Hancock Signature Decks

We hired Hancock Signature Decks to install a 2nd floor deck in the summer of 2015. This deck was part of a new patio, pavilion and shed installation so there was a lot of coordination needed between the different contractors as far as timing and placing the supports for the deck. Ken was more than accommodating and took the time to meet with the patio contractor to make sure things were done right and at the right time. In addition, for the decking we had picked a fairly new decking product (Zuri) that Ken had never installed before. He went out of his way to contact the manufacturer to inquire about the installation process and coordinated them to come on location to make sure he knew everything about the correct installation of the product. When the decking was delivered Ken noticed that some of it was damaged with very small blemishes and scratches. He demanded that it be replaced with new decking. We appreciate so much that Ken was looking out for our best interest by doing that and also appreciate the quality of the installation job that Ken did with our deck. Ken?s rates were also among the best we received for the job. We highly recommend Hancock Signature Decks.
