Description of Work: I went in because of a rattling sound in my Honda Civic. They resecured the bumper and gave me info on why my transmission has issues. The paper work was information regarding my warranty, and how it effected that. They gave me the information to give to the dealership. They helped quickly diagnose the car, and where to go from there. They gave me a ride to and from the repair shop.

Description of Work: My car started to leak coolant, and that required a cooling pump change. Besides, the gasket for the cam cover also needed a change- nothing urgent, but still something to do. They took over 2.5 weeks to provide an estimate (it seems they 'lost' the car in the lot), and 3 weeks to do the repair (these are simple repairs, in a simple Japanese car). This happened a few months back. This morning, the car started to sputter, with one cylinder misfiring. While taking out the spark plug cables, one at a time, to find out the culprit, I've found one of the cables wet in fresh oil (likely the gasket failing). I'm selling the car as is- it's not worth the time to see if abj stands behind it's work - it took them 3 weeks to fix it with me paying -it'll probably be longer if trying to ask for a guarantee.
