It's a terrible company. They were rated high, but they stunk. The BBB had written them up and said they were good. We had to battle in and out of court because they wrecked some many things and we paid extra for insurance, but it was a waste, but anyway, that was that. They sent a guy because we wanted to know how many trucks we would need and they sent the second an advisor or evaluator and said I told them we have things in storage, they said: "Oh yeah, we seen it, no problem.". Guess what three night before the closing we go down and they said we won't be able to fit any stuff, so we ended up driving our selves. We had to leave it in storage, we had to finish packing and drive on three hours of sleep. They hired local people, one if the guys we found in our basement, looking sniffing looking in boxes it was a horror show. A lot of things disappeared in addition to being wrecked, we don't know what happened to them, so I would give them an F, awful. They sent an evaluator to figure out how many trucks we needed to see how many trucks, that's what I mean by an agent. I would not use them again in a million years, even if it was free.
