Description of Work: We hired them to do a whole house cleaning after a renovation and they did an excellent job. We then had them back to do the window cleaning in the spring - again an excellent job was done.

Description of Work: The cleaning performed was very thorough and done properly. The up front sales pitch was overkill. The owner praised their ability to clean windows like no one else but all I wanted was a good housecleaning. Two gals were sent to do the job (one was to arrive during the last hour). The first gal worked expediently on her own but when the other gal arrived they had a real gab fest in my itty bitty bathroom. They really stretched the job out unnecessarily. These gals were very pleasent and easy to have in my home. Six months later after having surgery I called to have them come again. I left a message but no one returned my call for 5 days. Apparently the business owner had been away for a week and her substitiute just wasn't on top of the job. When the person did return my call she said she would have to get back to me about when I could be scheduled in. No one called. Finally the business owner called but by then I had found another company. Bottom line YES they know how to clean, YES they are very expensive, YES, they will drag the job out, YES they did falter, NO I would not have them back. $150.00 for a 4 room home is excessive.

Description of Work: Cleaner cleans all areas of the house as agreed in the work order. Once each month they have a special task like baseboards or windowsills to keep up with those areas. Women are pleasant, quiet, and professional. There has been some turnover in staff, but they have been very responsive to any comments. If I have expressed dissatisfaction, they have offered to send someone over right away to reclean the area. It is so nice to walk into an impeccably cleaned house.
