Description of Work: I haven't used them yet. I purchased via Angie's List early October. Never received a call from them to schedule an appointment. After going through old emails, I was reminded I had purchased a gas fireplace cleaning and inspection. I called this week and they are coming soon. Not sure I'd use them again just because if I can't gone through my old emails, I would have spent money for nothing.

Description of Work: The plumber cleaned our gas fireplace and lighted the pilot light. However, the switch used for turning on the fireplace is now a bit delayed. As an aside, I asked the plumber about one of our toilets, since it was running. He said it would be more cost-effective to replace the toilet since it required a very specific (& older) flushing system. This was not true. We had another plumber upgrade the flushing system without having to replace the toilet.

Description of Work: We ordered a special to check out the fireplace gas log and clean the glass. He arrived on time and did what we had asked. He also inspected other gas appliances and made suggestions about maintenance and care

Description of Work: Prompt scheduling of service, service technician was not very knowledgeable and said numerous innacurate things. Couldn't perform even the most basic additional service repair related to the service performed. Would not use again.

Description of Work: Purchased Angie's List Big Deal coupon for gas log fireplace tune-up plus plumbing & gas heating inspection. Appointment was easy to make by phone with a one week advance schedule. Technician, Jason, called to confirm when he was on his way, provided excellent service on fireplace cleaning and was quite informative, explaining what he was doing as he went along. All over positive experience.

Description of Work: I called Titan Plumbing about repairing a gas fireplace. They found that it would not stay lit because a part was not working. Despite the fact that the fireplace is at least 15 years old, they called around and found the part the same day. They will be back next week to replace it.

Description of Work: they cleaned the gas fireplace but discovered a problem with the pilot. The technician identified the part which needed to be replaced and left instructions as to what the next steps would be.

Description of Work: This cleaning and tune-up was not what I expected having similar services before from other providers. The tech arrived with no tools. He said he cleaned out the gas fireplace, but usually they vacuum inside and replace all the small stones- disassemble, clean, reassemble, test. He was done before I even knew he started. Also expected a heating/cooling system check- he looked at it, offered to change filter for us (we had ready to do). Plumbing inspection was turn on faucets and check underneath for leaks. The guy was very nice, but it was not the service expected, and not worth $99...
