The installation was successful - Roberto and his associate were both very personable, knowledgeable, and respectful. They were also very prepared, responsive, and receptive to questions. I find it very rare these days to find someone of this character and at a very fair price. They never attempted to sell me anything I did not need and truly felt they had my best interest in mind at every turn. I am grateful for others for posting their positive experiences because it certainly helped me in making this decision that I am very happy with.

AV solutions did a great job with scheduling and follow up. Installer worked neatly answered all our questions and also made some very good suggestions I would highly recommend this company every thing was done with care and professionalism. And price was very fair 5 stars plus.

Installations and reconfigurations were completed accurately and solved all existing issues. Noteworthy is the knowledge of the technicians and their willingness to explain the issues and corrective actions taken. Installation of home theater included working with builder during renovations to assure the correct locations of framework and line conduits. AVolutions personnel were very helpful and supportive through this process. Installation was a success.

Fantastic. Roberto and AVolutions were highly responsive, communicative and did excellent quality work. Showed up right when they said they would and while in our home were respectful, highly knowledgeable, easy to talk to and left all the work areas in better shape than how they found them. Offered suggestions on how to improve our A/V capabilities and then simplified/consolidated our cable, video game, DVD and Amazon/Netflix set up. Walked us through everything to make sure we understood how to use new configuration before departing. Would use again without hesitation and would highly recommend.

AVolutions did a very good job on helping me select the products (screen and sound bar) I needed and then installed these pieces equipment professionally.

Well. They came at 6:30 p.m. because they had been delayed at their previous job. The job was evaluated and I was told why I had to pay extra. They supplied the bracket and a plug, and they had an extra light source as it was so dark.

The first message was returned quickly as was every message since. Rob's team arrived on time and were extremely efficient. They couldn't have been nicer and made sure everything was perfect before the left. The price I was quoted was the price that I was charged, nothing extra as is so often the case. I could not be happier with the work. I recommend them without hesitation and will definitely use them if/when I have any home theater projects.

Roberto and his team were amazing. They were quick to respond to any messages/calls, and willing to come out and do an estimate when it was convenient for us, and then stayed in touch until we were ready to complete the project (about 3 months after we got the estimate). Once here, they realized they were no able to come up through the basement as originally expected to mount the TV due to safety issues due to electricity, and instead found a way to come down through our attic. They were extremely pleasant the entire time, and great with my puppy who is very needy and loves attention. They cleaned up as they went, and were very respectful with my time as I was working from home during the install. The finished project looks amazing, and we would certainly have them come back in the future and recommend them to family members.

Everything was installed exactly as we wanted. Rob has now done work for us twice and really think his service and attention to detail is fantastic. I am certain we will be calling Rob for any AV needs in future.

He arrived on time did the work thoroughly. He mentioned he would need to come back at a later date to re-configure a new device and I was to call to schedule that appointment which I did. He returned and integrated the new device into my home theatre and all worked well.

It was one of the best experience i have had with a contractor. They showed up when they said they were going to and did the job perfectly. Had extra parts with him to make sure he was 100% finished at end of day. I would use and recomend them to anyone who is looking for a quality install

Roberto connected my Bose speakers to my plasma TV. He also simplified some old wiring on my receiver that was unnecessarily complex. He added an amplifier to my existing OTA antenna setup and added a fourth TV. All TVs and receiver components working great! Thanks, Roberto!

It was fabulous. The owner messaged me within a few hours even though the business was closed at the time. He arranged to have one of the staff stop by after 5 the next day on his way home from an already full day. He was polite, courteous and very knowledgable. He problem solved several solutions til he fixed it! I really appreciated how prompt and helpful both Andrew, the staff was and the company in responding. I would highly recommend them!

Rob & Drew did an absolutely fantastic job over three separate days installing and hooking up our distributed home audio system in our?home, which was pre-wired for in-ceiling speakers. In preparation for this project, I had several questions regarding products, which Rob kindly answered in multiple emails. He was able to provide me with a very reasonable quote, which was much lower than other AV service companies?I had contacted. I appreciated that he was able to work with brands that?I wanted, and I never felt like he was trying to push a product on me?to make more money. Rob & Drew installed 24 in-ceiling speakers, ran my TV wiring behind the drywall, hooked up two multi-zone amplifiers to nine Sonos Connect modules, and installed two all-weather outdoor speakers over around 18 hours spaced over three days. And they did an incredible job. I'm listening to my Sonos system right now (all controlled through my phone), and it's amazing.?When an error was made in installing the ceiling speakers (one completely my fault with the measurements), he was also quick to repair the job and make it look good as new. He is extremely detail oriented, flexible, clean and respectful. We have two young children that nap in the afternoons, and both were flexible about moving the work around the house to not disturb the boys. He would also let me know that he left the gate open, just so we wouldn't let our dog run out of the house.?He is also great at communicating, and will respond to your emails promptly. We will definitely be using AVolutions for future projects, and have already had Rob take a look and help brainstorm ideas. If only every provider was this good, we wouldn't need Angie's List!
