Description of Work: I was so impressed with Ash-Go! They worked hard yet communicated with me what was planned and the timing. The two day job included removing a wall and a chimney which included some surprises and still went very smoothly and they cleaned up the site nicely. They were always considerate!

Description of Work: We used Ash-Go about 15 years ago and contacted Jim again. He came to our gome and remembered doing chimney work for us and one of our neighbor's. We needed to have some work done on our chimney as it was leaking into the garage and our front stairs needed fixing too. The work was done on the scheduled day and we couldn't be happier with the entire process. Last, there are so many people driving around telling people they need a new roof, so, I asked if that could be checked out too; it was not a problem. That was a relief.

Description of Work: Ash-Go has cleaned and repaired chimneys for us and was very thorough and reliable in their work. They take the time to explain the problem and the solution. They were very reasonable in their price- I have worked with several companies over the years and they went above and beyond with their efforts and only did what they thought was needed.

Description of Work: The man who came was great. He inspected one long unused fireplace and said it was good and didn't need any service. He cleaned a second fireplace, was professional, tidy and pleasant. I recommend them. They were far less money than Boston chimney sweeps quote.

Description of Work: 2 coats waterproofing to entire exterior chimney, clean gutters and replace screen guards, install de-icer cable. Jim was professional, prompt and took the time to explain what he would do and why it needed to be done and what problems it would solve. I felt very comfortable with him and his work.
