Description of Work: Mr. Soares came out to look at the patio job and had other ideas that I was not interested in that amounted to more money. The biggest problem was he could not tell me when he could do the job. He proceeded to take out invoices to show me how busy he was with work from Angie's List that he hadn't started yet from August 2014!!! I continued to ask and he said maybe this summer it would get done. He complained that Angie's List hasn't payed him yet so he could not start jobs and doesn't ever know when since he needs the money to buy materials.

Description of Work: Talk to Mr. Adelino 5 times over the phone and wants to charge me $1883.00 on top of the $699.00 that I paid to Angie's, I told him NO, but he show to my house and wanted to messure to do the job, and how I was going to pay him the balance. I told him NO and needed to live my house. Told me that he has 20 years doing the same thing and no one complains about the extra charges. I will NOT use this company ever

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for 3 hours of masonry repair.

Description of Work: This company was great. My windows never looked so good and these are old windows. Reasonable in price and prompt and thorough - what more could you ask.

Description of Work: I had Adelino do my front stairs a few years ago. He did an excellent job then, and I was again very satisfied with the work he completed on my rear paver walkway.

Description of Work: Adelino extended an existing paver patio and built a stone wall. He is a very skilled craftsman who did the work himself. I highly recommend him.

Description of Work: Adelino and his crew were outstanding! he is personable, chatty, and extremely talented! if i had to give a con, it would be the wait for him to begin! it was amazing to watch them work! We have already booked him for next year! Have no problem recommending him to others! You will not be disappointed! This was my first experience using a vendor from Angie's list and i will continue to use anyone on her list! THANKS!

Description of Work: I don't know when they did the work at a rental property. They told me it would be weeks until they could get to it, then never called to say they were getting to it. It was just done one day when I went to the property. |Good enough job, but I would have liked to have been there. I don't have any impressions of them except the final result was OK.

Description of Work: They repaired tha enyry wall to the basement,skim coated the foundation sill wall and cemented 6 concrete blocks.

Description of Work: Mr. Soares and his crew did a terrific job building a beautiful patio. I has small concerns over tire ruts left in lawn and some difficulty understanding explanations of additional charge options, but overall, we were pleased.

Description of Work: Adelino replaced the front steps to my house and the paths leading to both my front and side doors. He did excellent work, it's only been a few days and I can't count the number of compliments I've gotten from neighbors and family. Everything came out better than I anticipated it would look like. He created my front walk with flagstones and the way he fit them together was amazing. That takes talent and experience. He has both and I highly recommend him.
