He was on time. explained everything as he was installing the TV, sound bar and wireless connection as well as the cable connection. Roberto also programed the remote for this TV and a TV in another room. He also took the time to explain how the new remotes work. I would recommend Roberto to my friends and family.

In a time when, so sadly, it is becoming increasingly difficult to find a contractor of any kind that has integrity, work ethic, professionalism, true respect for one's home, and, can be trusted there... Roberto Avila exhibits ALL of these qualities! My husband and I have owned many homes over the last 16 years, requiring many interactions, hiring, and, experiences with every type of contractor necessary in the responsibility of home/property ownership. That said, Rob is at the top of the list of the best we have worked with. He answered our inquiry call and came to our home in a timely fashion for the estimate, scheduled the work just as timely, arrived and completed the work inline with the planned work order/estimate, with the cost almost to the penny when the work was done. complete networking, with whole home audio and integration of all smart features with tutorial and advanced remotes for ease of operation.

We got a new Yamaha digital receiver, mainly to allow us to stream video and music (Apple TV); we also have a CD player, BluRay, Xbox and cable box that needed to work with our speakers. The receiver setup was way more complicated than we expected; after several frustrating days, it was still only partially working, and our subwoofer didn't seem to be working at all. Roberto was a lifesaver. He was very professional and prompt. The setup took him about three hours. There were some setbacks (some of the devices didn't work well together) but he finally got everything working. He also organized the tangle of cords behind our entertainment center so now everything is neat and tidy. Roberto followed up a day or two afterwards to make sure everything was still working OK, which we appreciated. His rates were fair and well worth it. It quickly became clear that there was no way we could have completed the setup ourselves, no matter how long we tried! Without Roberto, we probably would have just sent the receiver back. He missed me twice at first- wasn't sure what time we'd arranged. But the job he did was excellent and the price was good. He reduced it due to initial confusion.

Roberto and his assistant, Jay, were very accommodating to our schedule; they coordinated their arrival and were on time and very helpful. They hooked up our TV to cable and set up DVD unit too. They fully explained the new controls and new streaming capability to our satisfaction and were most patient in answering all our questions. Both were very professional and great to work with. I highly recommend the company for anyone who needs expert service in dealing with home or mobile sound systems installation or repair. They are price competitive and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Robert Avila came a fairly long distance to provide us with the service described. He was accommodating of our schedules and came at the agreed-upon date and time. He was very professional and competent in doing the work he said he would. This work included purchasing the equipment at a good price for us, installing the TV on the wall and running cables behind the wall, over the ceiling and connecting them to the power source and A-V equipment. He explained things to me while I was there and cleaned up his work space after completing the job. Overall, he did an excellent job.

Roberto called me back to set up an appointment exactly when he said he would and arrived promptly at the appointed time. He was professional and courteous and did a great job! He even fixed an outside light I was having a problem with! I really liked how he went over how to operate my sound system and was very patient. He is the best person I've ever had do this kind of work for me!

Roberto was very professional and courteous. We took our car to his home garage where he performed the installation. We had the system in use now for about 3 weeks and its been working great. Overall both my wife and I were very happy with the installation.

Very professional work. He was very responsive to our needs and his work is meticulous. The work exceeded our expectations. Roberto is very personable and also very knowledgeable. He does things right and is rightly proud of his work. We highly recommend him.

The installation was done perfectly and I've had no problems with the installed system. On the downside, he at first had trouble connecting with me to do the work although he did say his fee was discounted for my trouble. The $90 did include the cost of an installation kit.

He helped me pick out an antenna from best buy. He then installed it and then told me that he did not have a device to locate the antenna. I was able to get 17 stations once he adjusted it and he was to come back and fix it so I get more channels. He came back on Friday to fix it but when I went in to scan the channels he moved the antenna to a different location so I lost the channels. He told me he could come back today but would charge me an additional $75.00 to come back out. I just want my money. Update 4/3/2014: I am out all the money I had spent with this company and with Best Buy. He still refuses to point the antenna, which is why I don't get the channels I should.
