I just thought that the cost of service was way too high. The lid switch in the washing machine went bad. They charged $42 for it. You can get it on line for about $28. But that was not the killer. There were also two other charges, taxes, etc., for a total cost of $209.50+ . the job took all of 20 minutes, that's about $600/hr.

I hired the Appliance Guys of Cape Cod to install a new microwave oven and gas range. Good communication between their office and me enabled their schedule for installation to be met during the time agreed upon. Installers were very professional throughout the installation. The team of two were courteous and friendly. I would strongly recommend the Appliance Guy of Cape Cod.

They were very courteous, very reasonable and on time! Customer service couldn't be more helpful. The motor on my dryer went and we decided to have them fix it because it would be cheaper than buying a new one.

He did a great job of repairing the dishwasher (actually he just cleaned out the disposal trap that had clogged with junk over the years). My only concern would be the amount he charged for the service he provided.

He was prompt very professional and reasonably priced. I called another appliance service and they wanted to charge $95.00!to walk through the door and said it would NOT apply it to whatever work needed to be done. He charged $85.00 to come in but he DID apply that money to the balance and that was a one if the reasons I chose him. He was excellent and I'm glad I did. I would highly recommend him.

He showed up on time and made it so we could use the stove until the part comes in.

He responded the same day, on time, seemed very knowledgeable, and was very pleasant.

No follow up. They turned the water off to the frig. Charged us $95.00 and said the would call on 4/3. They did not. Today, 4/7 they have still not called.

Well pleased with refrigerator repair. Technician had a replacement part in the truck and installed it promptly.

My husband and I are so pleased! They did a great job repairing my Maytag refrigerator that continued to leak even after I had a Maytag repairman work on it. So, to finally have it fixed correctly, is a big relief. They came right away and on time. They gave an accurate estimate of what the repair would cost, and had all the parts needed to do the repair that day. They were professional, and left the place cleaner than when they arrived. I would hire them again.

I went online to make an appt. Company called first thing in the morning to confirm. Repairman showed up on time. Examined refrigerator and explained the problem; then ordered the part. Called the next day to say the part was in and he would be there the next morning. Showed up on time. Replaced the part. Everything working like a charm. Repairman was friendly and professional.

Every helpful and knowledgeable . Went on line and was called within 1/2hr. Like the fact that they give a very generous 90 guarantee on products and work. Will definitely call them again.
