They cleaned our toaster and hood which were great. One week the cleaners did not clean the floors, but did a great job this week even cleaning the floor in our closets! I would have to say a B-/C+ on consistency.

On Thursday 7/17 they were due at 1:30 pm. At 2:30 pm we called to find out where they were and heard that they were tied up at a large house in Malden. The dispatcher asked if we could reschedule for Saturday.I requested Saturday at 8:00 a.m. because we had other plans for the day.At 9 p.m. on Friday 7/18, they text to ask if they could come at 11:30 am Saturday instead of 8 am. We reluctantly said okay, and received a confirmation.They did not show up or call on Saturday, so at 12 noon, when they were half an hour late, we called and cancelled the service and requested a refund. We have not heard from them again.

Cleaning job was very thorough. However, immediately upon entering house (3 people arrived) I was told it would take more than the 4 hours of allotted time (with 3 people I only would get 1 hour and 20 minutes) and they wouldn't know how much it cost until it was done. The cost was an additional $200 on top of the $98 already paid. I have multiple dogs, so that contributes and I understand -- but I do vacuum almost every day and keep the house in pretty good shape. Based on reviews I read before contracting, I expected that I would be charged additional, but I was caught off guard with the total amount.

I have been essentially bedridden for the past two years, unable to do anything in my home. My husband has tried to keep up with everything but, of course, could not. The house has gotten worse and worse over the two years. The three young ladies came and worked extremely hard, as hard as anyone i have ever seen. They spent three hours (equivalent of 9 man hours) doing the job. And what a job they did! They dug into corners, cleaned tops of doors, practically sterilized the bathrooms and never lessened their efforts in the whole time they cleaned. This is the type of cleaning i have come to expect from new residents of our country. They were courteous and anxious to please. They attacked the house cleaning with gusto and unfailing determination. I have never had cleaners in my home who worked harder or more thoroughly.

They have cleaned our home twice and both times they did an excellent job cleaning. The first time I purchased the $99 Big Deal and there was a misunderstanding regarding the cost. There were 3 cleaners and it took them 3 hours. I had paid for the $99 Big Deal so I was surprised when they told me there was an additional charge because they used 3 cleaners. My home had been badly in need of a thorough cleaning and they did an exceptional job so I it was well worth the $200 but it was unexpected. The second time we agreed to the cost in advance, and I will continue to use IMA. I just suggest that you clarify the cost in avance so there's no misunderstandings. Punctulaity - the first time they were 1/2 hour late, the second time they were early. Suggestion - Be sure to tell them if there are areas you don't want disturbed. They clean everything. My husband has a watch collection and some other small items that he would rather clean himself. Once we clarified, they followed his request. Very polite and pleasant.

The team was due to arrive at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday morning. Unfortunately, they were delayed about 45 minutes due to commuter traffic encountered on their drive out to Marlborough. I heard the car come up the driveway and the three-person team began unloading their equipment and they quickly arrived at the front door. I gave Isabel a tour of the house, pointing out certain items around which they would need to use care (two tables covered with floor-length tablecloths, one of which was actually a bedsheet carefully turned under that I didn't want disturbed and a similar table whose three legs were propped up on blocks of wood) and a couple of antique mirrors that were quite pitted and in need of more care than a careful cleaning. After that, they began their work, starting on the second floor. All four bedrooms and a sitting room adjoining the master bedroom were dusted and vacuumed. Items on bureau tops were removed so that the entire surfaces could be dusted. Furniture was moved so that all areas of the carpet could be vacuumed. All the blinds, woodwork and doors were also dusted. The two upstairs bathrooms were spotless, including the whirlpool tub in the master bath, which is a nuisance to keep clean from week to week. The five rooms on the first floor, including another bathroom, received the same treatment. The hardwood kitchen floor was wet-mopped and the appliances were cleaned, including the stovetop's grates and drip pans. It ended up taking a bit longer to finish the job than the four man-hours allowed with The Big Deal. I gladly paid the $25 difference with a check. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the job Isabel and her team did. I also appreciated that they came out to Marlborough and did not impose a surcharge because of the long distance. I do hope to have them back if our schedules allow on the day she has other jobs scheduled in Marlborough.

We've had a number of cleaners, and this service is - by far - the best. They're fast, exceptionally thorough, and very professional.

These women worked quickly and efficiently together to get everything back to 'normal'. Isabela also cleaned off my gas stove top so that it looks virtually new - it had caked on stains from the past 5 years! I will be hiring them again. They also cleaned for me one other time, and that was also done well even though they had to work around quite a disorganized house. Isabela speaks English, a bit broken but still it is very possible to communicate well. This was important to me as I have had cleaners in the past who spoke no English and communicating was impossible.

I hired IMA Cleaning and Construction to clean my house after we moved in based on a special they ran on Angie's List. I am pleased to say that we've taken them on as our regular cleaner because they consistently do a great job. They are conscientious about scheduling and do a really good job. Glad we found them!

Fantastic service by Isabell. She was called upon to clean house when has never been cleaned professionally . She cleaned stuff like one inch of soot from the ceiling fans ,over the top of fridge , entire kitchen counter , bath tub , hardwood floors under the beds and such odd balls that it is not possible for an average home owner . She takes her own time and can go slow or fast . Give her enough life - Get out of the house - That is the key.

I made an appointment with the service provider and they no called/no showed. I even went so far as to send them an email reminding them of our appointment. I am now getting a refund for the Big Deal and am thoroughly disappointed.

I was told that I was getting 2 people for 2 hours...a total of 4 hours of cleaning for $95. When only 1 young lady showed up a half hour late I began to have my doubts. I could not have more wrong. This girl cleaned for 4 1/2 hours straight. She did a remarkable job. I'm trying to purposely understate how impressed I am so I don't sound like a shill, but I find I can't. everything she touched looks like new. I thought I would have to steam clean my carpet. Not any longer! I am hiring this company to wash my walls before I paint them next month. that's if and only if they send the same young lady. Unbelievable!

They couldn't do any service on the weekends. The owner was very understanding and I decided not to use the service.

They are very good. She is very thorough. The only thing is that with the 2nd visit, the timing was a little off for about 15 to 20 minutes but we agreed to a mutually convenient time for the both of us and that's not an issue now.

We used an Angie's Deal for a house cleaning. Painters had preciously removed wallpaper and painted in several rooms, so there was a lot of dust and residue to deal with. They did a fantastic job and cleaned for more hours than we expected to ensure our satisfaction.

I am extremely pleased with this service. Both women were hard-working, kind and professional. I am so pleased with how my house looks. Thank you so much.

Isabelle and her team did an amazing job on my very dirty house. My only complaint was that the appointment was scheduled for 2pm, they didn't show up until after 4pm and therefore couldn't do four hours. Better scheduling/planning is needed on their side. Still, I would definitely hire them again based on thoroughness and kindness, and plan to. I do highly recommend.

Really well!! They were able to schedule me for a next day appointment. IMA called me 20 minutes prior to their arrival. I went over to the unit to meet them and they had just pulled in. The condition of the unit was as follows: There was hair all along the base boards where the bed had been as well as on the carpet. The woodwork had not been cleaned. The closets were emptied but no real cleaning had occured in a year and a half. The toilet including the bowl, sides, seat and floor surrounding it needed to be cleaned. There was trash on the floor under the sink cabinet, as well as trash behind the washer/dryer. The dryer's lint screen area still had significant amounts of lint. The counter tops in the kitchen, refrigerator, the shelving in the pantry closet and the shelving in the cabinets above the sink and counter needed some attention. The kitchen floor had bits of hair, dust and other debris which needed to be swept and washed. The ceiling fan in the LR and the windows needed cleaning. IMA Construction and Cleaning's team of Isabell and her partner were very thorough. Did an awesome job! I will absolutely call them again when I have another vacancy or tenant's unit which needs a clean-up.

On very short notice, I booked 4 hours of cleaning (2 people x 2 hours). They arrives on time, were very efficient with their time and left my house spotless. I had arranged a day and at the last minute had to change dates and they were able to accommodate my date change. I recommend IMA Construction and Cleaning.

After the 2 hr cleaning, I was told they needed to leave and would finish another time for an extra fee.. They had other appts they had to get to... I All in all,, I expected a special deal but didnt get the service i thought.. They DID do a good job at what they cleaned..
