Description of Work: Installed electrical generator service outside house. | |Did a great job. | |I did ask them if they would be interested in putting in some outside stair lighting up our driveway. They said they would get back to me in the spring and their follow up wasn't good. I think they dropped the ball. I would still have the project done if they followed through. I wanted like 4-5 lamp posts coming up the driveway. There were previous posts there with electrical already run from the house. The old wooden posts fell down. I'd give them a "D" on follow up.

Description of Work: Installed a pool timer and new outlets for the pool pump. There was an over charge error on the bill that I caught and they corrected.

Description of Work: It was several days to even get a brief text back (and no phone call), and wasn't able to set up an appointment for an estimate around my work schedule. The conversation ended without any type of closure; just sort of dropped. | |I find it bad form to conduct business through text, without any phone contact. The way I look at it; if you want my business, at least make an effort to accommodate the customer and by all means, make a phone call; specially when we're talking potentially several thousand dollars worth of work!!!!

Description of Work: I have been looking for an electrician to hook up a hot tub and Santana was the first contractor I called (based on favorable reviews on Angie list). Dan did in fact call me back the same day to inquire about the services needed. Unfortunately Dan is booked solid for 3 weeks. I appreciate the return call and if it wasn't for the backlog of work I would have hired him.

Description of Work: Santana inspected and tested wiring throughout the house and upgraded electrical boxes and devices in a 98-year-old house, so it could be insulated. The company responded quickly, so we could meet a subsidy program deadline). I can't say enough good things about their great people skills and professionalism! We will calling them back in this year for other projects.

Description of Work: Mr Santana was polite and punctual on the phone, made an appt to come to my home to give me a quote. He spec'd out the project, gave me an approximate cost , made some recommendations how I could change a few things. I then had to call him for a quote twice. When I finally reached him he said that the job was too much for him and he didn't want to do it. It was hooking up a hot tub, running some buried cables to the tub and a few exterior outlets. Was very disappointed. He should have told me when he came to my house that it was not something he could do instead of letting me hang. It delayed me getting someone else.

Description of Work: I wanted cable hooked up in the bedroom and a generator installed. They quoted us $1, 675.00 which my husband thought was a little high. We came back with a counter offer, but never heard from him again. I was disappointed because he was EXCELLENT to begin with. He showed up right on time and was so very pleasant to deal with. I just wish I at least heard back to know that they didn't want our offer, but o well.
