He came, he saw, he could not get parts. Nice guy seemed to know his stuff but could not use him.

Our refrigerator stopped cooling on a Friday evening & we were incredibly stressed & upset. Appliance Guy called us first thing in the morning & were able to come to check on the fridge to diagnose the problem & on a Saturday! No extra charge for the weekend call!

Responsive, fair, professional. I came to Appliance Guy because felt the estimate I received from a competitor was outrageous. Appliance Guy responded to my call immediately, set up service at a convenient time for me and were very reasonable in price. Paulo (the technician) was very nice and very professional.

I do not know how much a n average service call is. The person who came was wonderful, courteous, and helpful.

They sent a pro out the same day I spoke with them. He arrived right at the earliest time given for the arrival window. He was quick, professional and had the necessary parts with him to make the repair. Very impressed with this business!

Paulo was excellent!!! Took the time to investigate the problem with our dryer. Then took the time to explain what was needed to fix the problem. He was professional, yet personable. Cost was very reasonable, and was explained to me, detail, Wonderful experience and company!

My freezer died on Thurs. night, and my regular appliance repair person was out of town until Sun. I contacted several appliance repair companies. Only the Appliance Guy of Cape Cod could get someone to me on Fri. The time frame was 2-4 p.m. The repairman got here just before 2. He worked very efficiently and had the part that was needed on hand. Excellent service all the way around!

I had a very poor experience with this guy, he did not know what he was doing, he tore my washing machine apart and didnt put it back together, duck taped the control panel and I ended up buying a new washing machine. The owner was dirty and very unprofessional.
