Good work, done quickly. A bit on the expensive side compared to others.

Extremely well. Very impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, and follow-up of Dennis, who quoted the job, Jay and his 5-man crew of installers, and Beverly in the office. Due to an anomaly in the their schedule, Dennis was able to install our system the day after we agreed to terms. Everyone on the crew had a specific job to do and went right at it. By noon, the job was done. Everyone on the crew was personable. Good communication with the customer seems to be a highly regarded practice with Grasshopper both on the road and from the office. And it pays off. The system itself is wi-fi enabled with the ability to monitor and control via cell phone. Very cool. It also automatically adjusts the schedule based upon weather factors. Jay took plenty of time to explain the system to me and left me feeling very comfortable about it. Two days after the system was installed one of the rotaries was damaged by a National Grid backhoe or truck running over it. That was after hours on Friday. I e-mailed Dennis Saturday morning. At 8:15 Monday morning a technician was here to repair the damage. Due to the fnctionality of the system I was able to turn off only the damaged zone during the outage. This is the way all companies should work. It is so refreshing, and comforting, to know we have a quality product backed up by a competent and extremely customer-centric staff.

Matt did a great job of laying out the new sprinklers and heads.

The two techs did a great job and were very professional. They explained the problems found and explained their repairs. They also relocated one sprinkler head out from under a bush and replaced a sprinkler that was not performing correctly. They cleaned up after their work was done which is a little more difficult on a rainy day.

The crew worked very hard and were very focused. They took no breaks except lunch. I was very pleased with their work ethic. The one problem I had was with the cleanup. There was allot of rocks and dirt left behind where sections were hand dug. I would of liked to see this cleaned up, instead I had to do most of it. The only other problem I had was there was no instruction on where each zone is or how to operate the system.

The install was done cleanly and efficiently. They crew was on time and very friendly especially to my four year old son who had to ask a ton of questions about what they were doing and what the equipment they were using did. I had one sprinkler head that leaked and when I called, a technician was out the next day to fix it. Great service.

At first they messed my schedule for some reason I think there was some glitch on their system. But they were able to make it up. Great customer service! The service went well the technician who came by made sure everything is properly working. They replaced a couple of sprinkler heads (it was bit expensive though).

A+ is not a high enough grade. The Company replaced 16 sprinkler heads, repaired a damaged line and relocated a couple of ill-positioned heads in one visit. Absolutely amazing. Arrived on time and stayed until the job was totally done. A very rewarding experience

The technician was excellent, did replace controller fast, located the elements and zones very efficiently. Did not have time to complete the job due to arrival late in the day. I am looking forward for continuation of this appointment and hopefully this time it happen earlier in the day.

Service was good, but I feel like they use bait and switch tactics to get more money.

Grasshopper brought in 5 experienced workers and a lot of equipment. We are a condominium and have gas lines, the roots of very mature maple trees, and walkways where the hoses needed to go, so it was a challenge. The crew worked carefully. When they were done, they checked out the whole system and replaced 2 heads and a hose. They put the sod back, swept up, and left the grounds clean and neat. We will have them back again in the Fall to complete Phase 2. They also are going to do all of our system maintenance moving forward.

Extensive project. Team arrived on time and it was nice to see the owner, Dennis, explain things to me and help with oversight.

Everything from the estimate, instal, and troubleshooting the irrigation system was easy. Dennis was very professional, and responsive to all questions. The instal was quick and Dennis's employees were very knowledgable and friendly throughout the entire process. A few of the sprinkler heads needed adjustment after the crew had already left, I called Dennis and before the end of the next business day they were back out to readjust the heads. I can not say enough good things about Dennis and his employees.

Great decision! We had previously used a different company that was unresponsive. A neighbor highly recommended Grasshopper so we called them - prompt feedback, great office staff, good price, easy to work with. We then used them to install lighting and do our annual maintenance of the sprinkler system.
