The person from VioClean actually suggested I go another route because I told them that the price was really expensive, so I went with someone else instead and we saved a couple hundred dollars. They did give me the estimate right over the phone, but I will probably not use them in the future because they're too expensive.

I wanted him to clean an oriental rug. He said that was wall to wall carpet cleaning. Looks like the way it was advertise was a little misleading. Once we figured it out, he gave me a price everything worked out.

I had Vioclean out to clean my microfiber sectional sofa and deap clean my tiling/grout in two bathrooms. The service representative was very nice and warned in advance that he might not be able to get out all of the stains (although the sofa was not overly stained). I specifically chose Vioclean because they use green products that are safe for pets and children. Most of the stains on my couch did not come out. I wonder if a more powerful cleaning agent (probably not a green product) would have had more success. While they were very nice and attentive, overall I didn't feel like our items were much cleaner than they were before

Since the hose couldn't reach my sofa, we weren't able to get anything done. He was nice and honest, but they should've inquired more initially, like the location of the sofa, prior to trying to get the job done.

Employees were friendly, punctual and professional. Final bill sent to us was larger than estimate given to insurance company, but Vioclean graciously reduced it to original amount when that was pointed out.

I needed a wool area rug cleaned with a quick turnaround at short notice. I called on a Saturday. They returned my call immediately and they had someone in the area who could pick it up that same day. I took less than a week, and they came and dropped it off as soon as it was done. When the rug was returned there was no chemical or detergent smell and it looked beautiful. Some previous staining from cat messes on the back side of the rug were barely visible.

Fine - he was friendly, efficient, did a good job with the stains, managed expectations about what could and couldn't be gotten up. Thought he did a very good job and would hire that company again without question.

I chose this company because they are environmental friendly. I would recommend their services to family, and friends.

The person doing the cleaning was extremely thorough. My niece arrived and has had no allergic reactions to either dust or cat dander in the room. They did a great job. I highly recommend this company.

I thought that they did a really great job. I had to move all of my furniture before they arrived. The carpets dried a lot sooner than I was expecting and I think overall they did a great job.

Some spots were removed, some remained. I will continue to have my carpets cleaned, though rarely. The representative was very professional and quite likeable.

Excellent job and very professional. I chose them because they use safe, green products. There was only a fresh and pleasant citrus scent after the carpets were cleaned and they looked beautiful. I would definitely use Vioclean again. The only issue was that they charge per square footage and although the bedrooms were small, they did charge me $125.00 which is their base fee.

I bought an Angie's List "Big Deal" coupon for VioClean. I scheduled a date and time and they arrived on time; however, it turned out that I hadn't read the fine print and the deal was not for area rugs, which is what I have! The gentleman was very nice and called the main office to see what could be done. They offered to clean the area rugs for me and apply the coupon as a credit toward it, since it would probably be more expensive (they charge by the square foot for area rugs). I ended up doing this and they took the rugs away and returned them as promised about a week later. The rugs looked fantastic, really like new, and smelled great. I have a small apartment and two cats so I was very impressed that they turned out so well without any traces of pet odor left. I would definitely recommend VioClean for their professionalism and quality work!

Our serviceman was prompt and professional. In speaking with him and going by past experiences with VioClean I can tell they are knowledgeable about the work they do. I appreciate the green approach to carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning, but also appreciate the professionalism and business VioClean provides.

No other company I've used did a pre-vacuum. Carpets took about 4 hrs to dry..with other companies the carpet has been wet for up to 24 hrs. The carpets looked good as new the next day. Within a couple weeks though, some stains came back up in the hallway. I wasn't home when the service was done so am not sure if he pre-treated the stains or not. No offensive odors or reactions to the chemicals they used.

Service was performed in a professional manner and was very pleased with the service provided. The service technician was very attentive and did an excellent job. Making the appointment was quick and the quoted arrival time was right on.

They were superb, lovely to deal with and the job they did was excellent!! The floors were spotless and they also did my mother's home, where the rugs are white and were blackened by shoes. After the rugs had been cleaned they were white again. I highly recommend them!

They were accommodating with my schedule, easy to schedule, arrived 10 minutes late but called to let me know. When he arrived, he assessed the space, measured and gave me the cost, which was reasonable and in the same range as previous cleaning company I used that went out of business. It took a little longer than he expected due to some of the heavy traffic areas but he was finished within 3 hours, which is typically how long it has taken other carpet cleaners. The carpets were left wet with instructions that they would dry within 6-8 hours, which they did. The products they used were not toxic or smelly, which is why I chose to try this company as we have chemical sensitivities and allergies. The gentleman who came was very nice, and professional, and I'll be calling them again next time!

I bought the Angie's List coupon offered in the spring to have 3 rooms cleaned for $109.00. I realized the coupon was about to expire so I called them. I was able to schedule an appt. the same week at a time convenient to my schedule. Someone from the office called in the morning of the day it was scheduled to reconfirm the appt and the worker showed up right on time. After looking at my rugs he warned me that all the pet stains may not come out. He reviewed what he was going to do, and got to work. He was very professional, friendly and helpful. He moved some furniture and put plastic protectors under the legs of the furniture he didn't move. He did an excellent job and got 90% of all the stains removed. Better yet, he got the smell out of the carpets! He took my area rug back to the warehouse to be cleaned and dropped it back off when it was done. This was done with no extra charge for pick up and delivery. This company uses environmentally friendly cleaners and was better than most of the other (many) carpet cleaners I have used in the past.

They did a fine job, we had no problems. They got out what they said they would be able to get out.

Vioclean gave me a very good price over the phone and so we went ahead with the project. The Vioclean employee was on time, did a fabulous job and was very personable. I did not realize that they can also clean upholstery, mattresses, and clean the grout on tiled floors - all with "green" products. He explained the process and let me know how long it would take until I could walk on the carpets (almost immediately) and also how long the overall drying process was (24 hours). I had a difficult stain on one carpet from greasy equipment being dragged across it. He let me know he would do his best with this area. He worked very hard and the stain was gone. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

Then he went to work with his vacuum after which he sprayed all the carpets with the non-toxic cleaning materials. He worked very carefully around my computer eqpt and wires. He told me the carpets would be dry in about two hours, but due to the wet and rainy days we've had, it took longer than 2 hours. But he did not cut corners to save time. He took care of my home as if it were his home. It was important to him to make sure that I would be a satisfied customer. I would certainly call him again.

They were able to clean everything without any toxic cleaners, which was important because we have children.

They were fine. It was good. They were professional, in and out, and they did their job.
