I bought an Angie's List coupon for two hours of electrical service for $99 from this company. I called and was able to make an appt within the same week. Ben, the owner, let me know that his 'right hand man', Mynor, would be coming out on the service call. He also let me know that he would be in a truck because the van, with the logo had been in an accident. Mynor arrived right on time, assessed the problem and let me know what would be involved in the repair. He also repaired a separate problem, an outdoor outlet that hadn't been working. He didn't have the necessary supplies to complete the rewiring necessary to the AC unit, because he didn't have the van. We made another appt. for him to come to complete the job. I was late getting home to the appt. due to traffic and when I arrived, I found that Mynor had gone ahead and made the repairs. I was pleased that he had done that, so that we didn't need to make a third appt. Ben, the owner of the company, made sure that all of the services and suppllies would be covered by the cost I paid for the coupon. Mynor worked in total, if not the entire two hours, close to it. I was pleased with how professional and friendly both Ben and Mynor were to me. Ben called me later in the week to make sure that every thing was taken care of and that I was pleased with the work completed. I am!

Ben and his staff did an excellent job. They arrived promptly, worked very efficiently and neatly. They even set up our new TV which was not part of the job. I strongly recommend Ben and would definitely use him again.

Repaired wiring for an outside lamp and removed a hard-wired timer, great service.

Everything went well. Ben spent about two hours at my house. He took some notes and pictures at the end since I asked him to give me estimates for several big jobs.

From start to finish, Ben and Matt were totally helpful and professional! Ben even helped me hang something I was having trouble hanging on the wall. They both wore booties inside and left everything spotless!

Ben Bogen and Matt arrived on time and ready to go. They were well dressed, curious and even put shoe covers on before entering my house. They completed all work quickly and cleanly. Ben even apologized about having the wipe the wall down with water to remove some dust from cutting drywall. Before they finished they vacuumed the room… unbelievable. I didn’t have them do the work because their quote was twice as much as the other two that I got. He came out right away; it was maybe four days after I contacted them. He was very knowledgeable in his field, he was polite, and he had good ideas. If he hadn’t been that expensive I might have hired him. He showed up when he was supposed to and he was very professional.

Ben told me that he received about 90 contacts due to the Big Deal. Given that, he still managed to call me within two business days. He and his associate were both very professional and friendly. They completed the work in less time than we were quoted by some other electricians. I will definitely call Ben again when we need more electrical work.

Ben came over to my office to look at the possibility of running a separate line for a refrigerator. While he was here, he asked if there was anything else I needed done. I hadn't been planning on anything else, but he ended up installing a sconce in my bath, as well as running a new switch and outlet. He was so cheerful about doing the work, and had all the bits and pieces he needed right in his van. I never expected the work to be done the same day, and to have it be so fun to joke around with him! Ben is a great guy, incredibly knowledgeable about his work, and really committed to doing the best quality, up-to-code work. You will love working with this guy! He's going to be my go-to-guy forever now. And did I mention that he cleaned up everything when he was done? No sign of him, except a great new light and switch!

Ben is a knowledgeable electrician. He is cheerful and hard-working; we would use him again.
