Anna and Fernanda called and set up a date so they could go through my house and see what I wanted done, and they also set up a date and time to do thework that was mutually agreeable . I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and pleasant both girls were, I instantly felt as if I had known them for ages. Their work was thorough and spotless - not one complaint. We have a new dog who was leery of strangers and vacuum machines, he was also instantly comfortable around them and convinced us that they will always be the ones tp hire from now on. Everything went as smooth as silk. Love them.

This review is for their communication process only - it was very good. We did not have them clean due to our schedules (mine was the limitation). Janet returned my call the same day. She answered my questions and scheduled an appointment for a quote the next day. Rich the owner (who was on vacation) called the next day to let me know Janet needed to adjust the appointment time. We agreed on a new time, later that day, and Janet arrived promptly at the new time. She reviewed the property and made some helpful suggestions for the cleaning. Her quote was competitive. As communication is a very big part of the service industry (and I've had many challenges with tradesman...) I was pleasantly pleased with the communication Janet and Rich provided. If in the future I do have Janet clean for us, I will update my review.

It didn't. I suspect they thought my task was too small to bother with. They could have called though to say so; as it stands, I will now never call them when I do have a larger job on hand.

They are very accommodating and cooperative. They did a good job but they have only been here once.

I want to start by saying that Janet and her coworker did a solid job and the cleanliness met my expectations. I recently bought a 2BR/2BA condo and had all new flooring and baseboard moldings put in. The contractors left quite the dust! Guess I should have expected that, but nonetheless I was overwhelmed by the dirt. Between working with other contractors and planning my move, having someone to clean my house was a real treat. Rich was really nice. When I first called to schedule an appointment, he answered right away. He was professional, listened well and was able to give me two dates within a week. As he was on his way to vacation that Friday when I called, he emailed Janet, so she and I can communicate directly. A day later I found out that I was able to squeeze in an air duct cleaning appointment and was recommended that I have house cleaners after the air duct cleaning. So I called Rich to let him know I'm going with the 2nd day that he proposed (same time 8am). Despite being on vacation (at that point I didn't know), he responded quickly via email, copying Janet. I emailed back saying I could be flexible that day, since they were so accommodating and fitted me in at such short notice. Janet's response was "ok." I wasn't sure what she meant by that...8am ok? I waited a couple of days until the day before the cleaning and I emailed Janet to confirm. She called me back quickly and she was able to commit to the 8am timing after we tossed around a couple different options. She was very nice, but I wish I knew sooner that she could really do it, so I didn't have to wonder. I'm a bit jaded after dealing with all kinds of contractors recently and having to be very patient, so maybe my patience ran out. I do have a bit of a language barrier with Janet, but I think she understood me better than I understood her. Anyway, from my 1st phone call till the cleaning, it was just under a week. That's pretty good. Punctuality was only fair because Janet showed up almost 45 min late. Fortunately, I was meeting my painter too, so I was entertained. It sounded like Janet did her best to fit me in at short notice, so I am still grateful that she came and cleaned. She wasted no time and started immediately with the work after I showed her the place. I am also glad that she appreciates cleaning floors with vinegar and water. Janet knows her cleaning!!! She was fast! She was done in 2.5 hours! I probably would have had to spend 2 days to do this myself. The price Janet gave me was a bit higher than the estimate Rich gave me, but she let me use the Angies List $10 coupon. Although a little higher than expected, I do think they deserved it. They worked hard and my place was filthy. Overall I am happy with their work. I just wish I could communicate better with Janet. I am thankful she can fit me in at such short notice and I will give our communication issue and her late arrival the benefit of the doubt. I will call them again next time I need some deep cleaning and I will give them more notice.

After years with my same housecleaning service--and many slightly to severely damaged items later--it was time to change. I asked around and none of my friends were truly pleased with their services, either. So I went to Angie's List. I found several companies serving my area and called the two with the best ratings. Both gave over-the-phone estimates, but Rich at Maintenance Systems was the one who said he'd send someone out to speak with me and to give me a more accurate number. I liked meeting Janet, the person who would be cleaning my house, and talking to her about the spots I found difficult to clean on my own to my liking. She arrived exactly on time and got back to me when she said she would with a final estimate, which was only slightly higher than what I had been paying for years with the other company. Both she and Rich are very accomodating in general, as I emailed/called with many questions and had restrictions on the days/times she could come to the house. When Janet arrived to clean, with another gentleman who was also friendly, she got right to work, after asking me about certain products she should use, remembering that I said my son has asthma. I stayed for awhile, but felt very comfortable leaving when I had to. I returned to a sparkling house (literally--I emailed Rich to ask what Janet uses on wood because it shines and is not sticky). I realized that I had been settling for years with sub-par work from that other company and that this is what caring about your job truly looks like.

Janet and her crew were professional, pleasant and thorough.Mike was responsive and helped schedule with Janet's crew promptly.I paid what was quoted.I am going to have them back to do a thorough clean of my basement now that I got all the junk out of it.

They team did a great job, English very poor, but a very nice and helpfu group!

It was excellent. The two cleaners did everything that I expected, and the house looked and smelled great once they had finished.

Everything went well. I spoke with the owner of the company, and he was very reasonable. The workers were prompt and did a good job when cleaning also.

The team assigned to my home was very to my house was thorough, quick, and extremely friendly. I felt the price was reasonable as well. My only issue was that they could have been a bit better with regard to punctuality.

Updating a previous report we submitted, the crew continues to do a great job, and are always very friendly and professional. And the little things count too. For example: - Recently, when we had a window leaking due to the rain, they took the time to find a towel and place it underneath to keep the room from getting wet. - They clean up our closet full of mismatched shoes and organize them perfectly in a row - Also, the little decorations on the towels are a nice touch

The company is excellent. If we need to move a cleaning date forward or backward, they are easy to reach and happy to accommodate us. Most importantly, they are incredibly thorough. They clean under and behind the furniture and leave the whole house looking great.

the three person team worked quickly and efficiently, dividing up the house into the different sections (windows, floors, kitchen, bathroom, etc) they were very friendly and definitely did a good job!

The cleanings are ongoing and we continue to use their services. I received an ititial estimate over the phone from Rich Baldwin the owner and he bills me after each cleaning via an invoice that he emails to me. The cleanings are done well and efficiently. I would suggest that they provide a checklist of their basic services and an a la carte list of what can be requested. I don't generally make unusual cleaning requests...but if the cleaning wasn't a thorough, I feel as though I could call Rich or Flavia to discuss it.

They are by far the best housecleaners I have ever had & I have been having professional housecleaning done for the last 35 years. They are way better than any other company or individual. They are nice; it is fun to have them around; they are smart & have good taste. they understand that i want things to be put back where they were & they understand that I value how things look a certain way & they feel the same way. I cant say enough good things about them.

We are happy with them. They're always excellent & accommodating if we need them to come sooner than usual. The price is for one month.

I have used them several times. They have really good people working for them. They are very convenient as they have quite a bit of people in their database that they work with. They do good quality work. Their price is competitive. I would use them again and I have.

They are very very good. They are always very prompt and their service is great. You get the same person every time so you become very familiar with them. They always respond to any changes you want. They do a great job and I think it is a good value for the money.

The person that they send is very good. I called the office and they had someone call me back. She has come out by herself and she has also come out with her brother before. They are flexible and hardworking. They do a good job with the work.

Shortly before my first appointment, I read the Angie's List reports and got scared. Some of them were quite negative. I called Rich, the owner and asked if he could explain that, and he did. Those reports emanated from a sub-standard team that was in his employ until fairly recently. He told me they were no longer with him. I proceeded to keep the appointment I had made, with my fingers crossed. I liked the team leader right away. She is very sweet and kind, yet she's a demon on dirt! She and her team are extremely thorough. There is no cobweb that will ever survive in my house again, even at the corners of the ceilings! I have a problem with strong scents. It took some trial and error to work this out, but now that's solved. Also, initially, after they cleaned, things were moved all over and it took hours to get the house back the way it was. I told her (Janet, ) and from then on, things are put back almost exactly where they were, which is quite a feat given their thoroughness. In the initial visit, they did not concern themselves with the clock and stayed a very long time. Then after that, they had to pay more attention to getting out in time to get to other jobs, but the time they spend remains both generous and sufficient. They never have had to skip something. I had to beg her not to move 3 big plants out of the way to vacuum under them because i don't like re-configuring them back to where they were. She looked pained that I was preventing her from doing as thorough a job as she would have liked. Another bonus that comes with Janet is the artistry she performs on your toilet paper, kleenex and towels. I come home to find rosettes made out of all these objects, popping up at every turn. It's a joy! And it bespeaks what a happy person she is.

We have been using them for regular housecleaning for a few years. We originally selected them because of the glowing reviews on Angie's List. The owner gave an estimate over the phone and then a team came out to do a thorough first cleaning (for a higher price than the weekly cleaning price listed above). The quality of the cleaning deteriorated with the original cleaning team we had so the owner sent a different team. Again the quality deteriorated and we complained about specific items that were not cleaned. The team did improve their work after that point and currently do an adequate job. Their work is at a passable enough level that we have not felt like going through the hassle of finding a new cleaning service but we're not terribly thrilled with it.

They are very very good. They're very sweet people. They are also incredibly honest and they work really hard. We have been using them for a year and we highly recommend them.

The initial cleaning went well along with the first few cleanings. Work quality slipped so the owner was called and he admitted a staffing issue. New cleaning crew was sent and the cleaning several times was sub-optimal. Owner was called to express dissatisfaction and to cancel service. Owner was very nice but was disappointing to hear that he had 'much better cleaners' he could send. Given the cost and previous complaint, homeowner was hoping for the 'much better cleaners' already. Requested house key returned twice and never received.
