 + 0 moreThey were the only place in the area for pellets. I don't really have anything to compare it to but it was good. They're the only stove place in the area and obviously pellet stoves are very popular so the only thing is the response time wasn't great. Obviously part of that is due to them being so popular. You have to get permits for everything, they were a little unresponsive. I had to actually drive there and be standing in front of someone to get an answer because they weren't responding to my cellphone for the town inspector so that was a little frustrating because it was hard to get a hold of anyone just by calling for something like the paper part of it. But, other than that, it was good. They were pretty much the same as everyone else. Their installation was a little expensive. They do have the market monopolized out here.
Description of Work: We use Stove Place for our pellets. They took out the existing wood burning insert and they put in wood burning pellet insert and part of that is they do have to put a kit in the chimney.
