Description of Work: I bought an Angie's List Deal for a gas fireplace inspection and cleaning. The tech arrived on time and was very thorough. The fireplace has some issues but it looks and functions better after the service call and it was definitely worth the money.

Description of Work: Boiler check up using an Angie's List big deal. They were prompt and courteous and very good about explaining what needed to be done. Their quoted price for additional work was high, so we have not done any further work with them.

Description of Work: Titan plumbing did not show up on the date of service appointment on Nov-20-2015 between 10AM-2 PM . Called back their office and receptionist stated that there is no scheduled appointment but promised to contact back on same day. Did not returned the call. Called again on Nov-23, talk to different customer service person could not resolve the problem and cancelled service order. Called Angies List customer service and asked for refund, two days later Angies list called me back and offered me a credit (not refund). It took more than 35 days to get a service appointment from Titan plumbing and irony is that they could not fulfill their responsibility and I got a credit for future service from other supplier.

We never had a scheduled appointment for you. We have appointment times between 8- 10am, 10am-Noon, 12-2, and 2-4, not between 10am & 2pm.. According to the message you sent us via Angies List, the dates you requested were unavailable and we advised you to call the office to schedule an appointment, which was never done. Description of Work: They did nothing. It took a month to schedule an appt. He showed up earlier than the scheduled appointment and left with no followup from the company. I called the office and they were not interested in making it right. Advised I call Angie's List for a refund.

According to out GPS we arrived to your home at 12:15 & your appointment was between 12 & 2 PM, an estimated time of arrival, not an exact appointment time. We called and left our card, in order to receive refunds you must contact Angies List directly, because that is where you purchased the coupon from. Description of Work: Gas fireplace clean out. Called Yankee Fireplace, the original installers of my gas fireplace, and a very experienced repair person told us that Titan's clean out was nothing more than cleaning the glass front. He told us that everything else was dirty. Redid everything. Would not use them again.
