The system is great in terms of purchasing the bag & arranging for the pick- up on-line. Although the 3- day window for pick-up is appropriate, I would have liked to be advised of an estimated/ targeted time frame, especially a confirmation on the day of pick-up. When I called on day 3, I was informed that we were not on the routing schedule. Customer Service was very efficient in communicating with the drivers & salvaging the pick-up since we were closing on the house the following day. A communication email the day of pick- up would be assuring & helpful to know we exist & the plan is in motion. Thank you.😊

Junk depot of saugus, ma came out day I called gave me an estimate & came back with crew next morning removed furn.& debris from home including basement & attic also backyard shed they were organized & efficient Fantastic job.Thanks to Leo & and his Crew.
