Very speedy response, very polite and knowledgeable repairman who showed me the problems with my dryer. I did ask him to look at the washer while he was there as it is squealing when spinning. He did and diagnosed the problem. The company policy is to charge a fee for diagnosis OF EACH APPLIANCE in addition to repair which I think is excessive but that is my only complaint.

We had an emergency on a refrigerator when a renter checked in and we were very impressed at how quickly the response was. He came out within just an hour or two. Price was fair - would definitely use again. Good to know we have someone we can count on in a pinch.

Very responsive, helpful with scheduling uninstalling and then installing dishwasher. Extremely pleasant and easy to deal with.Will definitely call again if I have a need.

I just thought that the cost of service was way too high. The lid switch in the washing machine went bad. They charged $42 for it. You can get it on line for about $28. But that was not the killer. There were also two other charges, taxes, etc., for a total cost of $209.50+ . the job took all of 20 minutes, that's about $600/hr.

Excellent experience. Appliance Guy called me within half an hour after I had talked to a Home Advisor representative (which seemed weird to me, since I thought I was calling Appliance Guy directly). The repairman showed up about two hours later, diagnosed the problem and ordered parts. Two days later, another repairman arrived to install the parts and fix the problem. Very professional, very responsive service. I am a very satisfied customer.

My husband and I are so pleased! They did a great job repairing my Maytag refrigerator that continued to leak even after I had a Maytag repairman work on it. So, to finally have it fixed correctly, is a big relief. They came right away and on time. They gave an accurate estimate of what the repair would cost, and had all the parts needed to do the repair that day. They were professional, and left the place cleaner than when they arrived. I would hire them again.

I went online to make an appt. Company called first thing in the morning to confirm. Repairman showed up on time. Examined refrigerator and explained the problem; then ordered the part. Called the next day to say the part was in and he would be there the next morning. Showed up on time. Replaced the part. Everything working like a charm. Repairman was friendly and professional.
