Green Goat has been doing my snow removal since the beginning of the season. Mike came out to view the property within a day of my initial call. He always sends an email when he is sending out his crews and keeps his clients informed when there are back-to-back storms and how he plans on tackling the job. This has been a very busy season for snow removal, and I would have been overwhelmed had I not hired them. It is very difficult to use a snow plow for my property, so finding a service that used snow blowers was critical.

Fantastic. Mike was very responsive and was also flexible on meeting me. He came out right away to look at the job and then was able to do the work 2 days later. He did a fantastic job. I am very pleased and plan on using him again in the spring and fall each year. The price was very reasonable.

The company was very responsive. They came and provided an estimate after we exchanged e-mails on the work I wanted done. The estimate was in 2 parts, one for the weeding and cleaning of the gardens, one of which is completely overgrown with weeds, was higher than I anticipated. In addition the cost of mulching was $125 per yard and the estimate of what was need was 5 yards. Unfortunately, what I could afford was not worthwhile for them to do some of the work. I would recommend that they ask in their e-mail what the individual has for a budget. I was sorry that they came and did an estimate and I was not able to have the work done. It could be helpful if they posted some rates on their website.

They were great. I have used them for a couple years now. They come when they say they will be here. In fact most of my calls are last minute calls and they are very good at getting me on their schedule. I have been happy with them every time and always recommend them.

Mike got back to me via e-mail the same day that I contacted him to let me know that he was busy, but would be able to get over to my house within a couple of days to look at the work & give me an estimate. He kept his word, and provided me with a quote and explanation of each line item. After a couple of e-mails back and forth we settled on a plan based on my budget. Mike was great during this time?he answered all of my questions the same day. Mike gave me an approximate date for when they could do the work, but he was able to fit the job in sooner than he originally thought. The Greet Goat crew consisting of Mike and 3 assistants arrived on the planned day and got right to work, completing the job in several hours. On site, Mike and each of his assistants was helpful, polite, and tried to be as neat as possible with the work that they were doing. Also, Mike provided me with a brochure on the mulch that he used for the job and explained the tests that had been done on the content of the mulch. The invoice that I received for the work done was for exactly the amount quoted. Overall, I?m very happy with the work done by Green Goat Lawn Care and would not hesitate to use their services again.

Mike responded almost immediately to my request for a quote. He called around 6:00 PM the day we had agreed to meet to tell me that he was still tied up at another job, but could come later. I suggested we reschedule for later date. He came that date, spent time going over things with me and emailed me an estimate a day later. I like it and asked him to proceed with the work. As spring came early this year, he was very backed up, but still managed to come within a week of my last call. I was not home the day they came, but my wife was, and she reports that they worked diligently for close to 6 hours. The work was done very well and the bill he sent me was exactly what he had told me it would be. A great company to work with.

They are environmentally conscious. They always use organic options and get the right tools for the job. They think green and use sustainable power.

He also services our 2-unit condo beside us. He is really good! We plan to use him seasonally. I would highly recommend him for any lawn care service.

We love Mike Brennan. He is very knowledgeable about organic lawn care and gardening and respectful of the environment in the equipment he uses. He also pays close attention to economy in everything he does for us. If the lawn does not need cutting one week, he does not do it! He is very attentive to the environment, splitting and sharing plants among his customers and working with all organic materials. He cleans up everyting and leaves the outside looking beautiful when he is done. He works alone and with help when he needs it. All his workers are a pleasure to have working around the house. We are delighted with his work and so happy that we found him to help with our lawn. We think that anyone needing lawn care would love Green Goat Lawn Care. He does everything a standard lawn company does and much more.
