Description of Work: Adelino built a paver patio to our specifications, including a walkway from the patio to out driveway. His work was exceptional and, best of all, he promised it would be ready for the Memorial Day weekend and he kept that promise. I highly recommend him.

Description of Work: Had some salt damage to brick stairway and porch. Mr. Soares removed the affected brickwork and reinstalled new bricks and mortar to refurbish the area.

Description of Work: I waited too long apparently to do the job and Mr. Soares wasn't willing to do what I had in mind for the price. To be fair, he offered to take the $149 off the project, but I felt taken advantage of.

Description of Work: I had contacted Adelino Soares to replace a 50 ft X 18 in. retaining wall that bordered my neighbors rear yard. Adelino was always on time and called me to confirm our appointment. During the initial quote he showed me about 100 pictures of other similar work that he had completed and also explained the type of stone he would be using. He provided me a verbal quote and when I decided to move forward with the project he wrote up a detailed contract. Adelino did a fantastic job (he even reseeded the area next to the replaced wall). I would definitely use him again for other projects. Thanks Adelino for a job well done!!

Description of Work: Provided the pavers and all the material to construct a 10' by 10' patio which he completed in one day. He came when he said he would. The finished product is beautiful and he made sure everything around the patio was neatly landscaped. All extra soil was placed so it added to area. I was very pleased. I would recommend Adelino to anyone who wants a beautiful and very professional stone work job done.

Description of Work: Money paid, but no services performed. I bought a $149 Big Deal for masonry work. After several months of phone calls, Mr. Soares said he couldn't handle the volume of responses to his ad and was unable to perform the work (he is currently offering another Big Deal). Angie's List claims I am not due a refund-only credit toward future purchases-since the 30-day refund period is up. I'm hoping for a more equitable solution.

Description of Work: I bought a deal for $149 for $300 worth of masonry repair and paid extra for extra work.

Description of Work: Mr. Soares came out to look at the patio job and had other ideas that I was not interested in that amounted to more money. The biggest problem was he could not tell me when he could do the job. He proceeded to take out invoices to show me how busy he was with work from Angie's List that he hadn't started yet from August 2014!!! I continued to ask and he said maybe this summer it would get done. He complained that Angie's List hasn't payed him yet so he could not start jobs and doesn't ever know when since he needs the money to buy materials.

Description of Work: We used Adelino Soares Construction to install a walkway and a front porch. They even constructed a little pathway at the back that would've been an extra $600 or $700. They said they were just giving it to us because they felt very bad for what we had been through with another provider.
