Rob did a great job installing our security system. He spent a lot of extra time instructing my husband and I on how to use the system. He was available for any questions we had. Rob also set us up to view our home when we were away. Very satisfied with his work and would definitely recommend.

AVolutions arrived promptly at 10am. They covered the work area and discuss the job in detail. They hung the televisions, re-programed the surround sound system and hid the multiple wires. They did a great job and I highly recommend them.

Contacted Roberto to schedule an estimate and he was very attentive and responsive. An estimate was sent timely and we scheduled the job for the next week. On site the work performed was great. Roberto and Andrew were very hard workers and made great suggestions on how to improve our set up. They worked diligently throughout the entire job and were very professional. Great customer service, very happy with the results!

The installation of our 55" TV could not have been better. AVolutions did an excellent job of mounting our tv. We had never taken a name off of Angie's list before so were a bit reluctant in the beginning. We read about Roberto's expertise and decided to call him. We had asked him for a copy of his insurance which he gladly provided via email to us. He was very diligent about when he could come to service our needs, kept in contact via text and showed up on time. Throughout the entire installation he kept us informed as to what he was doing, offered solutions to hiding the wires and explained to us what he was doing and why. Roberto never went forward without approval from us. We were extremely happy with the installation. The price was fair as well. We also received a 40 minute sit down review as to how to operate our TV. We had so many questions and Roberto was happy to assist us with answers. Both Roberto and Andrew were polite and respectful. Thank-you to both of them. We are so pleased with our TV and would recommend their services to our friends and family. Job well done!

First off.....very professional and personable. Willing to go the extra mile to ensure the customer is happy with the finished product. In addition to the television mounting job, Roberto and his partner added an additional electrical to ensure all wiring was run within the walls and provide the cleanest look possible (not in the original job). After about 6 hours of work, towards the end of the job, Roberto discovered that cable had not been brought up to that room and instead of complaining or renegotiating, he simply went into the basement, added a splitter and ran the cable up to the living room. After all was said and done, I had to pay for additional parts which added up to an additional $262, but he reworked the original package into an upgrade so that the added electrical and cable split labor was included into the upgrade. Not to mention, the electrician who I hired to do the electrical work a few days prior said it couldn't be done. Anywhere else this is a job that costs well over a $1000. Well done....we'll call Roberto the next time we need any type of work like this done.

Roberto was very easy to get in touch with, responded very quickly and the installation person Drew was very friendly and did a great job hanging the TV and sound bar. They came in put down blankets to ensure floors were not scratched, cleaned up after themselves and even organized all the wires for the remaining components.

Honest in word & deed, personable and attentive. A very professional job from start to finish. Nothing was rushed, no detail too small. One of the installations was a bit tricky, Rob and Drew handled it expertly, to my great satisfaction exceeding my expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend the services of these two very experienced professionals to my friends and family. That really are that good.

I highly recommend Avolutions if you're looking to get your flatscreen TV hung, power relocated, wires snaked through a wall, or wires discreetly hidden from view. My wife absolutely did not want to see any wires for cable, power, wireless headphones, IR extender, and soundbar. AVolutions' work exceeded our expectations. Roberto is very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. Use these guys. If we ever move, we will absolutely use AVolutions again. I found the Avolutions listing here on Angie's List and purchased one of the packages they were offering based on the description and reviews. It was exactly what I looking for. Roberto emailed me the day after I purchased the package here online and we set up a time. On the day of, he promptly arrived at the confirmed time (even a few minutes early) with his tools in-hand. We talked through the project and discussed any extra costs due to the specifics of the project. With my goals in mind, Roberto then presented me options for the wiring and we decided on the best possible solutions. Before beginning to hang the TV, Roberto had me sit down on my couch and with a measuring tape measured from my eye level to where the center of where the TV would be. I left Roberto and his assistant alone in the living room area as they worked. After an hour, I looked back in to see how things were going and everything was completely done. They had also hooked up and organized all the wiring to the cable box, TV, soundbar, and wireless headphone base station. Any extra wire was coiled and tied neatly tied. They tested the whole system. Everything works perfectly together. They were fast, discreet, and there was no mess for me to clean up. Most importantly, it looks amazing and my wife loves it. I highly recommend AVolutions. The provider came and reviewed the workers be done. He said he will submit a proposal within 3 business days. After 5 weeks and several follow ups he came back and said that he is not comfortable doing the job. He may be perfectly fine for simple TV mounts etc. But I don't think he is competent to do anything remotely complex or something that needs to be well thought through. For e.g. Multi room audio video distribution or home automation. I lost 5 weeks in the process unfortunately.

Rob was very prompt and courteous in initial communication. He talked with me in detail to understand the job and what we were looking to do. They were extremely professional and neat when completing work. We are very happy with the finished result. Rob reconfigured electrical outlet to mount 65inch curved 4k with attached soundbar (clean look with hidden wires).

I contacted Roberto based on Angie's List reviews. He got back to me right away, and came out to give me an estimate the following day. He gave me an verbal estimate while he was here, then that evening had emailed me a formal, written estimate. We booked him right away, as he was so knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. Roberto and another member of the company, equally as knowledgeable and pleasant, came the following week to install our TV. They laid down a blanket as to not get dust or anything anywhere and completed the job perfectly. They taught me how to use the new remote, etc, before they left. You would never have known they were here after they were done - everything was put back exactly as it was before they began. Additionally, my husband and I were wavering between using a TV mount that we had purchased a while ago, or looking into a mount that would allow the TV to be more flush to the wall. Roberto brought the flush mount with him and said if we wanted it, our price would be less than Best Buy (he googled the best buy price while he was here to ensure his price would beat theirs). We ended up going with the mount Roberto had, not because of any pressure from him (he did not try to upsell us on anything, only offered other options when we asked), but because it make a big difference in how the tv looked. All in, our total was $900 for the mounting, snaking the wires through a wall to an adjoining room, a new blue ray player, hdmi cables and a new mount. I will certainly be calling Roberto and AVolutions in the future when our basement is finished and we need our tv set up down there!

The installation was great. He was very professional. Came with drop cloths to protect the floor from any dust or debris, cleaned everything when he was done. If you are looking to have a TV installed and a home theater set up, would highly recommend contacting AVolutions.

Everything went better than I could have expected. I wish all service providers were this responsive and competent.

VERY neat and tidy. Offered my several options with pros/cons for each and let me choose the best that would work for my decor and budget. Had to reschedule several times but eventually he kept the appointment and even comped me for any inconvenience. Most AV contractors are so overwhelmed they only take the biggest, priciest jobs. That was definitely not mine but AVolutions came through like gangbusters.

Everything went really well. The services were performed promptly and efficiently and they were courteous and patient, especially Rob. The installation went great and they also took me through using the universal remote which was very helpful. I have the highest praise for this company and would recommend them highly

The installation of the existing audio/visual equipment went very smoothly with the complete installation done within two hours. The new remote needed to be ordered requiring a second trip and that phase was completed within an hour and we are very happy with its simple operation. Finally we had a humming noise from one of the speakers (woofer) and Roberto came back to the house to see if he could resolve the issue. The issue was diagnosed as a problem with the component and Roberto took it to a third party to have it fixed. Roberto was knowledgeable, informative, professional and very neat in his work. This was not a difficult installation but due to issues on our end with a faulty component, required a lot of time on his part to resolve. He was very responsive and through email kept us informed on the progress of the repaired component and the status of his arrival times. We are very pleased with AVolutions and highly recommend Roberto to anyone looking for someone to hire for their home entertainment project - new install or upgrade.

After doing all my homework (checking four other dealers). I decided on a Samsung Led Smart TV 55". Roberto contacted me with his price for this exact TV, plus delivery, set-up, great instructions and removal of the old flat screen. I could NOT be more pleased with both Roberto and Fabio's work and knowledge of their products. They were recommended by the person form whom I bought my new TV, a local shop where I have purchased all my TV over the last 25 years. I needed my BD player, and sound system and speakers, and my CD player hook up to the new digital TV and speakers hung form the ceiling at the far end of the room and all the connecting wires from the TV and components run through the walls and ceiling, so there would no longer be wires running through the room connecting speakers and components. They upgraded all of my connections from analog to digital and ran everything through the attic to new hangers for the speakers and wall jacks for the TV and components.

Rob was simply terrific. There were some issues with regard to wireless and cable hook up that came with our new home. Verizon technicians were not able to solve them. So we called AVolutions and they came and stayed hours to make sure everything turned out 100% correctly. And they came back to check that it was. Simply outstanding service. And courteous and friendly and respectful people.

Roberto was again a pleasure to work with. Even though this was the 2nd time I've had him come out for a small job (1 hr) he's always been very accomdating to work around my schedule. I had a slightly odd set-up with my speaker wires and we worked together to set it up the best way it would makes sense to me.

Crew came over wearing coverings around their boots to protect the hardwood and carpets as they moved around, which was one of the many considerate things they did during the job. They were VERY descriptive about exactly what kind of speaker installation they were going to perform, and pointed out each and every nuance along the way to ensure I was comfortable with their approach. They even sketched out on the wall where they were going to make cuts, just so I could envision the end product and give the green light to proceed. Whenever they'd reach a point where decisions or a work-around needed to be made, they'd let me know, give all alternatives and recommendations, and made sure I was comfortable with the go-forward strategy. Roberto (the main crewmember) clearly takes pride in the work he does, and it shows in the workmanship and attention to detail. The end product was seamless, clean and looked like it was a natural part of the house setup. He was very eager to make sure we were pleased with the end product, and we were! They did an excellent job! Amazingly, when the team left, there was hardly a trace that a fairly extensive construction job just took place. Again, could not have been more pleased. On a final note, Roberto was super friendly, polite and easy to speak to. Every aspect of the job was high-touch, low pressure. He is also an honest straight-shooter; at one point, he had accidentally drilled into the wrong part of the wall, which he patched up nicely, though the blemish was visible with a close inspection. Rather than deciding not to mention it and hoping we'd only notice when he's long gone (It wasn't in a place one would normally look at), he said right away what happened and even offered to paint the portion of the wall that was affected at no cost. Skill you can buy, but honesty is a gift not easily found... and Robert has both in abundance! I have future plans for other home entertainment installations, and I'd use him again with no hesitations.
