Good thorough job with cleaning.

Exceptional service (prompt) at a reasonable price. I recommend Maintenance Systems for any house cleaning.

We found Rich to be very responsive when we were scheduling the initial in-home estimate, and in answering our follow-up questions. And the two women who come to our house every two weeks, Flavia and Lucy, have been absolutely wonderful. They are so pleasant and professional, and the house looks amazing from top to bottom when they leave.

Rich and his staff have all been fantastic. Rich has been very patient with our scheduling complications. The ladies who have come to do the work have been lovely and have done a wonderful job on the house. We really appreciate dealing with a company that is so easy to communicate with and so thorough.

THEY WERE EXCEPTIONALLY HARD WORKING. THEY DIDN'T LET A WORK WEEK GO TO WASTE.

MAINTENANCE SYSTEMS WAS ONE OF THE ONLY COMPANIES WHO WOULD ACTUALLY GIVE ME A PRICE WITHOUT INSISTING ON COMING TO MY HOUSE TO GIVE ME A SALES PITCH. RICH BALDWIN AND HIS STAFF HAVE BEEN CONSISTENTLY PROFESSIONAL, RESPONSIVE AND POLITE. FOR ALMOST A YEAR NOW, EVERY OTHER WEEK I HAVE COME HOME TO A SPOTLESS HOUSE. THIS ALLOWS ME TIME TO DO OTHER THINGS. MY GOAL IS TO BE ABLE TO HAVE THEM IN EVERY WEEK!

Great job in several areas (windows, bathtub, laundry area and basement). So-so job on some others though (e.g. kitchen counters near stove top, and all tile grout, which I ended up cleaning myself), and completely skipped at least one thing we had agreed on explicitly (inside of oven). On the plus side, when I discovered and remarked on the oven a day later, Rich offered to send someone out to take care of it. I didn't take him up on it because I had already cleaned it myself by then. Regarding punctuality, we had originally proposed 8:00 AM, and Rich called back to ask if 7:00 AM would be ok instead. We agreed, but they ended up not arriving until after 9:00 AM. There was apparently issues with the cleaners' vehicle and in locating our house.

When we first called Rich for an estimate, he was very clear about what biweekly cleanings included. When we decided to use his service, he scheduled a cleaning for only a few days in the future. The cleaners came on time and did a very thorough job. They asked questions when necessary, and followed all of our instructions. We're quite happy with their cleaning and will continue to have them come every other week.

The cleaning team which weekly cleans our home are reliable, efficient, and very detail oriented. Maintenance Systems Inc. have been extremely professional, and responsive to any of our requests. I have no issue with recommending them to anyone for the service they provide is exceptional.

Maintenance Systems, Inc. has really been a life saver for me. I have asthma quite badly so that I am unable to do many household tasks...especially cleaning. This company provides excellent cleaners who really make my home sparkle! Rich Baldwin, the owner of the company, has been so professional and accommodating. He attends to every request and need. I honestly feel that the monthly fee of $120.00, although a bit expensive, is reasonable considering the service and level of professionalism that is provided. I would highly recommend this company.

I contacted Mr. Baldwin the week of a planned event to secure cleaning services. This was a last minute appeal because I had injured my back and would not be able to get it all done! He was very helpful and arranged for the cleaning on short notice, and was even able to do it on the specific day I requested. The work is fantastic and Mr. Baldwin is very responsive and accommodating.

OVERALL, I HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE VERY ACCOMMODATING AND POLITE IN TERMS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SCHEDULING. THE CLEANING HAS ALWAYS BEEN EXCELLENT AND THOROUGH. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ABLE TO SCHEDULE A CLEANING WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME FRAME, AND THEY ACCOMMODATE AFTER 5 PM CLEANINGS, WHICH IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME.

RICH BALDWIN IS AN OUTSTANDING BUSINESS PROFESSIONAL WHO CLEARLY TAKES PRIDE IN HIS COMPANY WITH HIS FOCUS ON EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE, HONESTY AND INTEGRITY. IN ALL MY DEALINGS WITH RICH AND HIS STAFF, WHICH IS WELL OVER A YEAR NOW, I HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING BUT OUTSTANDING WORK QUALITY, PROFESSIONALISM, AND HONESTY. I HAVE RECENTLY HAD THEM TAKE CARE OF MY HOUSE, FEEDING ANIMALS AND OTHER GENERAL HOUSEHOLD NEEDS IN MY ABSENCE, AND THEY PERFORMED WELL BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY TO ENSURE MY PROPERTY AND ANIMALS WERE WELL CARED FOR AND MY HOUSE WAS SPARKLING UPON MY RETURN. I JUST CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT RICH AND HIS STAFF. I HAVE FOUND THE SERVICE I WILL USE FOR LIFE! I AM NOT A DIFFICULT PERSON TO WORK WITH, BUT I FOUND IT VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND A COMPANY THAT WAS CONSISTENT, HONEST AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED. YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY IF YOU CHOOSE RICH BALDWIN AND THE STAFF OF MAINTENANCE SYSTEMS FOR ALL OF YOUR HOUSECLEANING NEEDS!
