pleased seeing that my previous tenants left the place in such a mess.

Very well. Very easy to communicate with Henry by text to arrange the time of arrival. The family (Henry, his mother and brother) arrived on time and did a really nice job.

Henry and family are honest, hard workers. I trust them in my house. They have been very flexible about scheduling according to my needs and have worked hard to learn best cleaning practices from me. The same people come each week, which is important to me. I need extra vacuuming as I have wool wall to wall carpet and have had a bad problem with moths. Henry has been extra helpful in coming on the off weeks to just vacuum, though at a high price. Their pricing is overall high for the work, but I have continued paying because of their cooperative attitudes and diligence.

All of the items on the list were done. The certificate offered 4 hours of cleaning by one person or 2 hours with 2 people. I both and emailed with Henrry beforehand and said that I wanted the 4 hours with one person because I was in class at the YMCA that morning and wouldn't be back to the unit in the 2 hour window. He agreed but arrived with two people. He did modify his schedule so that I could attend the class.

Henry and his team did a fine job cleaning our home. They paid special attention to kitchen and baths as requested. They were very efficient.

Everything looked ship shape when they were done. I would hire them again.
