Overall it didn't go anywhere because their price quote was terribly high.

Not so great. He came out to give an estimate. He seemed to understand me, I took him through the tiny apartment. Told him I needed everything cleaned well, and bedding and towels washed and changed. He told me "no problem" and then quoted me 100 for he first cleaning, which I thought was high, but agreed to if on-going it would be less, which he agreed to and gave me $75. He seemed to clearly understand the money. When he showed up with his wife on the day to do the cleaning, he told me they don't change or wash anything, but it would still cost me $100. Clearly trying to pass it off as a language barrier, which is REALLY annoying. Overall, they did NOT do a great job cleaning. Just enough to be passable. They didn't ruin anything, but they didn't do a fantastic job either.

They arrived within the appointed time and cleaned the house in about 2 hours. They did a great job overall and even began to scrub some of the marks on the wall in the stairwell. Toilets needed to be redone, and a few cobwebs were missed, but overall, it was a great job. I know we'll settle into preferences over the regular cycle of cleanings.

When I set up the original cleaning, two cleaners came out. They spent only 2 and half hours. They did a very mediocre job. Parts of the house we agreed would be cleaned were untouched. Other parts were cleaned poorly. When I inspected after they left, I called and complained to the owner. He sent them out again and this time did not charge me a thing. They did only a slightly better job. He never called to check on my opinion of their work. Next, I received a call from another cleaner from the same company. We set up a date and time. She never showed up. I am really not an overly demanding person. The house was not that dirty to begin with and was not that clean when they finished. I do not appreciate the lack of follow up and the no show. I am moving on to another cleaning company.

Excellent experience. Cleaners arrived well within their 1 hour window and got straight to work. We just stayed out of their way and they just did their thing. They were fast, efficient and did an amazing job. This was a one-time holiday clean but I'm considering setting up more frequent cleanings now!!

It was excellent. They did an exceptional job, requiring very little oversight or direction on thorough cleaning. There was a scheduling mix-up - so they did not come when expected - but once I called, they came over immediately and apologized for the mix-up.

We have 2 young children so things can get pretty messy and sometimes we don't have a chance to pickup before they come, but they always get the house in the same clean state no matter what the starting condition. We certainly appreciate that! Very friendly team. Owner always takes our phones calls and will send team out if they forget to do something which they only did the first couple of weeks getting to know our preferences.

The owner of Maintenance called us back quickly and after asking a few questions, gave us an estimate of $150 for an initial cleaning of our apartment (about 1100 square feet) and $85 per cleaning if we decided to do a bi-weekly cleaning after that. After deciding to try them, we set a time for the following weekend. The two cleaners were about 20 minutes late, but they did call ahead to let us know and then they took over for 2.5 hours and cleaned EVERYTHING, including the bathroom, living room, under the couches, bookshelves, kitchen, etc. It was amazing how different the place looked and we happily paid them a little extra. We hired them to do a bi-weekly cleaning, and decided that we would give them a key to our place since they are insured and bonded. For some reason, the cleaner failed to show up on the day we agreed, but the owner was very apologetic and they came the next day. No problems since and our apartment looks absolutely great every time.

I was expecting out of town company for a graduation and needed to clean up space that hadn't been done in a long time. I had also just done a major basement clean out and needed to consolidate the remaining items. They were so pleasant and worked so hard and never gave any indication that I was expecting too much. In fact, they performed some extra tasks that I didn't expect. They moved all the boxes out of rooms in the basement that were to have carpet cleaning and stacked them neatly in another room. They also straightened and organized areas of clutter in other rooms. They moved everything off shelves to clean and dust. I was very impressed with the quality and quantity of the work and look forward to having them come again. I've used other cleaning services and never been as happy with the result. They did a fabulous job; everything sparkled and smelled so fresh. Just as importantly, they were extremely friendly and helpful and had a terrific attitude.

They did a superb job. They were prompt, polite, efficient right on price and the place was spotless when they finished.

Nina and Flavia were excellent. They arrived early, worked extremely diligently, were friendly and professional, and did an excellent job. It was such a huge relief to be able to move back into our home. We will definitely hire them again when the rest of our home construction is complete. While it was rather expensive, it was a big job and the peace of mind was definitely worth the money.

My brothers and I were preparing a family house for sale that had been occupied by a heavy smoker for 4 years. We are painting all of the living and bedrooms, so we only needed the kitchen and bathroom cleaned and the windows washed. Not only was there heavy smoke residue, but both the kitchen and bath hadn't been remodeled in over 20 years, so we're talking about old appliances, tile and flooring. Rich Baldwin's team did an outstanding job! In the kitchen, all cabinets, counters, exhaust fan and appliances were cleaned. In the bathroom, all fixtures, tile walls, wood closet doors were cleaned. Everything sparkles! If this cleaning hadn't worked out, we would have had to replace some appliances or fixtures. This cleaning team's price was not only very reasonable, but they saved us hundreds of dollars because we were able to avoid replacing surfaces and appliances. We have invited them back to do a final cleaning in the bedrooms and living areas once we finish painting.

Stunning. Three cleaners arrived right on time. I walked through the unit with the lead cleaner. They spent approximately one and a half hours doing the most thorough cleaning job that I've ever seen. It was truly amazing. They were careful about moving furniture. They were extraordinarily thorough. I will definitely use them again.

I am very satisfied with the service this company gives us. They clean really well and will do windows for a little more money but we haven't used them for this yet. They are somewhat punctual although they missed the first appointment and had to reschedule. That really didn't bother us as they had the courtesy to call us.

I called on a Monday and Rich(the owner) told me he would call back to confirm the day that very week someone could come out. Rich called me the next day to confirm that Thursday would work with a time. The cleaners (a very nice husband and wife team) politely called on Thursday to let me know they would be a few minutes late. After arriving and seeing the house, they asked if they could come back later in the day to give the job their full attention. The couple did come back and thoroughly cleaned the house. They were very professional and there were no problems with the cleaning. Rich (the owner) called several days later to make sure I was pleased with the service.

They arrived on time and were cheerful and accommodating, accomplishing everything we had asked for and more. The house sparkled when they had completed their work and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The 2-person crew arrived on time and we walked them through the house showing everything we wanted cleaned and pointing out the things we didn't (inside of closets, linens). We were surprised that the windows would be an additional $10/window, as I thought that was included in the $150 quote. We agreed to pay the extra. We left the house for 4 hours to let them work. Upon return, we settled the bill, and another surprise charge of $20 for the fridge was added that had not been quoted. Upon thorough inspection of the house, we found several details we had specifically pointed out had not been cleaned, such as the blinds, the tops of the kitchen cabinets, the light fixtures, or the inside of the cabinets. The inside of the fridge was clean, but there were still fingerprints on the outside of the door. The bathroom was a brilliant sparkle and the hardwood shined. The house was clean, but the lack of attention to detail and the added costs made us feel we didn't get our $'s worth.

Three women showed up and worked for several hours. Our house has never been so clean. They did everything I hoped for and expected. Even a small shelf in my daughter's room (granted it is covered with knick knacks) but every other cleaner we had ignored the shelf. These ladies didn't ignore but cleaned it and all the stuff on it. We had even set aside one of the bedrooms to dump our stuff in (the stuff that doesn't fit anywhere else) and they asked to be able to clean that room too. We are very happy with their work.

Rich responded to an e-mail request within hours and cleaning was scheduled for the following weekend. He gave a phone estimate, based on the size of my apartment and said the cleaners would re-evaluate when they arrived. Flavia and Rose were very thorough, quiet, non-intrusive, careful over the 1.5 hours they were here. They viewed the apt. and stuck to the $150 estimate. I would hire them again for periodic heavy cleaning, but the $90 for monthly maintenance is more than I need/want.

They did an excellent job. They were very thorough and they folded the towels and toilet paper just like at a hotel! Rose and Flavia are really sweet and efficient. No complaints here! They weren't exactly prompt though.

I read the reports online for this company and liked what I read - I was very impressed with the results of the cleaning. I had an a tenant move out and a need for the apartment to be cleaned top to bottom before a new tenant moved in. We were working with a short window of time to get everything done. I called Rich Baldwin and left a message - he returned my call within 10 minutes and had arranged for a cleaning crew to come within a couple of days. He gave me a rough estimate over the phone and said it would be confirmed by the work crew before any work was done. A walk-though before the cleaning began resulted in an amount that was actually lower than Rich had estimated - an unusual event! :-) A crew of three workers showed promptly when they were promised and did a wonderful job of cleaning the apartment. I was very impressed with the professional attention to my needs and the quality of the cleaning. I would recommend this company highly, the cleaning was exceptional-Thanks!

They were great. Rich gave me an accurate quote over the phone, and scheduled Flavia and Rose to come out on the date I requested. They were very nice, responsible, and seem very reliable - and they showed up on time. I came home to a VERY clean house! I'll be having them back every other week.

This was the first time I every had my house cleaned professionally, and I was delighted. The $140 fee was a first time charge. I am planning on doing it monthly for $90-$100 per month with them. Rose and Flavia were the women who came, and they did a wonderful job. My house was VERY dirty and dusty. Richard who booked the appointment gave me a rough quote over the phone (which is unusual and much appreciated). Most places want to set up a preliminary appointment, but he just needed the number of rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms and rough square footage to give me a general quote, then he said Rose and Flavia could fine tune it. The ladies were professional, pretty thorough, and unobtrusive. It took them about 3 hours, but I imagine it will be less time when they do it monthly (since I have had the initial cleaning). I also imagine that each month the cleaning will go a little deeper. I was very pleased and would recommend them to anyone.

Sent email to request estimate and fast response for needed turnaround time for cleaning. Needed work done soon because I was going out of town and had just had new windows replaced throughout the house. This left dust and dirt that I just couldn't live with. Rich called the next morning after my email and set up for Flavia and Rose to come in 2 days later at 7am! Perfect. The ladies were prompt, professional, quiet and very quick. The whole job took 2 hours without them even taking a breath to rest. I've never seen my floors so clean (all hardwood). My kitchen is spotless and they were able to get much of the grey out of the floor that I've been working on forever. The oil was scrubbed off my stove fan. I brought them around the house when they first came in, so they did know what I was looking for and they didn't let me down. Even my toilet paper is folded. I feel like I'm coming into a 5 star hotel. I plan on having them come back each month on a regular schedule.

Very dependable and very good cleaning service; a little pricey but worth it given that they are bonded and fully licensed. Rich is very responsive.
